    Spring Rolls Delight

Not my favorite type of food on the Aisan side, but when dealing with a light eating choices, it's really for healthy eating here for me. Maybe after the gym, or dieting this food probably best. Unique dipping sauces, where you can't find no where else.

Everything was delicious, and the service was super friendly and they explained some of the dishes to us. I highly recommend them.

Food was served really fresh and hot. The restaurant is super clean and smelled amazing. Service was polite and quick. Perfect for a quick fix for noodles and pho.

Have been coming here because it is very close to where I live and their pho is always pretty good, has a nice flavored broth and the large is a good portion. Recently tried the spring rolls this time and they were not my favorite, they fell apart very easily and the peanut sauce was just okay, I would probably try the egg rolls next time instead. Not usually busy for lunch and service was quick!

Quick service and good food. Only downfall is that charge 3% for credit card payments.

I get the p5 on the menu and it's pretty decent cuts of meat. Lots of it that's for sure they aren't shy on protein. Services is always quick and happy to help no matter how busy. Store is clean and well maintained with lots of seating and accommodations for kids. Stellar place for family or dining alone. I normally add photos but didn't bother i was so excited for the meal.

One of Houston's most successful pho establishments has to be Pho Dien, as they've quietly been…read morekilling it Chinatown, Katy, and Humble. For the latter, it's gotten to a point where no other Vietnamese spot has come close in terms of pho. For pho seekers who happen to be in Humble, Pho Dien 1960 is an absolute must. The place is small, but they've stacked their small dining room into a very group friendly setup consisting of small booths and tables. The stale air quality is reminiscent of old school spots around town and the young Viet guys running the joint keep the place friendly and efficient. In terms of the pho, there are no complaints. The broth skews somewhat sweet, but it's aromatic enough for me to normally slurp it completely dry. Their best asset has been the meat, which is excellent. Their combination dac biet is an excellent variety that includes meatball, tripe, flank, and some of the best rare steak and tendon I've had. The latter is buttery and smooth enough to where I can't get enough. I tend to order it in their XL (xe lua) size, which is an off-menu item that goes for nearly $20 ($19.45) and is one of the largest bowls I've seen. I always look forward to getting it. While their banh mi and bun dishes are not nearly the same caliber, they still pass the test as a quality offering. The cha gio is a bit paltry, without any greens and a small bowl of semi-spicy nuoc mam (fish sauce). Their Vietnamese coffee is chocolate-y, and perfect for to-go. Their weekday lunch combo special is a good deal, in which one can come in for a small or medium sized pho and get an order of two cha gio or goi cuon with an iced tea. Parking is really easy on the weekends, especially since most of the businesses in the strip mall are closed. It may feel a tad more expensive ($12-18 per most entrees) but this is the price one pays in suburbia without having to head to any of the enclaves.

Inside is clean, bright and welcoming. good amount of tables for dining in. The Pho was a decent size bowl. The noodles were warm and not a clump at the bottom of the bowl, which happens a lot at Pho shops when they just throw some noodles at the bottom of the bowl and pour Pho on top of it. Very deep beef flavor which all the accompanying spices you're looking for in a good Pho/ The Banh Mi was very good as well. Bread was nice and crusty, yet soft in the middle and had ample amount of actual meet in the sandwich. A friend and I were visiting Houston for a few days and were looking to binge on good Indian food…read morethat texan Indians are always boasting about. This place didn't disappoint. We ate our hearts out and enjoyed every dish we ordered. We started with goat bone soup which took me back to my childhood when we used to eat at the dhabas on the highways during our family trips. It tasted exactly the same, peppery spicy and delicious! We also had veg kal dosa, cut mirchi and gongura mutton curry. Cut mirchi was so delicately made and it melted in my mouth. Dosas were great with the gongura mutton. The quantities were generous and prices were reasonable for the quality. Service was awesome! I am officially jealous of the people who could eat this food whenever they want to.

1/5 Stars - By far the worst Indian dining experience I've had in recent memory. I would give this…read morerating less than 1 star if that was an option. Here's the summary: Subpar Food - Entirely lacked authentic flavor; tandoori chicken arrived lukewarm (tasting microwaved), and "extra hot" korma had zero spice or taste. Inattentive Service - Required flagging down staff just to place an initial order. Hidden Charges - Unlabeled table water bottles were covertly billed without prior disclosure. Questionable Payment Practices - Staff demanded blind payment on a card reader, refusing to show an itemized bill beforehand until insistence forced them to cancel the screen. If you'd like to know more: The food lacked any authentic flavor or expected preparation. The tandoori chicken, usually served sizzling on a hot plate (my experience at other Indian restaurants), arrived lukewarm, tasting as though it had simply been microwaved. Both the korma and the dishes requested at an "extra hot" spice level were entirely devoid of flavor and heat. Service was equally disappointing, requiring us to flag down a waiter just to place an initial order. Compounding the poor experience, two bottles of water left on the table were billed at $1 each without any prior disclosure or mention from the staff. Most concerning was the payment process: the waiter presented a card scanner with a total, refusing to provide an itemized bill beforehand and stating we could only see it after paying. (Only after insisting did the waiter cancel the payment screen so I could review the charges). Between the subpar food, inattentive service, and questionable billing practices, this establishment feels shady and untrustworthy. I cannot recommend it and will not be returning.
