The food was great. I was greeted promptly when I entered the restaurant The restroom was super clean, as well as the front of the house. The had basketball on the tv. The menu was easy to read and order from. The cashier Juanita was very friendly and personable, as well as the rest of the crew. My biggest complaint was that Jaunita had her pants half way down her butt, and was showing her underwear. This is not professional, sanitary, or representative of the rest of my experience. I have seen this trend slipping into other establishments and it needs to be called out. Also the open sign and doors were locked 9 minutes before published closing time. Very disappointed with my experience at Firehouse Subs on May 30, 2026, around 7:00 PM. We ordered three sandwiches, and while waiting for our food, we noticed a strong burning smell. We also overheard an employee say, "Why didn't you let me know the timer is off?" At that point, we hoped the smell wasn't coming from our order. Unfortunately, when we got home and opened our bags, we found that the bread on all three sandwiches was burnt. To make matters worse, we also purchased a cookie, and it was extremely hard, as if it had been sitting out all day. For the amount we paid, we expected much better quality and attention to detail. This experience was very disappointing, and based on this visit, I would not recommend this location. read more

Absolute GARBAGE! Ordered via uber eats, I have my receipt and it's in black and white, NO MUSTARD there's mustard on both my sandwiches, asked for grilled onions, I got raw onions, asked for bell peppers, got none, asked for Jalapenos and got none. They didn't bother to read the instructions AT ALL. I just spent $20 for sandwiches I ended up throwing in the trash. Clearly these people cannot read, much less follow simple instructions. I feel that I need to update my review. The owner of the restaurant did reach out to me and was extremely apologetic for the mistake they made on my catering order. As I mentioned in my previous review, I had placed a very large order (about $600) that was never delivered. The owner took full responsibility and apologized. We are all human and all make mistakes. I don't even think this location even deserves that 1 star. I recently placed an order through UberEats and the order was completely wrong. Wrong chips and my sandwich was made incorrectly. This is very disappointing due to the fact that we are taking necessary measures to stay safe. I am 7 months pregnant and had to go to the store to get my order corrected. When I arrived there, the manager (Raj) had an attitude about me getting the correct chips for my now corrected order. The customer service is very poor and I would not recommend this location. Stopped in for a quick bite between errands and so glad we did. We beat the lunch crowd so it was perfect. The sandwiches were perfect too! Fresh & fast. I tried the Thai pulled pork and it was so good I forgot to snap a pic. My husband got the club and was nice enough yo share :) Glad he did! The meats were thinly sliced and piled up. All the toppings were fresh and the bread was warm. PERFECT sandwich. My little one loved the plastic fire mans hat that came with her meal. The place was extremely clean and VERY friendly! The drink counter was cool but not a lot of space if there are more than 2 people trying to get drinks at time. We were headed out as the crowd came in and I always like to beat the crowd. It's more enjoyable when not so chaotic around you. Especially when trying a place out for the first time. We can't wait to return and try a different sub! I think the manager was training most the staff while we were there and it seemed she was doing a great job.
