Service is outstanding, professional and informative. We mentioned to our waiter that we love spice. He said stop by over the weekend. Spice levels range from 1 to 5. He recommended 4 to 5 based on our spicy preference. We tried lunch buffet. It is really good. My favorites are lime cilantro chicken, crunch vegetables,.chicken meatballs and all the desserts. My favorite dessert is kheer and it contains small bits of pistachios. Also return for their fluffy triangular bread which reminds me a little of a sopapilla. I enjoyed their variety of lentils and rice with peas. This is a great place to bring clients or new friends & family. Also, elegant place for a bridal shower, birthday or anniversary. Seating is available for large groups. They also have an extensive drink me menu that includes some with saffron & even 24kt gold. Their happy hour starts early and they offer domestic & foreign beer, red or white wine and cocktails specials. See Jando's in depth awesome review that I totally agree except the lime cilantro chicken is the best! I am actually going to learn how to make this dish.

Indian food is my all-time favorite!! Its bold flavors and comforting richness never disappoint. Noon Mirch more than lives up to those expectations with consistently delicious dishes. I've truly never ordered anything there that wasn't amazing. This time, I tried the Jackfruit Masala with garlic naan and white rice, and it was OUTSTANDING. Don't be alarmed by all the peas in my rice. I'm a big fan of peas, so I happily claimed all the peas from the two orders of rice at our table. What's even better, is that the portions are generous, which means I always have leftovers to enjoy all over again the next day.

I thought the chicken masala and chicken korma was pretty good but I didn't like the naan as much. It didn't taste that fresh and was a bit tough to bite and tear. It also didn't come out that hot. The workers were so nice though and the inside seemed fancy compared to the outside.

We were really craving some Indian food and decided to finally try a sit down meal at Noon mirch. Service was prompt and the restaurant had a nice ambiance. We tried the Gobi Manchurian app, mixed grill kabob platter (chicken, lamb, shrimp, and shish kabob), butter chicken, and jalapeno/cheese naan. The food was authentic and definitely spicy. The kebobs were were tender, cooked perfectly and had a nice amount of seasoning. I especially liked the grilled lamb and tandoori chicken. Overall a great Indian/Nepalese restaurant in the Webster area. For our next trip well likely try the weekend buffet which was recommended to us by a few locals.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at this restaurant. The food was flavorful and the presentation was lovely, as well of the presentation of the drinks made by a legitimate mixologist named Benji. After a decade of interacting with bartenders, this was the first time a true mixologist crafted my drinks. The food, drinks, and service was extraordinary. In addition to the exceptional service provided by Benji, Kara was a very pleasant, helpful bartender/ server. And regarding clealiness-- spotless. Even in the restroom I saw an employee washing her hands like she was creating a HOW TO video on proper hand washing. I was so impressed and grateful for my experience at Noon Mirch. Other places won't compare now. Can't wait to go back. Unfortunately, i don't have pics of food to share because it all disappeared so suddenly, hah! Thank you!

My husband is often in the area for work and gets takeout from here. Since I was tagging along on a recent trip we decided to have a sit down dinner here. I wanted to try a little bit of everything so we ordered their "Feast for Two" which came with a plate of mixed pakora, 2 different curries, saag paneer, a platter of grilled/tandoori meats, rice, bread and some sweets. In addition we ordered kulfi and thandai. Overall, the food was excellent but I would say the pakora was the weak link. I would order a la carte next time. The thandai was one of the best I've had and I highly recommend you try it!

Just wow. We came here with two small children, a tween, and two adults. Everybody found something they loved and the food was all fresh and delicious. On our several visits to the buffet, there was always 1-2 employees checking the food and making sure the temperature and quality were good. The quality control of this buffet is the best I have ever seen and it was obvious all the food was fresh. There are so many vegetarian options, we were pleasantly surprised and they were all tasty. The service was outstanding. Our server was patient and kind, which can be rare when you have little kids. He checked in on us frequently and made sure to remove used plates as we finished with them. The atmosphere is nice. Not fine dining but I questioned for a moment when I walked in the door with my kids if they were well enough behaved for the establishment. They were good! But the decor is minimalistic and classy. I'd love to see some more Indian-inspired decor though, to give it a bit more personality. We will be back!

We went to dinner here for NYE and everything was wonderful. We were a party of 10 and I know sometimes with a big party it can affect the service but not here. Everything was delivered together, no one was left waiting 10 minutes while they made their dish which I have experienced before. Our waiter was friendly and knowledgeable of everything and answered all of our questions. I had a vegetarian dish I think it was vegetarian delight, a sampler with soo much food. I liked that they brought the samosa and salad out before the rest of the dish. Others also enjoyed their main dishes.

    Feast for Two

Was not expecting this place to be as upscale as it was, from the outside it did not appear that way. We showed up a bit underdressed because of it. I'm not saying you have to be dressed incredibly fancy though. Just something neat and put together. It did take a while for food to come out. However, we did order the feast for two so it was quite a bit of food. And the manager for the restaurant came to our table and kept us updated and apologized for any of the wait. Something strange did happen while we were there. It's not really the restaurant fault, but during our time there a woman came in with mild erratic behavior. She wasn't disruptive to anybody specifically which is why I believe the restaurant didn't do as much as I would've expected. I guess I was just a little confused how the situation was handled due to how upscale feeling of the restaurants environment.

My husband and I just visited Noon Mirch for a second time to try their buffet. We got there 20 minutes before it closed, but we were still given the opportunity to try it. One of the cleanest buffets I have ever been to and beautiful! Those beautiful chafings had inside the most delicious food! We tried almost everything! They have a salad bar, followed by fried snack bites like Medu Vada (this is spectacular) veggie pakora, they have 2 options of soup, both delicious! A wide variety of vegetarian dishes like saag paneer, soy based meats, and different chicken dishes, my favorite was the cilantro chicken, the lentil soup and the Chana Masala omg, I could eat this Chana Masala for breakfast, lunch and dinner! We ate a lot (shocker) but somehow we never feel sluggish after eating at Noon Mirch, we will keep coming back! I missed the Gobi Manchurian, but we'll get them next time ;)

I really like Noon Mirch. I've never had a bad experience here. During my most recent visit, I dined in and was able to enjoy the weekend buffet that is available 11am-3pm. I really liked it and it was very much so worth the money, only $20. You get to try a little bit of everything. Plenty of meat and veg options. I loved the pistachio dessert. I also liked that they had plenty of cocktails and a few mocktails to choose from. My friend and I both had a mocktail. The presentation of the drink was beautiful. My only complaint is that some of the foods I tried from the buffet were cold. That is my only reason for giving 4 stars. But otherwise, food was great and service was good.

We were headed to a different restaurant but spotted this place last minute, and we did not regret it. We ordered the dinner for 2, and we absolutely loved it. I'm not sure what was my favorite because everything was so good. We also had their special butter chicken samosas for a starter. It was a lot of food, so we took some leftovers home. The service was friendly and the inside was very nicely decorated. My husband really enjoyed it as well, so we will be back!

Was driving down the street to another restaurant and saw this place and turned in. I love Indian food so this was perfect. Was impressed by the place. It is nice inside and great atmosphere. They have a descent bar with lots of options. We had to get a special appetizer and then got the feast for two. Talk about a lot of food. But it was worth it to have a little of a lot of things. It was all so good. I had zero complaints. If I wasn't so full I probably would have ordered more to take home. This may be my new number one spot. Will be going back a lot

The inside isn't giant -- on the smaller side, with a lot of tables packed in, plus a couple of larger ones for bigger parties. Pro Tip: The spice level is was Medium/low, so if you are expecting some very spicy dishes you need to ask for them. Frontier Beef Karhai, $19.50 -- 3.5/5. Himalayan fried chicken, $24.99 -- 4.5/5. Nice crispy batter, prepared a little differently than you're used to. It's skinless, bone-on chicken that's been filleted off the bone a bit, so instead of a plain drumstick, it's more like a filleted drumstick, with the breast filleted off, with a little bone left on to hold it together. The chicken was super tender and moist and the batter was crunchy. There's a bit of an Indian flavor profile, but not overwhelming -- I was actually hoping for a little more spice, kick, and heat. Still, very good chicken, and I'd try it again. Rice, 3.5/5. Solid side, but nothing spectacular. I've had much better. Garlic naan, $9 -- 3.5/5. Solid, big piece of naan. Would get it again. Service was quick. The food took a little while to come out, mostly because of the fried chicken -- though we ordered that right when we sat down, then ordered the rest about ten minutes later as we looked over the menu. If you've lived in Houston all your life, I highly suggest giving this place a try. It's one of those Houston staples that's been around, and some of the things they do are really good and a little different. That said, from a value perspective I think a place like Aga's outshines them just slightly. I've had many of the same curries at Aga's and find them a touch better, and a slightly better value. In the end, it's a totally fine place for takeout or to sit down and eat give it a try. Would recommend, and would return.

These are some of the best drinks I've ever had at any type of Indo-Pak restaurants in Houston. The mint lemonade was definitely in a league of its own. We didn't go for any appetizers, just went straight in to the entrées. The Chicken Hara Masala Supreme. Just wow, chef's kiss. Think cut up chicken thighs in a green curry that almost has a salsa like mouth feel with vegetables. Absolutely decadent. The Steak Tikka. Round of applause. I overheard the owner telling other tables that it's the best steak in Houston. I'll say it's the best steak I've ever had at an Indo-Pak restaurant. The steak was super tender it had that famous Tikka style smokiness. The Butter Chicken. Pretty damn solid. The gravy was silky and perfectly textured. They also use chicken thighs for this, which makes it even better. The Saag Paneer. It was all right, I've had better at other places, but still super solid. The Paneer was fresh and was great on all the various naans we got. For the naan, we just got the garlic and the butter naan. They are absolutely great when they come straight out of the tandoor oven, but I found that they get a little too hard if not eaten quickly. I'm sure they would reheat really well. We also tried the spicy rocket naan and it decent. I would just stick with garlic and butter. The only miss for me was the Mutton Biryani. Don't get me wrong, it's a solid biryani dish, but I've had better that had a little bit more flavor. The mutton was very tender, but the opportunity was making the rice a little bit less clunky. I see a lot of reviews with people hating on things like service or area. Let me just say we had no issues with service. The service was top-notch. We spent $222 with tip across three people. A little pricey but totally worth it.

Unfortunately I cannot tolerate anything spicy. And apparently they do not accommodate heat levels so you get what you get. Literally everything we were served except the naan was way too spicy for me. Even my son who enjoys spicy food found the "medium" was very spicy. Food aside, the service was not very hospitable. This place runs like a well oiled machine. The service is fast but don't expect any niceties. I'm not sure if this is because I'm used to traditional Indian restaurants and this is clearly a fusion place, but the standard expectation is a full container. The bigger issues, though, are these: the naan is a standard frozen variety that is fairly small and you can find at most Indian grocery stores, so charging $3 for a single piece feels excessive. We also found hair in our food. Service was good, though everything we ordered was to-go rather than dine-in. Overall, the experience was underwhelming and I would not go back.

The portions were generous (as we expect in Texas), so you'll never go home hungry and your wallet will remain heavy too! If you haven't had Nepali food yet, you have to try Momo House first! Nepali food shares similarities with Indian dishes, so you'd like it if you enjoy Indian. I'd say Nepali tends to be lighter (less butter and oils) and the spice/heat level leans milder. That being said, "momos" are distinctly Nepali. They're essentially dumplings, but you have the option to enjoy them as a "jhol momo", which feels different from east Asian dumplings because they're served sitting in a savory soup-like sauce with the familiar flavor notes of a south Asian dish. One cool thing to note: They do not serve beef here, but they have buffalo! Try it if you haven't yet. It's similar tasting to beef, but naturally leaner. Contrary to what you might think, it's actually not gamey at all! Momo House truly lives up to its name. Tons of momo options are available. Plain steamed, pan-fried, deep-fried, chilli momo (which are momos that are stir-fried with a flavorful spicy sauce), with soup (steamed momos sitting in a plain broth), with jhol (steamed momos served in a flavorful soup-like sauce), and they even have the option to get frozen momos if you'd rather cook it at home on another occasion! We tried both their chicken jhol momos ($11) and buffalo jhol momos ($13). They were both phenomenal! You get 10 pieces of hefty-sized dumplings. They do not skimp on the meat here, you'll be pretty full after eating one order of momos! We also tried their chow mein ($14). This was yummy too. It had a fried soybean product and chicken slices in it and a fried egg on top The goat thali ($17) was ordered too. This was great as well. The goat was tender and each item was flavorful and cooked perfectly. I especially enjoyed the saag that came with it!

The momo's dough wrapper was a little bit thicker than my own preference. But there are other things I need to come back and try here. The restroom is not really handicap accessible here. It was really quiet on the day I was there.

At some point they changed the flavors when I asked them if they changed chefs or anything they told me no but that was definitely a lie. I've been there a few times within the past few months to give them another Chance. The first time I ordered the chicken biryani and mango lassi the chicken was dry biryani was just not flavorful. I still went back because I wanted to try the goat biryani since it use to be one of my favorites I thought the goat biryani would not be good because of how the chicken biryani was but let me tell you I was wrong. I've also tried their shrimp biryani and it's a better option than chicken. They do have pretty good traditional sweets. I always grab a few gulab jamun when I'm there. Over all the place is good just needs to focus on a few items and really work on improving them.
