I got the combo pho and an order of spring rolls. It's some of the best pho that I've ever had. The meats and vegetables were very generous and the broth was heavenly. Very authentic and not Americanized like a lot of pho places. Great peanut sauce for the spring rolls. Everything was incredibly fresh, the service was perfect and the prices were more than fair. The Bun Bo Hue wasn't quite bold in flavor, but it was great for the value. Huge, meaty portion that can be easily split into two. It does lean a little Americanized as it doesn't include classic components like beef shank, pork hock, or blood cubes that gives Bun Bo Hue its traditional spin. The Banh Canh was a pleasant surprise, the broth was clear rather than the slurry type. Making it an enjoyable option if you prefer something light and comforting. Nothing too amazing. The noodles were thinner than my patience waiting for good pho, and the spring roll sauce was basically peanut-flavored water--not the thick, creamy goodness I dream about (yes, I'm picky, and no, I won't apologize). I'm gonna say it, this may be the best Vietnamese in Spring. Traditional dishes done right. The vermicelli bun were exceptional with lots of flavor and a bit of char on the pork. Shrimp were big as well. The beef version was unctuous and appeared braised, however it was cooked, it was tender. Service was good though getting your check after your meal took a bit longer than necessary but I think it was more about not rushing the clientele. Will be my go to from now on. read more

Order to go pickup and hands down had the best experience just doing a pick up order. TMI was greeted soon entering and the guys jumped up to help me. He greeted me and then proceeded to ask if I d like a beverage, it was super hot outside so that was so kind of him to even ask. I declined by he insisted so I took a tea and man was I happy I did! The tea, unsweetened, was so good! I normally get sweeten but this teas tasted so good just as it was. The food was very good, everyone enjoyed their pho. The menu offers many options from Pho soup, rice dishes, vermicelli dishes, banh mi sandwiches and other soups that are more common across Saigon such as Hu Tieu Go. The items that really caught my attention were the Bot Chien and Banh Xeo found under their appetizers! After having a long weekend, I went to work and on Sundays, we don't get breaks so my appetite has been building all day. I got off work and I was driving home when I just couldn't take me being hungry anymore without noticing I just exited immediately to try to find someplace, I can grab a bite to eat and I just noticed pho zone out the corner of my eye. At first, I wasn't sure if I really wanted pho because I normally order it for to go and eat it at home so it was important for me this time to find a place I can sit down and eat and enjoy myself and I'm glad I gave this place a shot. I got my traditional order of chicken fried supreme roll and let me tell you the service list food fresh I really enjoyed their metal dish. It's just different. And the staff check on you throughout your stay. I really hope this place continues to live up to this review and this is experience when I came in. Oh my god! This place rocks! The spring rolls are super good and the pork vermicelli was outstanding! I've been here for the pho... but the vermicelli was better...I think! Only thing is it takes a couple bites to get used to the cold noodles as opposed to warm food I'm used to. First couple bites I was kinda grossed out, but after that I'm hooked! The pork was so tasty. Done and seasoned perfectly. It's nice to eat here, because the food is great, the service is good... they're there if you need them, but they don't bother you while you slurp up the noodles! I highly recommend!!!! My husband and I have been twice since it's opened. Friendly staff and great Vietnamese cuisine. I'm waiting for the cook who makes banh xèo to get back bc I'm craving that! Have had the pho, banh khot, gỏi cuốn, bánh mì and bánh bột chien and bánh mì chảo. Only notes I have are I wish the bot chien pieces were cut a little smaller, and the banh mi chao was served hotter. They're new so I'm sure they're still working out the kinks.
