Yes, yes, and YES!!!!!! Today we went by Godfathers Pizza and let me tell you about this beautifully crafted three meat pizza ! Whew ! My kids said, " mom can this be where we get our pizza from on pizza night at home?" We live in Spring and made a 30 min drive to try this pizza out! It was well worth it! The flavor and toppings tasted fresh and of quality . We really enjoyed this pizza. Y'all should definitely frequent this place more often if you live in the Humble area.

I've eaten pizza to-go from here before so I expected the pizza to taste good. They certainly didn't disappoint! After placing my pizza order I helped myself to the salad bar and a fountain drink. By the time I was seated and took 2 bites of my salad, fresh hot pizza was being served. Wow. They're not the cheapest in town, but I guess you get what you pay for and there are plenty of those options in the area. However, if you're looking for excellent quality, great tasting pizza, served hot and fresh, this Godfather's is the place! I look forward to my next visit!

So I called and found out they were back open after being closed late last year. So I ordered a pizza online. Got there it was ready, the young lady at the front was nice although she didn't have on a mask. I got my food, checked it out. It looked good. Got home and tasted it. And it was blahhhh not taste, barely any sauce. Definitely not The Godfather's I've had before. I heard it may have a new owner and if that's true. That explains the decline in the taste. I drove 22 miles one way and paid $25 for some nasty pizza. Ugh!!! Buyer Beware. We

Hands down the best pizza in Houston. The all meat specialty is our to go favorite. However they're all delicious in their own way.

Relaxing, clean place to grab a pizza and they'd probably switch to the game you'd like to watch on their big tv, if you asked. Ordered and 15 minutes later got a very generous sized medium pizza; fresh ingredients, and hot from the oven. I took the pizza to go to share with others at home and we all enjoyed our slices truly, a New York style pizza. Good crust, lots of cheese and fresh toppings. I might ask for a little more sauce on the pizza next time just because I like it a little more that way I did like the taste of the sauce ,as well. I hope they open a location in Humble or Valley Ranch area! Stop by soon for a great pizza experience, in every way.

We've had a pretty rough weekend so my husband and I decided to order take out. It's Easter Sunday…read moreso a lot of restaurants were closed today. Our boys love pizza so we decided to see what Yelp recommended around the house. I always base my decision on the color and texture of the cheese on the pizza. I don't like the appearance of yellow orangish cheese. It has to be white because it seems less greasy to me. So, this local pizza spot was the win. I'd give their pizzas an 8/10 because the size of the pizzas were great, toppings were reasonable, but prices a bit on the steep side. I'm okay with paying for a really good pizza, but no take out specials was a slight disappointment. I mean not even for a one topping pizza. So be prepared to pay for the size of your pizza plus each topping. You can order a few select specialty pizzas on their menu. I have to say the fact that: the crust was crispy, not greasy, not too thick, and the flavor and amount of the pizza sauce was just right. I'm an in between thin and hand tossed pizza crust preferred so this was perfect. Other than that, we liked it so much we'll be back when we're craving a good pizza. It would be a great perk if there were some specials even if it was 10% off your take out order or a special when you buy two pizzas. We ordered the 18" pepperoni pizza and 14" meat lovers.

I don't know if it's just me, but it seems ordering take out these days are better than dining in. I was not impressed with the quality of the food. I ordered the Shrimp Fra Diavolo. It's shrimp tossed in a spicy marinara sauce with angel hair pasta. Basically marinara sauce with crushed red pepper. It was more like boiled shrimp tossed in marina sauce along with some of the undrained pasta water. I'd give it a 6/10 since the shrimp wasn't overcooked. The house salad was simple, just old soggy lettuce, grape tomatoes and red onions. The garlic knots were a bit on the dry side, which was fine for me since I shouldn't be eating too many carbs. We ordered bottled Michelob Ultras and they might as well been room temperature. The waiter came to our table and just said hello then awkward silence for what felt like several minutes. The service was 8/10 the waiter didn't give his name, but he did refill drinks without asking.

The interior has a classic pizza restaurant vibe, dark brick walls, big tables and chairs and pizza stands on the tables. You order at the counter, it took us a few minutes to look the menu over and decide. We all ordered pizzas with different type crusts and toppings. A few of our group also ordered salads, I chose not to. The salads came out super fast and looked good, they top the salad with big shaved pieces of carrots which gave the salads a really nice look. My friends all enjoyed them. Then the pizzas came out, one friend got the Grandma Pie with a nice thick crust. Another got the Godfather and I ended up getting a veggie topped one with mushrooms, onion, green bell pepper and black olives and one half of the pie also had spinach. My pie was really good, they must have a really good and hot oven as my pie was crispy with the thin NY style crust and jus the slightest bit of char on the rolled edges. About the only thing that I'm knocking off a point for was the cost, these pizzas aren't cheap like the usual chain pizzas are. My 14 inch pizza with tax and a small tip was $39 and change! Now, I did bring half home so I guess it will cover 2 meals but still, that seems like a lot for a pizza. I know that since Covid, operating costs are up, as are rents and labor. I sort of wish they offered a smaller lunch size like 8-10 inches round.

However, with Marco's being recently named as one of America's favorite pizza, I've obviously been sleeping on them. Been here a few times already and I wonder why I haven't gone earlier. The location here in Humble is good for dates or groups and service is great. They seem to have delivery to nearby locations. A more recent visit with 10+ of our friends showed the great service, as I'm guessing one of their employees overheard our Happy Birthday song and gave our friend a whole brownie pan without us even mentioning. The pizza itself is excellent, even by major brand standards. Primo is a term they use a lot but is well founded. The toppings, cheese, and sauce are great and plentiful, and the crust does not fall into the category of pizzas where you skip the crust and throw it away. They also have specialty pizzas, and my favorite is the all meat one, and they do not skimp on the ingredients at all. They also have wings in two flavors which is pretty good also. Only complaint/suggestion is to eventually introduce a BBQ chicken pizza, all because I know that if/when they do, it would be bomb.

It's a cute clean shop (no inside seating) but friendly staff and manager. They have amazing fizzy lemonade in a cute bottle branded for them, like a keepsake. The pizza has inconsistencies. The hand tossed New Yorker all pepperoni was good, although mine had the wrong sauce (marinara vs pizza sauce) and a lot of extra crust, no flavor options. This version of their crust is hand stretched and fresh. So I went with this one. No solution was offered for the mistake, just an excuse. In good faith, i ordered again a few days later, this time thin crust, which I did not enjoy due to the sauce/crust ratio.
