Really not a fan of this location. Firstly, it's awkwardly located and awkward to get in and out of their very small parking lot. Secondly, they do a sit down (?) style ordering even though they have staff to take your order like any other location. There is no cash register and people just pile up near the entrance trying to order. The food was fine; my chicken sandwich was a bit overcooked and the fries had some slightly off pieces. We had a lunch meeting and I placed the order for catering last Thursday. Everything was received on time, hot and fresh and correct. When you are feeding 26 people for an office lunch meeting, it is so important that the caterer takes care of bringing everything. The only thing missing from catering is the fries but they might not taste good. We had boxes with sandwiches, wraps and salads, each with a cookie. I also ordered a tray of strips since sometimes people want a little more and a tray of cookies for those who got a salad. We also had tea, lemonade and diet half and half. I always bring my grandson to this Humble location- he loves to play with other kids when eating here. Staff are always attentive and friendly. Order at the table no longer standing in line to order. Food comes out hot and if they mess up they apologize by giving you a free brownie . Waffles fries and yogurt parfait are my favorites! read more

This location closed for a couple of months to be remodeled. Once they opened back up, it hasn't been the same. The chicken doesn't have the same taste or flavor. It's not completely nasty, just not what I'm used to. The service has also been slower. The Employee are always super nice and offer great Customer service. We ordered our food online. The attendant told us at 615 am they did not have any tea. She explained they arrived late this morning and no tea was ready to serve. When we arrived at the window, no one addressed us in typical Chick fil A tradition. We waited for about 10 minutes before we were asked to pull forward so they could address other customers. We received our order about 5 minutes later. All the drinks were the wrong size!! The drinks were all taken back inside and we waited for another 10 minutes before we pulled around and walked in to find our drinks sitting on the counter. We were in line for more than 30 minutes before we tried to resolve our order. Our order was for more than $80 dollars. This is not the service we are accustomed to receive from Chick fil A. He offered any sandwich as well, so I asked for a deluxe, to then he asked which cheese. I responded, but then by the time he came back with my order, I received one crumbly strip and 2 oversized nuggets. If you don't have my order since it's close to closing time, that's fine but 1) I'm pretty sure there was communication about inventory which was disregarded and thus led to my order and 2) that was some crappy service to give me that when it doesn't reflect CFA's standard of portion sizes or service either. read more

While the service was fast, this Chick-fil-A is very different then all the other locations I have visited. The front counter has been barricaded by tall walls. At first I thought it was to help with social distancing, but instead they wait on you at your table. I have never had a staff member from Chick-fil-A employee take my order while seated, typically I stand in line. This place is disgusting. I ordered food for my kids lunch and supposedly a "dasher" stole the food. Once I tried to rectify with an employee, a loud underpaid and obnoxious employee yells at the second dasher stating "I" picked up the food then says there was never an order. I'm not sure how both can be possible but it's disgusting to know someone will steal food from children. This is why people get rude and frustrated with fast food employees for their poor behavior. They all should be ashamed of themselves. My kids were unable to get food since I'm terribly afraid to order anything else from these scammers. I called corporate. Every time I come here I order 3-4 meals and they mess up every time on either one of the orders or leaving out whole meals that are all on one ticket. This locations setup is highly impersonal and of all the Chick-Fil-A's I've visited this one has to be the most off putting. I'll never visit this location again. First, it took more than 5 minutes to take my order and because they literally have no systems in place people that walked in after me got their orders taken before me. Chic-Fil-A in my opinion is one of the best fast food restaurant chains in business. The customer service is next to none. Everyone is very friendly and courteous. This Humble location has mastered the drive through process (especially during lunch hours of 12-2pm). Someone is outside standing in the drive way waiting for you to drive up. They take your order on some kind of hand held computer then they take your payment using the same machine (cash or card) You go to the next person and they confirm your order then give you your receipt. Then finally you go to the window to get your food. Always a fast process. Everyone is always so attentive and precise with what you request. Went to this location on my lunch break. Bit into my sandwich only to find a hard piece of plastic to pull out my mouth from the sandwich. The fries old and so hard and chewy. This particular Chick-Fil-A is at FM1960 and I-69/Hwy 59. I work in the area so I only eat here for lunch. Like any other Chick-Fil-A they're always busy. They do a good job of getting you through the drive-thru. During peek times, they staff employees on "foot patrol" taking orders in the drive thru to speed up the process. I actually dine-in more than I drive-thru. The lines inside can get long too but typically move quickly. If you need less noise, sit close to the bathrooms which are further from the playground area. Seems to be a popular spot at lunch for moms with toddlers. They do have wifi and it can be a good place to work on your computer during he lull between lunch and dinner. read more
