I love this place! It's one of my go-tos. Portions are huge, and so well priced. Everything on the menu is so tasty. Staff is super friendly. Place is a letter small, but I've never had to wait very long even though they're always pretty busy. They have a room that you can rent out for parties, which is very big, and also where I always end up when we come to eat also! My husband and sons love the chicken Alfredo here. I always order something with shrimp. We usually order take out but we decided to dine in tonight. I don't know if it's just me, but it seems ordering take out these days are better than dining in. I was not impressed with the quality of the food. I ordered the Shrimp Fra Diavolo. It's shrimp tossed in a spicy marinara sauce with angel hair pasta. Basically marinara sauce with crushed red pepper. It was more like boiled shrimp tossed in marina sauce along with some of the undrained pasta water. I'd give it a 6/10 since the shrimp wasn't overcooked. The house salad was simple, just old soggy lettuce, grape tomatoes and red onions. The garlic knots were a bit on the dry side, which was fine for me since I shouldn't be eating too many carbs. We ordered bottled Michelob Ultras and they might as well been room temperature. The waiter came to our table and just said hello then awkward silence for what felt like several minutes. This is my second time using the catering services. I called ahead to order but had to call back and they didn't have my order. Luckily I checked back the day before and was able to place the order. Ordered for my group: lasagne, chicken Marsala, chicken penne Alfredo and grilled chicken Greek salad. Also ordered 4 dozen garlic bread rolls. The lasagne was a full pan, everything else was half pan. They also included marinara and angel hair pasta. My group was 26 people and it was plenty of food. It cost 260.00 plus tip for all this food. Such a great bargain. I wanted to pick up at 1030. They were busy when I arrived and my order was not ready until about 1045. I had to wait. The food was phenomenal and so much! The prices were super cheap for the amount of food. The lasagne appeared to be a little scorched on the top but tasted delicious. On Sunday afternoon December 28, 2025 i was with my girlfriend and her family celebrating her mother's birthday and that almost turned into a disaster due to our waitress. From the minute we sat down the waitress, Melissa rushed us to order & even started packing our food to go boxes barely even 2 bites in.... she would bring one glass of wine when we asked for 2 & lastly she threw away my girlfriend's food. Came in again over the weekend and even though the main dinning room was not full we were taken back to the hall area and the waitress made us walk thru the rain without any notice or chance to grab an umbrella. They had really good lunch prices... half price of the dinner menu. I ordered the meatball appetizer and the chicken parmigiana lunch special, both came with garlic knots and the lunch came with a salad. The salad was a little plain but it was still good. The marinara sauce had really good flavor, the meatballs were a good size and were covered in mozzarella and sauce... dip the bread in there and you have a whole meal. While we understand that delays can happen, the long wait was disappointing, especially since the order was pre-scheduled. One word: Eduardo!!!!!! He provided some of the BEST service I have received in a long time! We were a large party, at that!!!! So, kudos to him for being so attentive and accommodating! Now, we've been coming to Italianos for a few years now. We used to love the food and its happy hour Togo menu served me well during my postpartum days! But as of late, some of my favorites just haven't tasted the same. The Alfredo tastes like just cream, without the classic Alfredo taste. I did try the appetizer mushrooms and they were delicious! For an affordable Italian American meal, this place is so-so. Despite a homey family vibe and mediocre pedestrian offerings, its popularity has shown it to be a favorite amongst the locals. As mentioned, this place is popular. The entrees are well priced, and large parties are easily accommodated. The sampler appetizer was very disappointing, comprised of just a few tiny fried mushrooms and generic low quality factory tasting raviolis and string cheese. I ordered a chicken parm and asked to replace the spaghetti with fettuccini, which they were able to accommodate. The tomato sauce on the chicken was a bit watery, but the chicken was big and juicy. The complimentary garlic knots were okay. With the large menu, there's plenty of options for every taste. Just don't expect something memorable or out of this world tasty. This was my first time at Italiano's and I thought the food was tasty, our server was absolutely amazing (I can't recall his name but he had red hair), and it was extremely affordable considering the portion size. My first con was the atmosphere. The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming but the other patrons were without a shadow of a doubt racists. The way they looked and stared at me with frowns made me very uncomfortable. I received started and frowns for three patrons at various areas within the restaurant. The patrons were older white women. I was shocked. All I was doing was walking silently to the restroom and exiting the restaurant. I had never experienced anything like it before. Again, the is no fault of the restaurant but the customers. I wouldn't bring any person of color here for that reason alone. As far as the good things, I ordered the chicken cacciatore and asked for mozzarella on top. It was tasty but slightly salty. The restaurant provided complimentary garlic knots which you can't go wrong with. Lastly, I got Caesar salad which was great. I will reserve my recommendation to go to Italianos because of how I felt but for those who don't mind receiving dirty looks, feel free to go. read more

Italiano's was disappointing. Let's start with the food. The restaurant provides unlimited garlic knots for the table. What my table was served was not garlic knots they were regular dinner rolls with butter half way drizzled on them. The butter did not taste like it had any garlic on them. For starters we had Ceasar Salad and the salad greens were wilted and going bad and it was also overly sprinkled with parmesan cheese that seem to be trying to cover the romaine lettuce that was bad underneath. I could not eat it. I ordered Angel hair pasta with fried chicken the dish was okay it wasn't anything special about the sauce. The serving of pasta was very generous. I also ordered the Italian cream cake. The cake was very dry and the flavor was not the usual inviting flavor of an Italian cream cake. The rest of my party ordered Shrimp and Chicken Pasta, Chicken Parm and Penne Pasta with marinara. I was in a party of four. The service was not as I would have liked however the person did their job. The overall restaurant needs a face-lift and good cleaning. So we have falling into Italiano's, not sure if they take reservations. that literally just popped in my head so I didn't ask either. However once I arrived before the entire party, whose idea it was to go; I was asked to put our name on the list for 10 people. I was told 45 min to an hour. They don't take your number, and there is not a big place to sit and wait. We had to wait outside on the sidewalk. The wait line was long. And we ended up having to add 5 more people for a total of 15. And we did so with no problems and no ugly attitudes. At an hour and 20 min I walked inside to find out the status. I was told that the folks at our table are done eating, that they were just waiting for the party currently there to leave. About an hour and a half or so we were able to go in to sit down. We were still waiting for our 5 people to show up. The waiter came in and stood at the back of the room to address the room, he stated that he was the only one taking the orders and would take everyone's drink orders first. (It was like being at a hibachi grill without the grill but all the warmth as it was uncomfortably warm inside). We waited a good bit for all the drinks to come however there were a lot of us. Once they came we overheard the waiter snap at another waiter or busboy about taking the drinks off the tray as he had them in a certain order to serve. I felt bad for the guy and was embarrassed for him even though I think I was one of few who heard it. He scurried to the back and didn't come out again the rest of the night. Before the drinks were brought out our other five guests showed up. Once the drinks were brought out and the waiter was passing out the drinks he made a comment about how there were more people at the table that he didn't have drinks for. There was a little annoyance in his comment. However, again, he was the only one serving a full side of the restaurant. He took their order and finished passing out the rest of the drinks.. We all visited over bread, salad, and drinks and waited a hefty time before he returned to our dinner order as he was passing out drinks the rest of the restaurant . We placed our order and when it finally came, it was delicious. Nobody complained about the food. but this time we had ran out of liquid in our cups. It took quite a while to get a refill to quench our thirst from eating and it being warm in there. The only issues that we had with this place was the waiting in different parts of the evening for different reasons, and the underhanded comments to those trying to help, but we talked the comments up to frustration from having to deal with it all alone. With all that being said, I do not have any idea why there were three girls standing at the front taking the information for the waitlist. Somebody needs to learn how to get back there and help that waiter. read more
