my pizza mood varies.. not unless its a brick oven new York style brick oven pizza I can eat that all day everyday Anthony's coal fired oven pizza in Orlando too is a must EAT but we are talking about Marco's. the ingredients you could tell theyre fresh. fave is the Deluxe specialty pizza. Margherit is delish as well. calzones are done good.. its hard comparing pizzas, calzones or stromboli's when you are from New York but if you want freshly made, fresh ingredients and diff dough then try Marco's. I go to the Hut when I crave their classic salty oily pizza, or Papa Johns deluxe but really been going to Marco's lately. if you havent tried their subs esp the steak,mushroom and cheese - please do, super meaty! but AVOID the pizza melt caause youll just be disappointed with the meat - very thin and light (not sure if thats how they prepare it or is it location prep issue) calzone and pizzoli is Id like to see them offer new york style white cheese pizza. the Marco's dough is surely different and better IMO compared to all the other pizza chains. the staff are always friendly and cool.. this branch/location ordering is always quick and on time. as long as this branch maintain the training and quality of food they'll continue to provide satisfying fresh pizza cravings read more

A solid pizza option on toppings and flavor. Started out amazing but there's something to be said about every pizza place getting stingy with toppings on specials and sale items. We'd rather be charged standard if half price means half servings. Marco's has the potential to overthrow all the surrounding pizza establishments and I truly hope it does. Any day hands day with consistency they are the best option for takeout pizza and flavor. The app is a bit annoying. New staff isn't as customer friendly in the last few weeks. read more

In a world inundated by the big pizza joints (which by no means are bad at all, pizza is life), it's hard to make a name. However, with Marco's being recently named as one of America's favorite pizza, I've obviously been sleeping on them. Been here a few times already and I wonder why I haven't gone earlier. The location here in Humble is good for dates or groups and service is great. They seem to have delivery to nearby locations. A more recent visit with 10+ of our friends showed the great service, as I'm guessing one of their employees overheard our Happy Birthday song and gave our friend a whole brownie pan without us even mentioning. The pizza itself is excellent, even by major brand standards. Primo is a term they use a lot but is well founded. The toppings, cheese, and sauce are great and plentiful, and the crust does not fall into the category of pizzas where you skip the crust and throw it away. They also have specialty pizzas, and my favorite is the all meat one, and they do not skimp on the ingredients at all. They also have wings in two flavors which is pretty good also. Only complaint/suggestion is to eventually introduce a BBQ chicken pizza, all because I know that if/when they do, it would be bomb. read more

Walked in and was told they were having to make the pizza over as they'd left off the requested black olives. Informed counter person I was a first timer and was simply told, "I'm sorry." I placed the following order for Curbside Pickup. When I arrived at the store the app advised my order was ready and to notify the store that I was there. I notified the store and put in what kind of vehicle I was driving. I placed the order for curbside pickup because I had my 4 year old son and 3 month old son with me. i waited for 20 minutes and no one ever came out. I watched several people go in and out the store and no one ever came out. I finally went in the store and advised them I had been waiting for my order and they apologized and asked for my name and I gave it to them. They advised me the order had been sitting on the shelf waiting for me to come pick it up. I advised them I ordered for curbside and wanted to cancel they did not bring it out. They advised they did not know how to cancel the order and the manager was not available. I left the store. I have been coming to Marco's for years and I have spent thousands of dollars there. I will never return to Marco's you lost a life time customer because of pure apathy towards your customers. read more

Ordered my usual Pizza & Wings with triple Blu Cheese and triple buffalo sauce, paying extra for 3 sides of each. Order shows up earlier than expected on a positive note; However, no buffalo sauce. I did not sign the credit card digital draft as the order was not complete. The very courteous delivery driver said he would return to the store and get the 3 missing sides of buffalo sauce and be back ( 2 miles away). Several minutes passed and I received a call from Jessie at the Marcos store, who explained to me that he personally put the extra sauce on the wings and that I didn't order sides and that I wasn't charged for extra sides. I explained to Jessie exactly what I ordered and that this has happened before, and he continued to argue with me and said that he could not bring the sauce unless I paid for the sauce and the minimum order was $8, he only had one driver, and on and on... He then put me on hold for several more minutes to contact his MGR for further direction. He returned to the line and asked if he could give me a discount or free bread, at which time I explained that bringing the 3 sides of sauce would be the only acceptable resolution. He then went on to say it would be an hour before he could bring the sauce himself and that his drivers went home. I told Jessie I would wait for the sauce. He was very irritated, said okay, and hung up. In about 10 minutes the original delivery driver showed up with the sauce. I tipped the driver an additional $13 for his trouble. My dinner $30+ was cold and ruined due to Jessie dragging things out and making the problem much worse instead of resolving, not to mentioned having to call a MGR for direction or approval?? It's a no brainer! This kind of experience seems to be more the rule than the exception at this store. Marcos has a great product, but unfortunately this franchise location doesn't deliver when it comes to service! If someone would have simply verified the order prior to staging for delivery, followed by a 2nd verification by the driver, the problem would have been completely avoided. The store failed a 2nd time by not quickly resolving by delivering what the customer ordered and without argument or delay! This has happened before. read more

If they don't deliver to your area, it's worth the drive! Order on-line with coupons or make sure you bring some when dining in as it can be pricey for a pizza but this is not the other chains. Don't forget the antipasta salad too! Loaded with fresh toppings and comes family size to share! Great place! This was my first time trying Marco's and the pizza is so delicious! We ordered carry out, a large pepperoni pizza and it was 11.99 and it took about 15 mins to be ready service was great friendly staff. I'd say they are definitely better than Pizza Hut, Dominos, Pappa Johns and all that this pizza has more Italian flavors. Definitely would recommend and I'm looking forward to coming back to try one of the specialty pizzas. read more

Ordered pizza last night during the "COVID Stay Home" ordinances, and was appalled that the delivery driver had my husband sign his name by touching the screen of a phone. Although the driver was protecting himself by wearing gloves, there was no indication that the driver had wiped the phone down with a cleaning product (before or after) and it concerns me to wonder how many people have touched that phone. My husband is immunocompromised and this is a reckless oversight on Marco's. We will not be order pizza from this location ever again, which is too bad bc we've been ordering from them for years. read more

If I am going to pay premium price for a pizza, it better be premium. I have had some good pizza here, but the last time the pizza dough was under risen and under-cooked. So my friend called to say what's up with the pizza, the salad was excellent. But the pizza was not good at all, and the wings were temperature cold. Like undercooked cold. We I guess they didn't like what she said and hung up on her. Flat out hung up on her. We had to pick-up because they had only one driver. Ok no problem, got there right away and waited for my order of cold wings, under risen and under cooked pie. Paid a lot of money compared to other pizza places. I really did have high hopes and was very excited about trying Marco's Pizza. I ordered the Meat Supremo and swapped the ham for beef and added extra sauce. I gave 2 stars for the promptness of delivery. I can say they did arrive with my order well before the quoted time which was a plus. I think it is ridiculous for any pizza company to charge a delivery charge considering how that will cut into their tip. (side note. .. I did tip my driver). Once my LARGE pizza arrived, my boyfriend requested red crushed pepper and grated cheese. The delivery lady gave us 2 of each..!?!?! For a large pizza... really??!?! Her excuse was "oooh I don't have that much." Once she left I was delighted by the smell but after taking the first bite..... I was sad that I cheated on my loving Domino's; who by the way never skims me on the cheese and pepper. It was not bad, but it was not what I hoped for. Hate to have to go from a 4 to a 1. I ordered half pep, half Canadian bacon and pineapple. My family ate the pep, my mom and I had the other side. I mentioned to my mom that the cheese looked to be too much. More than what we're used to when ordering from marco's. Within an hour of eating two slices, I immediately regretted it. My stomach felt horrible. This was around 9pm. By 12am, I had threw up and couldn't sleep the rest of the night. My mom said she hadn't felt well either, but I had it worse. The next day, my stomachache was even worse and I threw up more around 8am. Whatever it was, or whoever made the pizza that night, point blank made me sick. I'm not certain if it was the cheese not being cooked all the way but I'm almost positive that was the case. Overall, looks like I won't be ordering here anymore. read more

This place used to be my favorite pizza spot in this area. However today I saw a side of Marcos I have never seen. After ordering a pizza for delivery and waiting for 1 and a half hours, I decided to call and see where my pizza was. When doing so he assured me it was in route and should be there soon. Never came... When I called a second time he insisted that my Pizza was already delivered and argued with me until realizing he should Ask the driver. Starting with the order the order taker had to get with the manager twice during the order process for two salads, a pizza and cheesy bread.The delivery was quick but they did not bring the salad dressing for either salad nor did they bring the dipping sauce for the cheesy bread.The manager, when we called back, offered a discount on our next order but this is stuff that we need to eat tonight's meal. It's been about an hour since we called back and we're still waiting for the delivery driver to come back for us to eat our now cold food. The pizza was fine hands giving two stars but everything else is been a one star catastrophe so far. Update: dropping review to one star. Manager told us he would have a driver bring our missing items to was it's now been over two hours and still no appearance by the mysterious delivery driver. first and last time ever eating here. I tried Marco's for the first time when I lived in Dallas and it was oh, so delicious! When I moved to Houston, I was pleased to see that there was a Marcos less than 3 miles from my home. The first couple of times were fantastic. Just like I remembered from Dallas. The next few times....it started declining. The pizza was cold a few times and extra, extra greasy which is just not edible. One time we ordered a salad and it did not arrive. We didn't make a stink but they sent it along the next time we ordered AND the manager comped our pizza! He acknowledged the terrible service that was being provided and his words seemed genuine which is hard to come by these days. For that reason alone, I am giving this 4 stars instead of 3. Be sure to order BEFORE you're hungry. It won't get there for at LEAST an hour...sometimes longer, which is strange since we live very close, but I digress. . read more
