It's basic pizza, but it is nice that everyone can get their own personal pizza customized to their liking

Mods is supposed to be fast. It's literally in the name I came for lunch it was only 2 people in front of me getting a pizza. I waited 30 min for her to get to me and by that time I had to go. I this really messed up my whole day it's no reason it took that long, it was a Mexican lady worker who was taking so long. I had to return to work with no lunch will not recommend this mod to even ny enemy read more

I haven't came here since I was 5 yrs old, safe to say it has improved in terms of ambiance. The service was amazing, and quick. The food arrived in less than 10 minutes which is great, but the cost of this pizza is not good considering the amount you get for $10, and the fountain drinks cost $3 starting with the smallest. And the fountain drink area was extremely dusty, which gives a clear break of the health violation. But the food was great, would have a higher rating if the price would've been cheaper. read more

Ordered through the app only to receive 2 different pizzas that were made incorrectly. Called and notified store of what happened. Was told the pizzas would be remade correctly and re-delivered by 10pm. Secondary delivery never happened and the storefront is now closed so there's nobody to speak with to find out what happened. Accidents happen in fast food all the time, understandable, but poor customer service is problematic for both the business and customer. Just hungry and disappointed at this point. read more

I went inside the restaurant to order a cauliflower. Crust pizza and the pizza was completely boxed and finished in less than five minutes. When I asked the young lady to let me see it, I could see that my cheese on top was not even melted which means that pizza was not completed correctly. When I got home which was four minutes away, the pizza was not even warm. The crust head burnt spots all throughout it, and the pizza tastes like burnt cardboard. This can only mean that it was cooked all the way to the end directly next to the fire rather than cooking in the middle, which is the preferred method. I hate this was rushed even though the place was rather empty. Years ago, some of the workers really cared about the quality of the pizza they created. Now all they do is rush. I prefer to drive to kingwood where I do get much better quality and the pizzas are cooked correctly. read more

This place sucks. I stood in line for 20mins without anyone saying anything to me or get anything started. The employees were all standing around the oven talking to a customer that ordered already about another customer. So I left and went to another establishment. It could be cleaner, but unlike its namesake in Kingwood town center everyone wore the appropriate hair and face netting. I was also off out by the A/C blowing my napkins off the table had to move to another table to get away. That was made harder as many tables needed to be cleaned or had spilled food underneath. The kitchen area itself looked alright so I was scared to eat my pizza. I can't believe that I'm giving a pizza joint a five star rating. But my first experience at MOD Pizza was one that did not disappoint. So why not give them five stars? The pizza was handmade and cooked fresh in their ovens. Within seconds of the pizza coming out of the oven, my pie was on the table. It's been a while since I ate pizza so hot that the cheese is still stringy. What else can I say when a pizza I ordered was cooked and served in less than 10 minutes. Went here last night, and the line was to the door. We waited 30 minutes, and not once did they address the people in the line. They just made the online orders, which was a huge stack of order slips. Shortly after we left, others followed suit. How do you expect to stay in business if you don't even take care of the customers right in front of you. I suggest you all change your model to that of a pick up/delivery pizzeria and do away with the dine in if you are just going to ignore your customers who come in to eat. read more

I like Mod but not stuff that doesn't belong. Didn't want anything but a refund and no return. The manager insisted on making another salad... why would I want to bargain on my life again! I'll take the refund for $100, Alex. I suggest they separate certain duties to ensure plastic doesn't get in the food. I eventually got a refund but she first told me she couldn't, wrong answer to tell a customer. I went there yesterday 01/01 and bought a mini pizza took it home after eating the first slice I looked down and noticed there was a hair in my pizza, I called the store and told them and was told to bring it back and they would make me another one and refund me my money. Once I arrived I stated I did not want another pizza since I was already grossed out and just wanted my money back after about 20 minutes I was told they couldn't refund me my money because they were having system issues and would have to call their IT dept needless to say I walked out very upset with NO REFUND! read more

I don't usually write reviews but I ordered this Make your Own pizza tonight on Ubereats as I normally try to support small businesses such as this restaurant instead of the usual chain and it has arrived as the worst pizza I've ever eaten. It was with barely any crust. The crust was thinner than a regular thin crust pizza when this isn't meant to be a thin crust. I could barely eat the pizza for it being so soggy. The ingredients were applied sloppily and the sauces were not evenly distributed that half my pizza didn't have the dark fig sauce. Not to mention the pizza was stuffed in the box where it can't fit. I barely see the other veggies I ordered and the crust edges were hollow and hard. The pizza arrived cold as well. As much as I love non chain pizza restaurants tonight was the worst pizza I've ever encountered in my life, sad to say. Very disappointed. read more

If you're in a rush and want pizza but not Little Caesar's then this may be the place for you. All pizzas are the same price no matter how many toppings you get. We had a couple folks in front of us but it went lightening quick. If you don't think they put enough on just ask them for more. I did and then happily complied. They had run out of onions on the Sunday afternoon I visited. Staff was young and friendly. Tables were clean that day although they weren't terribly busy. The pizza comes out really fast. I went to fill up my soda and it was already done. Wow. One pizza I really loaded it up and I gotta admit it was a bit cold on the top parts. The other pizza we just had ham but there was a wilted piece of spinach or something underneath one of the pieces. Not sure how that got there nor am I sure I want to know. Both pizzas did not have crunchy crust like another reviewer stated but instead pretty soft crust. The ding dongs, I mean no name cake, for desert brought back memories of childhood. I haven't had one of those in ages. I wonder if they just buy dd's and rewrap them in foil ... nah. But that would be clever and who would know. I have been to a few OMD pizza places and for the most part i have had a good experience. Today however was the best of all hands down. 1st the place was so clean from the front door to the restroom lol The customer service was great also. My guy Aric was funny and extremely nice but i will hav to say all the guys working here were so nice snd accomodating. This is my favorite spot as of today. Worth stopping by, i was a little taken to only see a less than 5 star rating. I love the patio for hang outs with friends on a nice cool evening. read more

Ok so we love the pizza but this location is the worse. It's a dirty location, the employees look miserable and not polite or very helpful, and it's just not a place I'd recommend. At one point, we witnessed, what seemed to be the supervisor or manager, break under pressure. It was chaotic, she was all over the place, getting after the employees, also even decided to lock the door from more customers entering. I could tell that one of her coworkers saw that she did that, got on the phone & within 10 mins, a gentleman walked in and snatched the paper "said they were not taking in any new customers" off the door & called the manager aside. She was balling at this point. It was extremely awkward. We haven't seen her since, so I'm assuming she got fired but the place hasn't changed. The employees show no interest in being there or doing their job well. Other locations have been good but we only go to this one because it's closest. read more

Ugh this has the worst location ever. We are here currently. We tried to come a week or so ago but the line was taking forever (30 min with 4 people in front of us). Blamed it on it being new. We came when they first opened and it was slow but ok. Tonight is awful. The 3 working the line don't want to be here at all. The one girl is ok just slow and doesn't talk the other boy and girl working the line are just flirting with each other and constantly sneaking off to the back. On the line all the lettuce is wilted and the meats have frost bite. I wasn't done with our toppings but he took our pizza away and put it in the over anyway. Typically we go to the Kingwood or summerwood location and we will Continue to do that. I've tried to reach a manager tonight. Someone needs to do major training here read more

I have found a new Awesome Pizza place.Its called MOD Pizza. And let me tell you what it is super delicious. They use a hot stone oven and it makes the crust perfect. They have pizzas that are simple and straight forward like a pepperoni pizza or a BBQ pizza , then they have a create your own pizza , with over 30 toppings , with over 3 or 4 sauces to start with, so if you want all 30 toppings they will do it for you..and with a smile at that. They only have 2 sizes but thats ok because it is more than enough to make your pizza hinger fo away. All of the pizza crew there was so very nice and very helpful, and as this was our first time there ,everyone went out of their way to make it a great experience. I did want to make a couple of special shoutouts to the Manager on duty Rachel. S, and the two guys that were doing a great job on manning the oven and cut table Colin D. and Deon P.. thanks for getting our pizzas cooked perfectly. Oh and making us laugh while you were doing it. (DOOR) You know what I mean by that. I ordered the MOD create your own with red sauce , cheese, pepperoni, Canadian bacon, bacon, mushrooms and last but certainly not the least JALAPENOS..with the butter garlic sauce onthe crust..I wanted it cooked extra crispy and as you can see by the pictures .it was perfect. My wifes was a MOD with red sauce and about 20 of the 30 items that they have to choose from, and her pizza was also cooked extra crispy and tasted crazy delicious. This new restaurant needs to be supported by our community as we need great food places to eat. With friendly staff, clean restaurant and really reasonable prices. The food was so good that i went ahead and got another pizza to for later tonight..You are not going to be able to find a better pizza any where around here. I will be coming back soon. read more

First visit to this location and it did not disappoint. We wanted to go to a MOD for a birthday dinner with family. This location was willing to allow us to reserve a table for the dinner. I expected to find a table with a 'reserved' card on it, yet that was not the case. Walked in to find a fully decorated table with balloons! So very nice of them to do this, and totally unexpected. Mm. They are def new. Was excited about them opening literally 2 mins from my house, but they are stingy as HELL with the toppings! They literally give you a couple pieces of meat in the center. Like spread it out some! Then if you ask for more they look at you stupid. I'm going to give them another chance next week and see how it goes. Definitely love coming to this place! I'm a regular and I always get the Mega dough pizza (essentially a thick crust) and it's always awesome! Hope always makes me feel welcome whenever I come into the store! Honestly,every member of staff that's there makes me feel at home! A year ago this place really wasn't the best, quality of the dough wasn't too good and they didn't put much toppings but now they have definitely improved. Better quality, no skimping on the toppings and the service is much better. If you didn't like this place before I'd definitely say give it another chance. A lot of places aren't too amazing with food in the area but I'm happy to say this one is stepping it up read more
