This is my go to spot for some tasty pho! I always get the P3 which is the steak and brisket pho along with their egg rolls. So freakin good! My wife always gets her chicken pho and loves it as well. I've also had the steak cubes plate which is realllllly good as well. I don't have any complaints worth taking a star off for, but I do dislike that they never have banh mhi even though it's on their menu. One time I tried to order it and they said they were out. I went this last Monday 7/20/26 and tried to order it in person and the cashier just said, "we don't have that". Bummer for sure. All in all I will continue to be back, and maybe venture out and try new things. The vibe inside is always nice and calm, and they usually have a TV playing. Side note: they are awesome and I've seen them give free food to a homeless gentleman and his dog who is in the area often. Love it! read more

I ordered this to go because I was so sick. I have been in the restaurant and I love it there but I was weary about the take out version. The take out came neat and ready to prepare. The broth was still super hot and came with all the fixings on the side... even the sauces you make your perfect concoction. Needed something warm and easy to eat, so this became a destination one afternoon. I had been to one of their other locations with mixed results. This location seemed to be similar with its ups and downs. First off, the restroom needed a good clean, especially the toilet. Secondly, I always ask for my tai on the side and extra hot broth to cook it. My broth came out normal temperature so my tai barely cooked. Taste wise everything was fine. The broth was nice and clean tasting. The herbs and sprouts were nice and fresh, and the pork egg rolls were super yummy and seasoned well. Service was a bit lackluster despite it being very slow. I had to get up and ask for a togo container while my server played on his phone. Overall tasty food. Everything else just needs a bit of work. read more

This establishment is amazing. Upon arriving, I was greeted with the warmest smile and genuine "HELLO...how are you!!" This is my favorite place for Pho in the area. I really like the one with the eye round steak. The Vietnamese fried egg rolls are very good wrapped in lettuce and dipped in the sauce they give you. I used to eat here all the time, but it has really gone downhill. The other day our waiter brought out my meal about 30 mins before my husband's, so I was already finished before he started eating. We still waited for our appetizer 20 mins after we had both finished eating. I only come here for convenience. I'm going to stop coming here because the pho broth is bland. This should be the best thing in your restaurant. The bad part is that they set up themself for failure. I ordered delivery, and they forgot to give me utensils and hoisin/sriracha sauce. Maybe if I had the sauces, it would have tasted better. I can drink the broth without these sauces but it made me realize how there's no flavor. How do they even expect me to eat it without any utensils? My wife and I used to eat here often. However, we have noticed over the last year or so that the food has gone downhill. We just ordered our last meal from this restaurant. It has gotten to be so flavorless that it is almost inedible. I understand there is new ownership. It appears they are pinching pennies at the expense of their output. Today we had "grilled beef" and vermicelli and Tofu and Vermicelli. They were flavorless. Back in the day, the beef would have a nice marinated and charred flavor. Today it was just flavorless and grey. There used to be a saying that goes something like: "You can make a pizza so cheap that no one will want to eat it." I will just leave this by saying this seems like some really inexpensive "pizza". The Pho An (2?) on 1st Street in Humble is still owned by the original people I believe. So it started out wonderfully then was pretty much just a downhill slide I ordered from these guys on grub hub . I got the shrimp spring rolls . And the grilled meat rice plate that comes with soup spring roll & fried spring roll ...I ate the soup first .....aaaaammaaazzinngg it's pretty much just pho broth with scallions onions and cilantro but very tasty . Then I ate the spring rolls cool ...they're pretty basic but the sauce is delicious .....so about my plate ...just overall bad idea :( grilled beef was so bland and tasted like old grease and I'm not even sure if they gave me beef or pork . The fried spring roll was bland . I only got a spoonful of fish sauce so I'm not sure how good or bad it was poured is in my rice and meat and it was gone. They don't have a customer service contact to complain or provide feedback first of all, so I have to YELP it. Ordered two of the beef Vermicelli. The meat portion was almost non-existent. I bet there wasn't even two (2) ounces (oz) of meat in the meal. The rest is noodles and some greens. For $11? I'm still hungry. Would have gotten more meat on the $2 McD's Menu. Went back again because I'm a glutton for punishment. The pho isn't even served hot here anymore. Seriously, what's going on here? If you can't even serve hot soup, you really need to re-examine the fundamentals of why you're in this line of business. Hot soup is such a simple concept. Execution is effortless. My friend in Vietnam runs a business there and says shop owners aren't ignorant of the bad quality of their service. They just keep doing it because folks let them get away with it.
