Not a fan of the Dave's sauce that comes with everything. I think it's just a mix of ketchup and mayonnaise. They really need to offer some other sauces. This was my first time trying this and I've always wanted to try so when I was test driving a Tesla model Y I decided to try it since it was nearby. I ordered I think mild cause I thought it was gonna be super spicy and it was crispy, but it didn't really have much flavor. The fries were OK. The ranch wasn't as good as Wingstop. Also the staff here was not as organized as I would like for them to be. It took about 30 minutes for the chicken to come out and for it not to be that tasty. I was a little disappointed. Wish this place had more dipping sauce options. The heat from the chicken is a bit dry. Kinda like a dry rub with a lot of butter. Dipping sauce is a thick mayo base that leaves you wanting something creamier. Cheese fries were really good. The service was fast and friendly. The art is cool and the place is clean with plenty of space. They do not have fresh brewed iced tea. That is another knock for me. It is not hard to brew fresh tea! My first time experiencing Dave's Hot Chicken wasn't that bad...the place was really clean and very well organized...the service was ok...but only because it appeared that all the employees were teenagers...and they were more interested in talking to each other...but I was young once so I understand...but let's talk about the chicken...I think I got a #2...which is a slider and a chicken strip...I got it at medium heat...which was more than enough for me...the flavor of the coating was good...but the actual chicken was lacking in that department...but it was juicy...I often drive by this location...and the only reason I stopped was because of the commercial...so good job on getting me in...all in all...I will be back...good job read more

Had a #1 meal. Single tender with Extra hot. They said I had to sign a waiver for reaper, so I skipped it. It was pretty tasty. It was hot but also had good flavor. Fries were good and crispy, just the way I like them. I got it to go and I think they forgot the Dave's sauce, so.... There's that. I think it was good, for the occasional stop in. Service was good. I loved the fries but wasn't impressed with the tender. It was juicy but the medium heat just seemed to have a lot of seasoning as opposed to spice (heat). Reaper is the hottest option for heat and I was told you have to sign a waiver for it, so I was expecting at least a little kick from the medium.
