We got there at 8:20 pm and they didn't look up at all for about 5 minutes while cleaning. Already I thought they were mad that we were there. I would understand if it was 8:45 and they were trying to clean up. I wouldn't go to a place 15 minutes before closing. But since we were there 40 minutes before closing I couldn't really figure out why. Then they told us there's no lettuce or tomatoes left for our sandwiches. I'm not sure how the place is run, but it seems odd that they wouldn't just put a closed sign up at that point if they weren't allowed or willing to get some more tomatoes or lettuce out before closing. read more

The staff kept things moving smoothly, and one of the guys behind the counter had everyone laughing with his jokes, which made the whole experience even better. I've had jersey mikes subs a while back, but geez they have really gotten very expensive 6$ for a half of a 6'' inch which is a mini is almost equivalent to a small Hawaiian roll, a 6" inch which is a regular is about 12$ and a giant which about a footlong and almost is over 16$ and all depends on what kind of sandwich your getting so prices may vary, thats not adding the chips and drink which can cost you. I do like their sandwiches and their bread is freshly baked. my fav. sandwich would have to be the # 2 jersey shore fav. which has provolone , ham, and cappacuolo. overall sandwiches are good just not crazy on the prices that this place have id save my money for something better in the area read more

My husband and I have been dying to try this place since they opened, and having a severe gluten intolerance, I was thrilled to find they have gluten-free bread. I ordered the club, and my husband had the Mike's Philly. The staff went above and beyond to prevent cross-contamination. For GF bread, the size of the sub was pretty large. This location used to my favorite. I loved coming here, the employees were kind and very welcoming. Jersey Mikes was the thing I craved most when I was pregnant so I definitely binged after giving birth lol That being said, I'm super disappointed with their service lately. I'm not sure if there was a change in management or what may have happened, but the staff is always gloom or rushing to get you out. The faces I used to like seeing are not even there anymore. I order online for pickup a lot and these past 4 orders (yes we counted) have been really disappointing. First off my order is always wrong. Either there is something missing or something that's been added that I didn't even order. We've even gotten seriously burnt black bacon that was crumbling in the sandwich. I know food service is hard, I used to work at canes so I know how frustrating and demanding that environment can be. Secondly, every time I try to pick up someone is in a bad mood or rushing me out. I know these people probably want to hurry and get out of there but seriously don't rush an order and then screw up. That's gonna cause even more issues. I absolutely LOVE jersey mikes. This is not a post directed at the franchise. This is also not to bash the employees currently there. Every location is different, as to be expected. We love a good sub from Jersey Mikes but the subs are never made consistent. I will ask for items on the side, since they are usually missing from my order. To then open the sub and everything I DIDN'T want is on the sub. They have gotten better but if you order the #8 ALWAYS check to see if they put bacon on it. read more

This is actually a very long story. And I will be calling corporate office about it... My father has staged for lung cancer and we stop at Jersey. Mike's right by the hospital off of North park and Kingwood all the time... But this particular day September 20th Stop to get sandwiches like we always do. Because my dad loves their sandwiches... And the manager she was horrible. We ordered 2 sandwiches, my brother ordered one and my mom ordered 1.. My brother ordered with cash and my mom paid with a card... They were standing around waiting cause I already paid and the manager walked up very rudely said. Can I help you what he wanted? They both stated they were waiting on their sandwiches. Well, I need to see a receipt. So my mom handed her a receipt. Well, it's gonna be a minute. As what she said, then she asked my brother for his receipt, and he said the girl didn't give it to him, he paid cash and she said. Well, you're not getting a Sandwich until I get a receipt... My brother was like what we've been standing here for 10 minutes already. Nobody's made our Sandwich? So a girl walks up that works in the back. And says here here's the receipt right here. It's on the register. I just took his money.... Well, anyway, the manager was being extremely aggressive to all the employees. She was not nice, she was refreaking out.. A bunch of people were walking in and she basically told My mom and my brother that they were just gonna have to wait. She had to wait on the other people. And my mom was like no we've already paid we need to get our sandwiches.. An hour and 15 minutes later, my mother got her Sandwich... And when she got it, it was incorrect, the kid told my mom that there was no jalapeno peppers on her Sandwich, my mother cannot have jalapeno peppers, she has a reaction to them, and lo, and behold when she took a bite, there was full of jalapeno peppers. So she was not about to go back in. Because she had already been standing there for over an hour. When there was no need for it. The woman was disgustingly rude to my mother and my brother. We will never step foot in the store again and like. I said I will call corporate on this. Because of the way she spoke to my mom, my father is dying. She just wanted a Sandwich for my dad. Every day. We get him one could be the last chance. He gets to get one, and how dare you ruin that experience for him!!! .And then to tell her that she has to wait. We have been ordering JM sandwiches to go since they opened this Kingwood store. Tonight we ordered the #5 Super Sub and #7 Turkey and Provolone with some customizations. They have and make the best sandwiches by a long shot. The Rosemary Parmesan bread was fresh and tasty. The toppings were as requested. They were both loaded with meat and cheese. The app is easy to use and with payment online there is no waiting. They were ready for pickup on time. The staff was friendly. All in all from ordering to pickup everything was great. read more
