Customer service sucks every time I go the lady is so rude and make me wait so long she also has an attitude I don't recommend it

The drive thru worker is rude, poor food quality, workers are very unsanitary. The young workers also very rude. Very unprofessional. Does not even deserve a 1 star. read more

Worse jack in the box in the area 2:50am. Needs better service and night shift employees.

No frills jack in the box. Restrooms relatively clean. As is the inside eating area. Staff were efficient and quick. Pretty decent for an airport fast food joint. read more

I used to be a Jack in the Box fan but it's gone way downhill. They brought out their version of the Popular "Smash Burger ". Well they failed miserably! It's just horrible...very strange sauce on the burger is so bad I just threw it away after a few bites. Will never visit a Jack in the Box again. As I get older I admit I'm much less of a fast food fan but Jack is the worst! read more

Guy gave an 'what you want?' attitude just for me to stilI be waiting for my churros... i would post a pic but THEY DONT EXIST.

I would literally give ZEROO STARS if i could , i pulled in the driveway , simply said "hello?" one time , and the lady working the drive thru yelled "CAN YALL STOP YELLING I KNOW YALL ARE THERE" when we simply said a nice "hello"... NEVER EVER will i bring my business here and advise others not too either ! Literally so rude ! read more

I was on a business trip in Houston headed to the airport. Along the way I spotted a Jack In the Box. I haven't seen or heard about a Jack in the Box in years. I was so excited that my Uber Driver was so glad and sweet to stop and let me order some food. I ordered a chicken pita and a order of fries. The prices are a bit high and the food wasn't good. I was very disappoint with the food. I should of just ordered a hamburger and fries. The fries were cold and stale. It was such a let down for me. I went from excitement to unhappy. read more

Jack in the Box - Fast Food Near Me - Humble, Texas

Any fast food place is hit and miss but today I stopped and got two tacos and a small fry.... And after all these years getting tacos from Jack n the box these were the best---not greasy, crunchy and lettuce was cold and fresh the fries were hot and fresh!! read more

This location is next to the airport area of hotels, shopping and gas stations. We don't have Jack in the Box in New Jersey, so when I saw one in Houston next to my hotel, I had to go by and get a meal. The service is quick and efficient. The food was warm and made to order. It was a fantastic and clean location. read more

Surprisingly, this group actually has better staffing at night. Never really had a bad experience at this location, and they are conveniently located right before you reach George Bush Intercontinental Airport. They normally get all people out of the building rather quickly, which is always a plus. read more

This is my second visit in less than a week. Not impress by the quality or presentation of the food I've received at DriveThur at this specific location. The tacos are extremely dripping and soaked in grease. I guess it wasn't a concern to let the excess grease drain out. Second the bag was soaked so that just proved there was way too much grease on the tacos. Even down to the receipt. I will not be returning because the quality of the food. I know it's fast food, but I also pay for quality and presentation of my food too. Unhappy customer. read more

This is my first and last time at this Jack in the box There is a middle aged black lady at the drive through window tonight 1/11/23 that is extremely rude! She first out of nowhere decided that we had been ignoring her through the drive thru speaker when in fact we never hear anything and we're wondering if they were even open. She proceeded reprimand us like we were kids. questioning whether or not we were ready and repeating over and over that she was. At the window our second order had some transactional issues (card with obvious money on it kept declining). so she informed us to drive around to pay for the order. When we did there was a line. So to not be "that customer" we waiting paitentl for the two in front us to finish. When we got back up to the drive thru speaker and tried to inform her that we had driven around to repay she literally yelled at us to "give her a minute" but wait there's more. When we finally reached the window for what I prayed was the last time dealing with her she yet again reprimanded us for NOT cutting the line. Oh yeah we also had to ask for drink holders with a total of 6 drinks. That's all! read more

Terrible Jacks. Chicken strips lacking chicken and burnt. Burger cold and meh. Run away!!! read more

So slow. Took us 10 minutes to order and there was absolutely no one in line. So much for fast layover food. Had to tell them several times we wanted to order. Food is your typical jack in the box food with lots of options not just burgers. Nuggets probably better than McDonald's and fajita pita doesn't feel very unhealthy. read more

Jack in the Box - Chicken teriyaki bowl and fajita pita - Fast Food Near Me - Humble, Texas

This is the second time I have stopped st this location and both times the girl at the window has been rude. Unable to get any order right, she can't seem to understand what is being said over the speaker from outside, the manager's either shift or store or district are just as much to blame as the employees. I suggest go to another fast food chain and try your luck. This location as Jack in The Box has lost s customer forever BYE read more

This place is your regular Jack in the Box. I'm sorry to inform you there is nothing special about this location. On the other hand, that also means that there is nothing horrible. It's just average. The staff is nice. They don't always have all the new items or specials advertised on youtube/hulu/radio/pandora that you might hear of. Compared to the other review, I did not find them that speedy. Rather on the slow side. I shouldn't have stopped there with minutes to spare to get to the airport, but I did. I thought they were average speed. I was wrong. No worries, I made my flight, but it was quite the sprint. Will I stop in again? Absolutely. It's a great stop esp if you're parking in one of the contractor options which gives you plenty of time to chow down your food on the bus ride (yes, you will be the smelly kid) on your way to the airport. read more

Super horrible service. 7 total screwups: * breakfast croissant sandwich came with cheese despite asking for no cheese twice * chicken nuggets didn't have sauce * instead of an ultimate cheeseburger they gave us a jumbo jack * jalapeño poppers were missing * jumbo jack had super old wilted lettuce * jumbo jack had waaaaayyyy too much mayo * they didn't give us our drinks And they were super freaking slow. Avoid at all costs! read more

I read terrible reviews but wanted a breakfast jack on my way out of town. They were super fast. The food was very hot and tasty! I have nothing negative to report. Actually, I'm quite impressed! read more

Stopped here for a quick bite to eat right before going in to work. I left the house a little early thinking I wouldn't have time for breakfast actually I was sure I didn't. I have to be on a shuttle at least 20 minutes before I need to clock in or I would be late. So I had like 7 minutes to get through the drive thru and mosey on next door to park and catch the bus. There were 4 cars already in front of me and I soon as I pull into the drive thru I thought about calling work to let them know I would be late, but the line moved extremely quickly. It seemed like everyone just ordered drinks in front of me they were done so fast. By the time I had gotten to the window it had only been about 3 minutes. The lady at the window was kind and the customer service was great. This is located right on a corner and has a weirdly positioned drive thru line so when the line gets long it could easily get backed up into the street and make things hectic. I haven't been inside but maybe if I allow myself enough time I can sit down for breakfast one day. read more

I love jack in the box but this particular location has horrible service. We waited at the drive though speaker and no one was taking out order so we pulled up the window and they were still ignoring us even though they clearly saw us. read more

When you walk into a fast-food restaurant, you don't expect service from a five star restaurant. You expect something quick, easy, maybe not perfect, but still kinda good. Jack in the Box is a food chain I'm proud to say usually does that and more. In this particular establishment, service is fine, food's great; I highly recommend the chicken teriyaki bowl. The proximity to the airport and hotels makes it an ideal location for a quick and cheap travel meal. Downside? Place is crowded with flies. That automatically knocks it down a few pegs in my book. If you need a quick or cheap snack, especially if you're traveling, I say this is a pretty good choice. Just...use the drive through. read more

The worst place EVER if you want to asked rudely ANYTHING else and get talked to rudely well this is your place. So I visited this Jack in The Box 7/718 at 5:10:50 pm and every little thing I order I'm getting asked " ha anything else" so I asked the order taker did she have a problem she answered no I'm just asking is there anything else. So I told her well it sounds rude and it seems like you were rushing me I told her I was a manager at McDonald's and I am now a supervisor at Walmart because how I responded to my customers another lady walked up and asked the order taker (not the customer) but the order taker did she have a problem then they both walked away from the window with the window open joking about what I said and one statement the made my blood boil was " This ain't no d*** McDonald's and it ain't no d*** Walmart" and called me a b****. So if you want to get treated like this please visit this Jack in The Box. This place doesn't even deserve one star idk how they have so many good reviews!!! read more

I was in there yesterday and the cashier went nuts. She was screaming and cussing at customers and threatening to have her dad come up and beat them up then wanted to come around the corner and fight. The whole thing started because this girl kept telling her she didn't want any mayonnaise and the cashier couldn't understand that. She was screaming she hates people and calling people b----s and saying f--k you and f--k that and I had never seen anything like it before. I was close enough to hear the whole thing. There were like 8 or 9 of them in that group and they all left. I won't go back. When an employee is threatening you, you're just not safe there. read more
