Messed up my 1 sandwich order twice. All I asked for was no mayo and no onions. Only 1 other car in the drive thru. Crazy

Relaxing, clean place to grab a pizza and they'd probably switch to the game you'd like to watch on their big tv, if you asked. Ordered and 15 minutes later got a very generous sized medium pizza; fresh ingredients, and hot from the oven. I took the pizza to go to share with others at home and we all enjoyed our slices truly, a New York style pizza. Good crust, lots of cheese and fresh toppings. I might ask for a little more sauce on the pizza next time just because I like it a little more that way I did like the taste of the sauce ,as well. I hope they open a location in Humble or Valley Ranch area! Stop by soon for a great pizza experience, in every way.

We've had a pretty rough weekend so my husband and I decided to order take out. It's Easter Sunday…read moreso a lot of restaurants were closed today. Our boys love pizza so we decided to see what Yelp recommended around the house. I always base my decision on the color and texture of the cheese on the pizza. I don't like the appearance of yellow orangish cheese. It has to be white because it seems less greasy to me. So, this local pizza spot was the win. I'd give their pizzas an 8/10 because the size of the pizzas were great, toppings were reasonable, but prices a bit on the steep side. I'm okay with paying for a really good pizza, but no take out specials was a slight disappointment. I mean not even for a one topping pizza. So be prepared to pay for the size of your pizza plus each topping. You can order a few select specialty pizzas on their menu. I have to say the fact that: the crust was crispy, not greasy, not too thick, and the flavor and amount of the pizza sauce was just right. I'm an in between thin and hand tossed pizza crust preferred so this was perfect. Other than that, we liked it so much we'll be back when we're craving a good pizza. It would be a great perk if there were some specials even if it was 10% off your take out order or a special when you buy two pizzas. We ordered the 18" pepperoni pizza and 14" meat lovers.

Fuhgeddaboudit!…read more That's all I gotta say. This place had me talking like I was born in Brooklyn after one bite. I got the special: $30 for a 16-inch cheese pizza (added pepperoni because plain pizza wasn't invited to this party), 10 buffalo wings comes a side of ranch but you can choose a flavor, garlic bread. While we waited, people kept coming in and out grabbing to-go orders. That's always a good sign the food is going to be amazing and everyone knows something I don't. Then the food arrived. I looked at that pizza and said Fuhgeddaboudit. Took one bite Fuhgeddaboudit. The cheese was perfect, the pepperoni had great flavor, and the sauce wasn't trying to take over the whole pizza like it owned the place. Everything was balanced. Then I tried a wing Fuhgeddaboudit. Some of the best oven-baked wings I've had from a pizza shop. My only advice: if you're getting them to go, ask for extra sauce because those wings soak it up faster than a New Yorker can say "Fuhgeddaboudit" Now the garlic bread well that's the only thing that would be sleeping with the fishes. But I'll give it a pass because I've never really been a garlic bread guy anyway. So if you ever see a Brooklyn Pizzera shop and you're hungry, stop in. I promise after that first bite you'll be looking around saying "Fuhgeddaboudit!"

However, with Marco's being recently named as one of America's favorite pizza, I've obviously been sleeping on them. Been here a few times already and I wonder why I haven't gone earlier. The location here in Humble is good for dates or groups and service is great. They seem to have delivery to nearby locations. A more recent visit with 10+ of our friends showed the great service, as I'm guessing one of their employees overheard our Happy Birthday song and gave our friend a whole brownie pan without us even mentioning. The pizza itself is excellent, even by major brand standards. Primo is a term they use a lot but is well founded. The toppings, cheese, and sauce are great and plentiful, and the crust does not fall into the category of pizzas where you skip the crust and throw it away. They also have specialty pizzas, and my favorite is the all meat one, and they do not skimp on the ingredients at all. They also have wings in two flavors which is pretty good also. Only complaint/suggestion is to eventually introduce a BBQ chicken pizza, all because I know that if/when they do, it would be bomb.

After waiting another 15 minutes, I asked if they were making my order because it had been 30minutes after order was placed. They asked my name again and then they said they couldn't find my order? They said i called the wrong Marcos which was not true because I have their number saved since we eat there at least 1-2 a month. I asked for their phone number and then showed them that I had called that number 35minutes prior. Then I said forget it at this point, I'm not going to wait another 15minutes. They could've cared less.. my thing is they told me they were still working on my order and still had me wait another 15minutes.. if I wouldn't have got up to ask, I would've been there for who knows how long.

I think this restaurant will be successful once the kinks are worked out and I applaud them for selling out on their highly anticipated debut (delayed opening date). It's a cute clean shop (no inside seating) but friendly staff and manager. They have amazing fizzy lemonade in a cute bottle branded for them, like a keepsake. The pizza has inconsistencies. The hand tossed New Yorker all pepperoni was good, although mine had the wrong sauce (marinara vs pizza sauce) and a lot of extra crust, no flavor options. This version of their crust is hand stretched and fresh. So I went with this one. No solution was offered for the mistake, just an excuse. In good faith, i ordered again a few days later, this time thin crust, which I did not enjoy due to the sauce/crust ratio. So far, Pepperoni's does not have the depth or the old world pepperonis to replace my go-to pizza chain--Marcos.
