I enjoy Panera Bread's salads, soups, and sandwiches. Tonight I placed an order to go for the broccoli cheddar soup and Asian chicken salad. When I arrived my order was waiting at the to go shelf. My salad and soup was great. My only complaint is that I think most things are overpriced but I was able to use a BOGO $5 coupon. read more

Panera Bread - Asian chicken salad - Sandwiches Near Me - Atascocita, Texas

It was delivered so I'm just going by that experience/food only. I don't understand the hype and like I once read online somewhere "it's just overpriced cafeteria/hospital food". I ordered a sandwich with soup. I got their new item Croque Monsieur Croissant Toast and it was pretty much a regular ham sandwich with mayo"gruyere sauce" and finely chopped onion. The bread wasn't much either it was again... pretty much a regular toasted piece of bread. They forgot my Mediterranean salad so can say much on that. Finally the soup. I got the cheddar broccoli. It was..yeah it was pretty bland. The meal came with a piece of baguette and chips. Wish they had more options but what I got wasn't bad definitely not kettle cooked. The baguette was not bad but it's just a piece of bread. read more

Sorry but this location is so dirty on the inside. I know that panera bread likes to keep the old nostalgic cafe feel but this location needs an entire renovation. The food is far below average and honestly I wouldn't recommend anything but maybe a bread or a pastry. Every single thing on the menu is overpriced for the little amount you get. None of the ingredients are fresh! What made me write this review today is from a recent horrible experience. I ordered a Blueberry Lavender Lemonade for the first time and it was fizzy as if it had soda in it. I drunk about half the cup and sat it in the fridge and when I opened the cup a few hours later I was immediately hit with a kombucha like apple cider vinegar smell, and it seems like the amount of pulp at the bottom of the cup increased. Just typing about this makes my skin crawl. I called the location to ask if this drink contains soda and the manager said no... so I explained to him the issue and he responded just saying "Sorry about that.. we'll make sure to change out the lemonade". Not that I was expecting much from him, there was just no sincere response or care to satisfy an upset customer. I will not be returning to this location and they probably need a health inspector here honestly. read more

I preordered lunch boxes through the catering link using the app. We were having a working lunch and wanted boxes with a variety of sandwiches and salads b the catering was big hit. Ordered frontera chicken, turkey bravo, smokehouse bbq, tuna and a couple of salad options like chicken Caesar and green goddess. Such rave reviews about how fresh the bread was. The hot sandwiches were the favorites. Everyone got a bag of chips and cookie. I also ordered hibiscus tea and blueberry pomegranate lemonade. The delivery driver was very professional and set everything up. He called in advance to say he would be a little late, which was fine. My group of 22 enjoyed this lunch. read more

The service at this location is horrible. The African American female at the order register definitely rekey needs to find another job she might like. She acted like I was totally inconveniencing her to take not order. Rolled her eyes when I asked a question and was just very rude. As I was waiting on my order I observed her be just as rude and lazy with several other guests. I'm probably going to think real hard before I go to this location again. read more

Coffee is one reason why I patronize Panera Bread. For $ 3.19 a paper cup coffee should be fresh and hot. At 4:00pm last Friday all urns were anything but either. read more

Stopped by a couple of times for quick meals to eat at the hotel prior to the Boston Marathon. Panera Bread was conveniently located to the hotel. Smaller portions with higher cost (similar to almost all eateries) but consistent food is always good. read more

If it is possible to give them a negative rating, that is what this branch deserves. This location, by far, is the most unfriendly staff I have ever encountered. No one is at the counter the entire time we were there. We ordered at the kiosk and went to get our self serve drinks. Where will I get it if there is no on at the counter? So I went to the take out area to ask for a cup and was referred to the counter. I said there was no one there. And he begrudgingly gave me 1 cup. Did not ask how many since I was with my husband. And their cold brew is godaweful!!!! Will not ever be back at this location. Baytown has better service!! Imagine that! read more

Souffle was cold and runny. Not cooked. Bagels had no flavor and burnt in toaster. Didn't even get my drink

We ordered and were sitting near the food prep area. Someone pulled out a ladder and proceeded to open a vent right above where employees were preparing our food When our order was ready, the employee called for a runner to bring us our food. The one employee available to bring us our food walked up complaining that he was being asked to do 3 things at the same time... one of them being cleaning the floor My mother and I decided to go get our own food from the counter. I did speak to the manager about how unsanitary it was to conduct vent work as employees were preparing food (it was 11:30 am). He said nothing. We will not be back any time soon. read more

Panera Bread has been a family favorite for years! Since moving to Humble 3 years ago, we have eaten at this location twice. Recently, we decided to try again and it was a mistake! We ordered the Croissant Bacon egg, cheese sandwich, a cinnamon roll and chocolate chip cookies, total cost a little over $28.00. First the sandwiches were very small and nothing like the picture on the website! In comparison, a Burger King croissan'wich would have been bigger and cheaper! I also ordered a cinnamon roll and it definitely was not made fresh! It was very hard and inedible! Lastly we ordered a chocolate chip cookie 12 pack! They seemed undercooked and were packed in a plastic bag mashed together like a wad of cookie dough! It will be a very long time before we eat at this location again. read more

This is the worst Panera we have been to. From the time you walk in no one is at the front counter and you have to use a kiosk to order. Then there were no cups for my drink and had to ask for it from another person that was rude. Then they finally brought the food and forgot my wife drink an iced coffee and that tasted like they made it with the grinds still in it and it was old coffee. Will not be back. read more

Such sweet staff and well organized! Love Panera and their seasonal menu. Regular dining atmosphere but my sister from Canada absolutely adores this place!! read more

Just arrived here at 6:07 am. The door was locked although the sign says they open at 6:00am. One of the employees opened the door and upon entry I could see that there were only 2 items available on display...zero bagels. The guy behind the counter attributed that to the fact that they just opened. It's been a while since I've visited this location and never had an issue ordering a bagel. People come here because they open early enough to grab breakfast and still get to work on time. read more

Panera is an amazing place--10 years ago and this one just doesn't meet the standard. Everything we got on this day was subpar (tomato soup, grilled cheese, macaroni and cheese, flatbread pizza, chicken Caesar salad) was all too cold for dine in. I understand they are revamping the menu frequently and trying new things. I understand their cook method and how the cafe is limited in prep of the food temps. The saving grace as the amazing manager who saw my son's disappointment in his expectations and remade everything. Customer service here is superior. read more

Subpar service holds back this location. I ordered a whole sandwich and received only a half. I had to show the cashier my receipt so I could get the other half. Paired with the general uncleanliness on the tables and floors, I'd rather check out other options in the area. read more

This mornings order was 1 Cinnamon Crunch Bagel sliced and toasted. The counter person got it done perfectly. 1. Chicken chipotle breakfast sandwich. I waited, but when I went to check there were 3 in the kitchen and one at the counter chatting and joking around and moving slow to get orders complete. I watched as my sandwich was moved from one side to the other and it sat for 5 minutes before it was moved to the counter and I walked over and grabbed it. There were at least two other complaints before I left the store. This is the worst of all Panera's I've been to and I go every Sunday morning. read more

We love the soups & sandwiches but manager is void of customer service. My wife was craving their delicious squash soup so ordered Pick 2s on way home. The young cashier typed in the wrong soup (mistakes happen but it's how management handles them is what counts). Had to make the 45 min round trip back to correct it. I explained situation and suggested an extra soup for the time/inconvenience. The manager, Berdinette (sp?) indignantly said "I can't give you a soup, I'll give you a pastry". Didn't want a pastry but she wasn't interested in satisfying a customer. I felt bad for her staff witnessing how pretentious Berdinette was. read more

Employees are really rude. I will never come back here. I threw away my food and drove to Jason's Deli it was so bad.

there were flies in the display box and when I mentioned it they did care. It's really rude to just shrug uot sodidj?ers

A number of times my orders have been wrong or an item left out. I used to love the cinnamon rolls, but I guess the recipe has changed. The rolls and icing are different and not very good now. read more

Ordering online is such a life saver if the application is user friendly. Panera Bread's ordering website is a little difficult because the item descriptions aren't available and if you want to edit the order, it pretty much loses the prior item in the system and you have to start all over again. Of course, it might have just been my luck that I had that technical glitch, but still, it was annoying. By the way, on this particular day when I ordered, I was taking advantage of a $5 off Rapid Pick Up offer. Super Score! I ordered potato soup with a cobb salad. Mind you, I had an inkling that the cobb salad may have avocado, which I am allergic to, but again, I could not see details online what the ingredients of the salad contained. Took a risk and gave no special requests. Upon entering Panera, there is a shelf where rapid orders are kept. Mind you no one mans it--you just grab "your order" and go. However, the thought crossed my mind that someone might--just might--come in and grab someone's order out of malice. No one checks for your credit card info to receive the bag. Nice concept in some regards, but I can see a really big problem with it as well. Before I left, I checked my salad and sure enough--avocado in my salata! Waited in line a cool few minutes to get waited on about it, but teh cashier was so busy helping other customers. I finally waved someone down behind the counter and told them the situation. They stated that they understood and took the salad back. However, my second salad wasn't as full as the first. Hmmmm wonders never cease... as to what happened to some of my lettuce, but hey I received an entire meal for $4 bucks. Can't really get bent out of shape over some few leaves of lettuce! Overall, food was quite tasty and fresh, but the Rapid Pick up system is a little flawed read more

Yeah, don't go here. I'm not sure what's up with Panera in Houston. I travel for work and often order an Asian Chicken Salad with extra Chicken. The first Panera I tried to order from was out of baguettes. Isn't that their signature item? Then, this Panera. I picked it up and got back to my hotel with it. As soon as I opened the salad, I knew something was wrong - instead of nice pieces of chicken that are supposed to be in this, it looks like someone opened a can of chicken bits and dumped it onto the salad. I don't get it. I called to ask about it and was told that they ran out of the chicken that's supposed to be in it, so they subbed in these shredded chicken bits. Why would you not tell the customer or ask if that's ok? Horrible. Don't go to thus Panera. read more

It's been sometime since I was here things have not changed much. Still have poor communication on what is exactly going on. I have been here a handful of times over the last few Years, each a prayer the next would be better than the last. Yet, disappointment has reigned supreme. This is one if The Filthiest restaurants in the area. The seats and tables are constantly filthy, covered in food, the floor is often littered with visible food and garbage, and the food itself is just "meh", even for Panera Bread. I recently discovered they do not offer to warm up the breakfast pastries, instead opting to hand out cold, unwelcoming crusted foods that should delight the senses. This causes the food to fall below-the-crust-of-the-Earth flat. I will not eat here again, it just grosses me out, and I have otherwise enjoyed other Panera Bread restaurants I have eaten at. read more

Every time I go to this location they are pretty much out of EVERYTHING I usually order. Today my order was delivered to me and was missing all the customizations I added to my sandwich, no bread bowls that we paid extra for with our soup and none of the correct sides that were placed with the order. Been very dissatisfied with this location the past 3 times... seems like they need more inventory ordered since they are always out of everything. Not to mention being over charged for my order when I did not receive 1 thing that was correct. read more

I did rapid order via Panera App. I ordered a ham, egg, and cheese on cinnamon crunch bagel (app exclusive). I ordered a coffee too. I get to the pick up and my stuff was packaged well. Ordered 3 sandwiches and 2 salads. Customized everything. I can almost deal with an item or two missing from a sandwich or salad although I shouldn't have to. But every order I've ever made at the Atascocita Panera Bread has always had issues. Most issues are small so I keep giving them chances. The thing hat makes me the angriest about my order last night is the grilled cheese sandwich I received. It looks like it was cooked in a microwave. Totally inedible. A pic is attached. I love Panera Bread and will continue to eat their food. But I will not spend another dime at the Panera Bread in Atascocita which is the closest location to my house. I'm done with them. This place is highly overrated. one whole sandwich, two sandwich/soup combos, a child's soup and 4 drinks were $42! Not to mention they were out of regular cups, which is what I ordered and paid for, so I was presented with 4 SMALL cups and told 'you can certainly get as many refills as you'd like.' Not really sure how I would do that since it was a to-go order. I get home with my combo-sized chicken salad sandwich to find a tablespoon of chicken mixture on top of a disporpotonally large tomato slice & lettuce. That was more than $4 alone and it wasn't very tasty. Un-Be-Lievable. The moral of this sad tale is if you're hungry and want to spend a lot of money for very little food, this is the place to be. read more

Really disappointed in Panera bread.. once again.. seems like every time we've gone to this location there is always some sort of issue.. whether it's something being forgotten, the quality or quantity. Always something. Most times I just looked past it because the food tastes good but after being disappointed time and time again we stopped going. Today we decided after having stayed away for months to order pick up. My fiancé ordered the roast turkey BLT and there was two pieces of turkey on the sandwich.. I know some people are probably like that's why you're complaining? But this isn't the first time this has happened and will be the last time because we won't be returning. At about $10 a sandwich I shouldn't be having this issue. If this was a first time occurrence it'd be one thing but like I said.. every single time it's something. Was looking for a place for a lunch date with my little one and this place was recommended by many. Of course I've been a while back but didn't realize just how good it was. Eugenia was so sweet to give recommendations and was really patient while we looked over the whole menu before we FINALLY ordered. Thanks Eugenia, it was all perfect!! Excellent customer service :) My little one totally LOVED their mac-n-cheese bowl with yogurt and a fruit smoothie. I LOVED her smoothie too! I really enjoyed my chicken salad sandwich on wheat. She also devoured the red velvet cupcake!! She was nice to share just a bite :) We got there just before the linch rush so it was perfect and we had a quiet table in a corner so it was even better. I've always ordered delivery to my work place, but the past few times have been irritating. There's a certain driver who has delivered to me at least 5 times and every time he is on the way, he will call and ask where I'm located. Isn't that was gps is for?
