This is not worth $10 Quantity is not what's expected First time experience and this is what u get Every time we tried this place is always closed When u walk in it's not very welcoming Will never go back

The restaurant was just open barely a week so we decided to check it out. A bit skeptical since the good Vietnamese restaurants are in the Bellaire area, but quite surprise that is actually not bad at all. Prices are very reasonable and food is good. Service is ok , looks like it's their 1st time open a restaurant. Missing some condiments that should come with the meal and you have to ask for them. Like been sprouts and basil should come with the pho but they forgot until ask. Like the sauce with chicken wings they forgot too. Hopefully they will get better with time. Beside those minor details everything else is great. If you are in Humble area, should check them out.

Very rude!!! Came in at 8:35pm to dine in with my girls and the guy at the order told us take out correct? I said no dine in and he said rudely we only do take out since is past 8! I checked yelp before stopping in and no where it says they don't accept dine ins!!!! Will not try again not I suggest this place unless your special or their race because after me a Vietnamese customer came in and he attended him nicely.

Living in the NE side of the Houston area, decent pho places are hard to come by, so when this spot opened up, expectations were ho hum. First things first, the atmosphere is chill, the ambience simplistic but roomy, and it's accommodating to families and small groups. The menu consists of a lot of pho shop favorites, from appetizers such as egg rolls (lumpia iykyk) and chicken wings, to entrees like rice plates and banh mi all of which are excellent. The pho itself? Compared to other places in the northside, is pretty good. With cooler weather coming around in the area, I'm ecstatic that there is a local pho restaurant that I can feel confident frequenting. The place looks like it's family owned, so while it can get busy at the lunch and dinner rush times, service has been all around good. Finally, they also have good tapioca drinks, which is a nice cherry on top.

My favorite pho place in Humble! Great customer service and food is awesome as well! The Pho is 'pho'nominal not to mention the egg rolls and dumplings. Don't forget to check in for a free drink until June 21st! *Update* We stopped by last weekend got their rice plates which did not disappoint either!

Not the best pho in the area. They're plenty of other places that offer a better tasting and authentic style pho. The service is very mediocre at best. I probably will not return.... I'm not eating many carbs and asked for light noodles. This is what they gave me. I'm not very picky either. Garbage.

This place has very delicious food, I would give it a 5 star rating but the customer service is not so great, the cashier seems to have a pretty bad attitude, I didn't evaluate it the at first two times that visit the place but after 3 times coming here, I have come to conclusion that it's not going to change but besides that this a very nice place to order food from.

Visited during their soft opening and they did not disappoint! I was greeted right away and seated. A sweet lady came to take our order, and food came out fresh and hot. We ordered the chicken wings and Combo D. The chicken wings were crispy and delicious. Combo D comes with grilled chicken and shrimp. Both proteins were seasoned to perfection. My niece RAVED about the shrimp and said it made her so happy! Combo D also comes with a side bowl of pho. FINALLY, an authentic Vietnamese restaurant in Humble! We will be back to try their other menu items.

    Large pho tai bo vien

Went during soft opening and it was awesome Pho-sure! Broth was light and fragrant, with great flavor. I never drink the broth, but found myself lapping it up. I got a simple large pho tai bo vien, and was surprised at the amount of meat was in the bowl. Pricing was very reasonable especially considering the volume. My daughter got shaken beef which she said was tender and flavorful. She also got a Thai green tea, which she said was above average to boot Will definitely be back, excellent Vietnamese food for outside of the Bellaire area.

For the latter, it's gotten to a point where no other Vietnamese spot has come close in terms of pho. For pho seekers who happen to be in Humble, Pho Dien 1960 is an absolute must. The place is small, but they've stacked their small dining room into a very group friendly setup consisting of small booths and tables. The stale air quality is reminiscent of old school spots around town and the young Viet guys running the joint keep the place friendly and efficient. In terms of the pho, there are no complaints. The broth skews somewhat sweet, but it's aromatic enough for me to normally slurp it completely dry. Their best asset has been the meat, which is excellent. Their combination dac biet is an excellent variety that includes meatball, tripe, flank, and some of the best rare steak and tendon I've had. The latter is buttery and smooth enough to where I can't get enough. I tend to order it in their XL (xe lua) size, which is an off-menu item that goes for nearly $20 ($19.45) and is one of the largest bowls I've seen. I always look forward to getting it. While their banh mi and bun dishes are not nearly the same caliber, they still pass the test as a quality offering. The cha gio is a bit paltry, without any greens and a small bowl of semi-spicy nuoc mam (fish sauce). Their Vietnamese coffee is chocolate-y, and perfect for to-go. Their weekday lunch combo special is a good deal, in which one can come in for a small or medium sized pho and get an order of two cha gio or goi cuon with an iced tea. Parking is really easy on the weekends, especially since most of the businesses in the strip mall are closed. It may feel a tad more expensive ($12-18 per most entrees) but this is the price one pays in suburbia without having to head to any of the enclaves.

But drinks, spring rolls, banh mi, vermicelli/rice plates are also their jam. Definitely on the pricier side for Vietnamese food and not truly authentic (but guess it's pretty far from Alief / Bellaire here), but I enjoyed the flavors anyways! ** 5 spice tofu vermicelli: this beautiful plate came with big fluffy pieces of tofu that were nicely fried, but the tofu itself had only a hint of the 5 spice flavor. It came with a very sweet, light fish sauce (?) that amped up the flavor, and there are sriracha and hoisin sauces on each table if needed. The medley of carrots, cabbage, and cilantro added some crunch and color. It wasn't oily or overly filling, and I'm happy I tried it :) ** BBQ pork banh mi: solid banh mi with some pickled veggies inside. Take out the jalepeno if you don't like spicy! The pork is a little on the fattier side. We added a fried egg as suggested by the staff (man, eggs are expensive right now!), and it was a little overcooked since we usually like the slightly runny yolk for banh mi. The bread wasn't overly crispy that it poked the roof of your mouth. ** Shrimp tempura: more of a fried shrimp than the Japanese tempura style, but still tasty! These came piping hot with pickled carrots too. Doesn't taste very "shrimpy," which may be good depending on who you ask. It's a clean and sort of fun, airy atmosphere. You order at the cashier first and the water, utensils, boxes, etc are self-serve. The staff were friendly. Definitely bring a jacket-- they had fans circulating cold air and it was chilly! Would return for their lunch offerings if in the area and to try the drinks and bubble waffles :D
