My first experience with JJ's was an ordered that was delivered. I was impressed because the deliver time was faster then expected and our sandwiches were delicious. My second encounter was a pickup order. I drove there and called to ask if someone could bring my order to my vehicle. I explained that I didn't want to go into the restaurant because of COVID-19 and my health challenges. The gentleman that answered the phone was kind and attentive. The young lady that delivered my order to my vehicle wore a huge smile and was very pleasant. She deserved the tip that I gave her. The only thing that was not accurate from my order was the fact that my sandwich was not cut in half. Otherwise, everything was perfect and scrumptious! Why offer curb side pick up on the app if your employees do not honer it? We drove 20 mins for our order because you guys don't deliver to our address, just to get here and wait over 15 mins after check in, we finally called and said we've been waiting on our curb side order & the employee said "we have a rack inside for pick up" if we needed to come inside then curb side pick up shouldn't be offered on the website. AVOID EATING HERE I consistently have to wait way too long for my orders to be delivered, and I am barely 2.5 miles from the store. Today it has been over an hr since I ordered online and I still have not received my sandwich. I don't understand how you can be "FREAKY FAST" if you can't deliver a single sandwich 2.5 mi from your store within at LEAST 20 mins. I enjoy Jimmy John's and order at least 1x a month if not more but this experience the delivery driver smoked and my bag, sandwhich wrapper and napkins stunk of cigarette smoke. I didn't realize this until after I gave him $20 cash and bid him a thank you and goodbye. I also asked for Turkey to be added. I was charged $1.50 but no Turkey. Some restaurants do a so-so job with lettuce wraps... not the case with this location! The Unwhich was also big enough for two meals... a win! I placed my order online and picked up in store. Ordered a sandwich for lunch on 8/26/20. Asked for 3 of the free extra's. Needless to say I didn't get them. My wife went to the store to pick up the sandwich and the young lady working that day was sitting down behind the counter, let out a deep sigh when she had to get up to give sandwich like she just couldn't be bothered, and displayed piss poor customer service by not even saying "hi" or "have a nice day". I'm assuming she's the one that made the sandwich and forgot to add the extra's I asked for. I can look past that since they were free but it is a little disappointing. We try to support local restaurants during COVID when we can because we know people are out there working while putting themselves at risk. I make it a point to tip at least 20%, and did so on this order. I'm not going to say I'll never order from there again because I really like Jimmy John's. I just wish more people working in the food industry took a little more pride in their work, and put more effort into giving people what they pay for. To that young lady that worked on 8/26/20 between noon - 2 PM, everyone has bad days from time to time. But when you're working, please try not to let it effect your customer service skills. For the ordering, if don't plan on customizing your sandwich then it's no big deal but if you want to add stuff then it a little harder because you have to ask what they have available because you can't see it through a window like you can at Subway. I did like the bread my sub came on but as for everything else that was on it (the roast beef sub) wasn't really that impressive and it's pretty unlikely I'd choose to go back. read more

Ordered for the first time from this place and I may be my last. I called and the man on the phone basically argued with me that they put avocado on my sandwich. He ask if I would like to talk to the manager I said yes. No. Manager ever came to phone. This location is GREAT and it's the only location I've ordered from. I have never actually eaten inside- only had it delivered. If you love sandwiches and hate waiting to eat- this place is for you!! I literally ordered from them 3 times in one week!! My favorites are the tuna, Italian night club, and the club lulu. I also HAVE to order a bag of the jalapeno chips! The commercials are entirely true. They deliver so fast you don't have time to "drop the kids off at the pool" if you know what I mean. :D The delivery guys are always nice! I have no problem with the food or the service. Excellent all the way around. However, the music is too loud and this prevents me from coming as often as I like because it's so loud! Generally speaking Jimmy Johns is my go-to place for a quick, delicious sandwich. So, naturally, when I had to plan a trip for 30 hungry teenagers, JJ was a great option for lunch on the go. I called in advance and ordered 30 sandwiches to be delivered to our location. The next day they're calling us to find out why we didn't pick up the order, claiming their guy never marked it for delivery. Since we had discussed at length where it was to be delivered and how to find us, I only assume the manager overruled his guy and then claimed he didn't know anything about it. Really burned me that he didn't just tell us that in the first place. Regardless of the reason for the mistake, the manger should've found a way to get those sandwiches delivered. They pride themselves on "Really Fast" but they don't pride themselves on the actual sandwich. I am a native of New Jersey and I know, there's no comparison, but even Subway of all chains can make a better sandwich than this particular chain at this location. This is the best sandwich place I've ever had the opportunity to enjoy. #12 The Beach Club and #9 The Italian Night Club are so delicious. The Beach Club has REAL Avocado on it (unlike the other guy that starts with an S and ends in Way) The Italian Night Club has the strongest most amazing blend of meat flavors with Salami, Capicola and smoked Ham, that I have ever had. The service was extremely fast. The staff were all smiling and greeted me as soon as I walked in. They didn't mind that it took me a while to figure what I wanted.
