Absolute GARBAGE! Ordered via uber eats, I have my receipt and it's in black and white, NO MUSTARD there's mustard on both my sandwiches, asked for grilled onions, I got raw onions, asked for bell peppers, got none, asked for Jalapenos and got none. They didn't bother to read the instructions AT ALL. I just spent $20 for sandwiches I ended up throwing in the trash. Clearly these people cannot read, much less follow simple instructions. Total fail, avoid at all costs.

Food is good, super stingy on sauces. This is the only firehouse I've seen that is up charging for sauces. They say you can only have 2 small packets I even asked nicely and she's was firm on saying NO unless you pay extra. Note: this is the only firehouse I've seen do this and I've been going to the establishments all over the map. Stop being stingy

Love this place staff is always friendly and the establishment is clean very convenient for a quick bite

Supposed to be a meatball sandwich on wheat bread. Looks like garbage!

I had ordered extra sauce on a meatball sandwich thru Uber Eats. What I got looked like garbage! I called to complain. The manager was useless! Basically telling me the sandwich had already been made (before I placed my order) and that they couldn't add sauce to it. This thing was dry and didn't even look like meatballs. At least they should have put sauce in a cup. Be careful ordering on these apps! I wanted Quiznos but got steered to this place on the app.

I really really like their chicken salad recipe. Doesn't have any onions in it. I recommend it, but…read moreyou can also get other sandwiches made to your liking... like this roast beef on Italian bread with mustard potato salad

I finally visited this local deli after having known about it for several years. It was actually…read morewhen I first started working at my company nearly 10 years ago. Back then, I believe we used to have a flyer/menu from them that some employees ordered from. I visited on a cold day where most of the customers were taking their orders to-go. The setup is a little confusing at first, but you just go down the serving line and stop when someone asks you for your order. You can get a tray, or not, depending on how many plates or dishes you ordered. The ready area (for dine-in customers) is weirdly placed in the middle of the line and the spot for to-go orders is at the end of the line next to the last register. Once your order has been places, you grab the ticket and take it to a register. This setup reminds me of a little local deli I used to visit regular in Stafford. I will say that their selection of hot sandwiches and specialty sandwiches is limited. Most are 1 protein only which is probably how they can keep their prices so low. I asked the order taker if you could customize or make a hot roast beef sandwich or toast it and first she didn't understand me, then she just repeated the two hot sandwich options from the menu. I again asked can you make the sandwich toasted, then she said yes. The sandwich, by default, comes on French bread. I wasn't familiar enough with the menu to pick another bread so I just stuck with French. I chose provolone cheese. It comes out after a few mins and it's nicely toasted and ended up being a nice size sandwich with an adequate meat to bun ratio. The sandwich also comes with a pickle spear. I also added a cup of homemade chili which is pretty decent. The meat is finely ground and I prefer it to be more coarse, but the flavor was good. All of their entrees and side dishes have low prices. One of the best deals is the "classic" sandwich which comes with prosciutto. An even better deal may be their baked potatoes with 4 toppings for only $2.09 weekdays!
