I ordered a Pho bowl for delivery. Usually they separate the noodles, meat and veggies... everything was together so I didn't see the bloody uncooked meat once I put it in my broth...after eating a couple spoons I looked and noticed the meat in my bowl..I opened the container and it was raw bloody meat. I got sick afterwards...not ordering ever again.. read more

Meh. I ordered online and took it home with me. The rare meat portion seemed skimpy. The meatball was tough and did not seem homemade. No basil was included, just lots of cilantro. The broth was pretty bland. I popped in to use the bathroom while I was waiting and I always think that the way they maintain their restrooms is kind of telling overall. The soap dispenser was empty and there was only a sriracha bottle with something purple in it resting on the handicapped bar that may or may not have been soap. There were no paper towels either, only an empty dispenser. Yet employees are supposed to wash their hands before working?? Even tho this place is nice and close to my house, I'll probably go somewhere else. A fortune cookie would've been nice too. read more

This restaurant has a very strong smell of Nail polish due to the nail salon next door. Definitely makes your stomach turn. Also seems like their a/c is turned down low, place was hot. Asian lady at the counter was rude and short with me. I definitely didn't feel welcomed. She definitely looks like she hates her job. This establishment is definitely a small mom and pop business, and seems family owned and operated. I really like to support these kind of places. I love pho and just moved to the humble area. I don't recommend this place to anyone for dining in. I will need to venture out and find another pho spot nearby. Only nice about this place is their plants inside the restaurant. At least the food is decent! read more

The restaurant was just open barely a week so we decided to check it out. A bit skeptical since the good Vietnamese restaurants are in the Bellaire area, but quite surprise that is actually not bad at all. Prices are very reasonable and food is good. Service is ok , looks like it's their 1st time open a restaurant. Missing some condiments that should come with the meal and you have to ask for them. Like been sprouts and basil should come with the pho but they forgot until ask. Like the sauce with chicken wings they forgot too. Hopefully they will get better with time. Beside those minor details everything else is great. If you are in Humble area, should check them out. read more

Will not try again not I suggest this place unless your special or their race because after me a Vietnamese customer came in and he attended him nicely. read more

Living in the NE side of the Houston area, decent pho places are hard to come by, so when this spot opened up, expectations were ho hum. First things first, the atmosphere is chill, the ambience simplistic but roomy, and it's accommodating to families and small groups. The menu consists of a lot of pho shop favorites, from appetizers such as egg rolls (lumpia iykyk) and chicken wings, to entrees like rice plates and banh mi all of which are excellent. The pho itself? Compared to other places in the northside, is pretty good. With cooler weather coming around in the area, I'm ecstatic that there is a local pho restaurant that I can feel confident frequenting. The place looks like it's family owned, so while it can get busy at the lunch and dinner rush times, service has been all around good. Finally, they also have good tapioca drinks, which is a nice cherry on top. read more

It's just the best! The pho is spot on! I pass other pho places to go to The Pho Spoon.

This place is amazing! Me and my fiancé have been all over Houston trying different pho spots this place is awesome! Super friendly, helpful staff. Nice atmosphere..calming music. The Thai green tea is so delicious and the Pho is even better!! It's a very nice experience and the decor is very nice! Would definitely recommend anyone to stop by and try! read more

My favorite pho place in Humble! Great customer service and food is awesome as well! The Pho is 'pho'nominal not to mention the egg rolls and dumplings. Don't forget to check in for a free drink until June 21st! *Update* We stopped by last weekend got their rice plates which did not disappoint either! read more

This place is amazing. I discovered it pre-pandemic and honestly it's the best pho in the area. Friendly people, fantastic service, fantastic food. Simple as that. read more

Not the best pho in the area. They're plenty of other places that offer a better tasting and authentic style pho. The service is very mediocre at best. I probably will not return.... This place has very delicious food, I would give it a 5 star rating but the customer service is not so great, the cashier seems to have a pretty bad attitude, I didn't evaluate it the at first two times that visit the place but after 3 times coming here, I have come to conclusion that it's not going to change but besides that this a very nice place to order food from. read more

Visited during their soft opening and they did not disappoint! I was greeted right away and seated. A sweet lady came to take our order, and food came out fresh and hot. We ordered the chicken wings and Combo D. The chicken wings were crispy and delicious. Combo D comes with grilled chicken and shrimp. Both proteins were seasoned to perfection. My niece RAVED about the shrimp and said it made her so happy! Combo D also comes with a side bowl of pho. FINALLY, an authentic Vietnamese restaurant in Humble! We will be back to try their other menu items. read more

Went during soft opening and it was awesome Pho-sure! Broth was light and fragrant, with great flavor. I never drink the broth, but found myself lapping it up. I got a simple large pho tai bo vien, and was surprised at the amount of meat was in the bowl. Pricing was very reasonable especially considering the volume. My daughter got shaken beef which she said was tender and flavorful. She also got a Thai green tea, which she said was above average to boot Will definitely be back, excellent Vietnamese food for outside of the Bellaire area. read more

Being in the suburbs we don't get a lot of great restaurants. I have to say, I am a fan of the food however the service is horrible. I normally order out or dine in every two weeks and I have never received descent service. I really hope they work on their customer service. read more

Sooo not the best, but decent. First impression: Place feels empty, there where people there, but there's no decor or culture displays on the wall. Just wooden tables with metal chairs and white walls. The music was top 40 type, modern stuff mixed with some early 2000's. It's a weird clash of an environment. This is the first pho place I went to, where they didn't give mint leaves for your pho soup. A few pieces of cilantro and 3 lime wedges and a handful of alpha logs sprouts for three grown ass men. Staff was nice and friendly. But no table service, you must order at the counter. The broth tasted as same day broth. Not 1-3 day broth. I felt like I had to add a bunch of stuff into my soup to give it flavor. Egg rolls were DELICIOUS. Also I had the chicken pho, the chicken was good. Bathroom didn't have mirrors, which was good so I didn't have to see my ugly face. Again, stuff is friendly and egg rolls are delicious. read more

Ambience: Modern vibe, clean and welcoming Restroom: Clean and stocked Service: Rushed and cold/not welcoming Food: I got pho and the stock was overly salty as though it came from store bought stock. The noodles were clumped up and flavorless. The eggrolls were cold and not flavorful. This is my first time time going to a Vietnamese restaurant and getting a single basil leaf (see pictures). I asked them for more and they brought me 4 more leaves. However, the banh mi was respectable - the bread was soft and the meat was flavorful. Summary: Not worth it for the money. There are plenty of other options for pho in Houston and I won't be returning. read more

Well I'm here to say that place is NASTY! I have been eating pho for over 15 years and I must say by far it was the WORST. There was no flavor at all. I mean you can't taste ginger or the beef broth. I will not give them the oh they just opened or everyone has a bad day. I eat pho three times a week and I never have had to give passes on a bad day. I only ate there because of the people that tried to redeem them and also it's close. Never again. Oh and even though the menus are on the table and I was made to wait over 8 mins. I was then told I must order at the counter. Also, that is not AUTHENTIC Viet food. My best friend and my sister is Vietnamese. read more

The photos on yelp looked great....so we went to dine. The service was non existent. There was a huge table in front of the register and I had to toss my credit card for payment. Food was interesting....due to nats flying. We decided to just leave. Got a thanks as we left. There has to be an appreciation for customers who spend money in your business....all types of customers are important! Will not spend our money there again. Not a good experience. read more

A horrible place for vegetarians, unfortunately. Their veggie & tofu pho has chicken broth. Their veggie & tofu fried rice has meat already mixed into it? (According to our waiter) That really only leaves the tofu bahn mi as an option. Unfortunately, it wasn't very good. My boyfriend & I both ordered it & they were very inconsistent. His was missing carrots entirely while mine had a giant glob but only on one side of the sandwich. His was also slathered in mayo. I also tried ordering a milk tea but subbing normal dairy milk with soy milk (which is advertised on their menu) but they said I can't because the tea is premade with dairy milk. I guess a lot of the stuff at this place is premade? Makes me question how much of it is actually homemade. I really wanted to like this place. Bummed that my only option here is a mediocre tofu bahn mi sandwich. read more

Ok so this is definitely our new pho spot. The restaurant is pretty small and cozy, very clean and just a calming feeling when you walk in. You are greeted as soon as you walk through the door, place your order on the counter and they will take yoir food to your table. We got the vermicelli bowls and they were delicious! My son enjoyed the egg rolls. I decided to try their coconut juice that was delicious and refreshing. When you order one of their fresh juices or smoothies they put a really cute Hello Kitty seal on your cup. The lady that took our order stopped by our table to see what we thought and invited us to come back to try other items. We are definitely planning on coming back. read more

Was craving a nice bowl of pho after a long weekend in Mexico. So first thing I did was look up a spot on yelp closest to the airport. Man this place did not disappoint. Walking in the environment seemed like normal, coming in an hour and a half before closing the staff was so friendly and welcoming to us even with our big group. I ordered the special pho along with a pork banh mi. The broth left a satisfying spot in my stomach and if you've read any other of my reviews about pho, you know that's saying something. The banh mi had a nice soft crisp to it. All in all I'd return if I was ever back on this side of town. Come check them out! read more

GOOD!!! This place is the real deal, the spring rolls are fresh made to order (beef, chicken, pork, or shrimp) they give you plenty of peanut sauce for dipping and its good. The pho is hot freash and flavorful (not salty). I got the combination pho lots of meat !!!! The beef rice plate is freaking delicious too. You can take the grill , yummmy. Service is fast and friendly. I will definitely be coming back for lots more !!!! We love pho. The steak pho is so good! Salty and good portions of side items such as basil, jalapeños, sprouts, etc. The fried rice was quickly consumed by my son which is always a win, and my other son enjoyed the shrimp plate that also comes with rice. I went a limb and ordered them a kid pho, and believe it or not, they loved it and fought over it. We've been back twice. read more

Soo good! Nice friendly staff. And great food! Can't wait to go back! Prices are very affordable.

I have officially visited The Pho Spoon TWICE in less than 24 hours. My favorite go-to Vietnamese restaurant is in Midtown and I recently learned that they aren't open on the weekend and they close early during the week. What' a girl to do?!?! Use YELP to find another spot!!! I've had the chargrilled pork vermicelli twice, shrimp spring rolls, beef spring rolls and the fried eggrolls. All were excellent. I'm really looking forward to cooler weather so that I can enjoy the Pho. I'm also excited to explore their rice combination plates and the bahn mi. They have a great looking drink menu, but I think $4.00+ for a boba tea is too pricey. That may be the going price, but then again, I normally order water with lemon when I dine out. I wish the owners much success! I'll definitely be back!! read more

First timer: Ok to be honest I really wanted to dislike this place because the lady attending me came off a little rude. Not big rude just a little rude lol. Preferred to go, all was packaged very nicely. Their Grilled Pork Bahn Mi was delicious! I usually drive to downtown for my favorite bahn mi place but this one hit the spot!! You can make it a combo with drink, fries or egg roll for an additional $3.25 which I don't think is worth it for the tiny egg roll and canned soda that's comes with your sandwich. Pho was good as well. Spring rolls were a great addition to my afternoon meal. I will definitely be back for their food. Will definitely be watching out for the customer service received on my next trip which will let me know if I'll be back or not, idc how great someone's food is, if you don't give good customer service I won't be back. read more

To start off, food was amazing! Service was terrible, she was so rude, and instead of saying " NO " and " YOU CANT " she could of been so much nicer and kind about it, customer service was terrible i my cause of the lady. This place is just all right. Nothing special. Mediocre. Minimum effort put into the food .. the pho tastes like chicken broth, you get one measly shrimp in the spring roll, chicken tastes microwaved and bland. To go only because COVID-19. Super easy pick up and good food! I only rated four stars because pho is different to-go rather than sit down.

Very glad I found this place. I have been sick with my allergies for a week and I needed pho desperately. Another place I passed earlier closed at 8pm on a Friday night! Who does that? This place stays open later. I had to drive the opposite direction to get to them but I had to do it. I called them to pick up my chicken pho and they had it ready within 10 minutes. Very decently priced and really helped me sweat out my allergies. I will definitely be back! read more

Pho was flavorful and a big portion. Gives you alot of meat and noodles unlike most places. Staff is friendly and place is quiet.
