From upon entering we felt so welcomed and favored. The waitstaff were beyond kind and eager to explain the origin of their clean and fresh ingredients. Tammy took our order and she was so sweet to us. I ordered a mango milk tea with boba and the fresh mango pulp came up through that large boba straw and added amazing texture but the FLAVOR was perfect. Not overly sweet. Tammy even helped me stage my pic of the boba tea! Hubby ordered basil flat noodles with beef and I ordered the beef noodle soup. There were big 'ole "CHONKS" of tender carrots and equally substantial chunks of beef in the most flavorful broth with all of the noodles, onions, basil, cilantro, as you would expect. We took our food to go to our hotel room. We were completely blown away by the amazing and fresh flavors. The broth was drinkable too! The atmosphere inside the restaurant is perfectly lit and had beautiful decor. We would definitely as we are in the area quite often for work. read more

I had tried them once for take out and was not impressed, but I tried them again for dine in and greatly appreciated the food and service. It was busy during lunch time but staff were on it to make sure you had everything you wanted and needed for your order. We've been here a few times, the food has never let us down so we figured they could pull out the disaster that was the other spot, and of course V Bistro killed it yet again. We found a piece of plastic in one of the spring rolls, which could have been extremely dangerous, especially since we had kids eating the food as well. While the restaurant did provide a refund promptly, this type of issue is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about their food safety and quality control. Accidents happen, but something like this should never occur in the first place. The lady at the counter literally asked my husband if he was going to tip but he was going to leave tip in cash. However this lady was literally screaming at him asking if he was going to leave a tip, and literally followed him to the door screaming if he was going to leave a tip. His intentions were to leave a tip in cash but after all that she did, absolutely not. A tip is not mandatory and our food was paid for. Everything we ordered were amazingly delicious. I got the round steak and tendon pho with my steak on the side. I like my meat medium rare that's why I asked for it to be on the side. Fast forward to present day and the once thriving shopping center is now in decline but the dining room of V Bistro remains full with happy customers. Why?
