I just kept calling and calling and finally when they got tired of me calling they said that they don't want to give me a refund because the order was already completed. How convenient that they don't answer and talk to me on the phone until the time the order is already completed so that they don't have to give me a refund. The girl said that she would talk to the manger and if they give me a refund I'll find out through my bank. So they won't even tell me if I will get the refund or not. And she gave me major attitude the whole time on the phone. DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!! Absolutely left feeling disgusted and disrespected.

Did not get the order until 9:10PM. The crew was unorganized, walking around talking did not keep me informed what or why is taking so long, I had to keep asking for an update, when I did get my order, they didn't let the grease I guess because it was greasy and wet. My family nor myself could eat it, I wasted $40 and me and my family went to bed hungry. Don't get me wrong I love Harzt chicken buffet, have for years but the pick-up experience was horrible.

I also really enjoy the bottomless coffee! That said, a couple of items fell short for me again. The soup and hash brown casserole were much saltier than I expected, and for the price, I wish the overall experience felt a bit more balanced. I really appreciate the great staff and the dishes they do get right, but I'm still hoping for a little more consistency to feel fully satisfied for what I'm paying.

The young lady at the order counter was very kind and welcoming, but I believe it was the owner or the cook that came out and brought my sandwich. He never made eye contact ,never said thank you ,just shoved my sandwich in a bag at me ,and walked away. I had asked for a small container of extra sauce and was willing to pay, and the young lady said no ,they will put sauce on the sandwich ,so I was fine with that. For $14 ,I had a small hamburger bun with no pickles, no onions, just meat and a quarter teaspoon of sauce. I brought it home and put on some of my own sauce and pickles, but sadly, the meat was very dried out ,as though it had been chopped earlier and frozen, or just overcooked. There was no smoke ring on the meat at all. It was brown all the way through ,and the edges were too hard to eat on many of the pieces. I ended up having to knock off about half of the inedible meat ,and so had a very spare sandwich for lunch. Too expensive for this disappointing product,so I won't be back. I love to support local, but I work hard for my money too, and cannot waste it.
