We also overheard an employee say, "Why didn't you let me know the timer is off?" At that point, we hoped the smell wasn't coming from our order. Unfortunately, when we got home and opened our bags, we found that the bread on all three sandwiches was burnt. To make matters worse, we also purchased a cookie, and it was extremely hard, as if it had been sitting out all day. For the amount we paid, we expected much better quality and attention to detail. In fact, it was uncovered, so anything could have fallen into it throughout the course of the day. I suggest the proprietor (or even corporate) look into this practice because it just didn't sit well with me. The grand total was $15.01. They nicely let me pick up my drink cup upon walking past the counter. This is nice because some restaurants and cashiers will make you wait to get a drink cup until your order comes out from the kitchen. Grilled chicken sandwich - it is OK but a little dry. The best part may have been the pickles. The bun was brioche and good Strawberry shake - the plus is that it does seem to contain fresh sliced strawberries. The strawberries may have been previously frozen though and they tend to get stuck in the straw due to their size. Overall, it's not too bad for fast food. New large open restaurants are always nice when new. I can't say I will be a regular customer, but it is another option in the area.
