The food was just ok, simple Vietnamese flavors. The spring rolls were nice sized but it was so overpriced. Too many other pho places with better food for less money. Plus this is a counter service restaurant so it just felt so basic although the girl was friendly!

Went here with my sister in law for the first time and it didn't disappoint. You have to order at the front but the food is brought to you if you dine in. Very chill place brand new clean. Food tasted great would go again.

I love the atmosphere and the food here. You can tell they have 14 HR broth. The spring rolls were fantastic, the pho was to die for and Black Pepper Ribeye Banh Mi was sensational. I WILL be back to this 5 star restaurant. Chef's kiss!

I had the Lemon Grass Chicken Banh Mi to go! picture doesn't do it justice! Partially eaten lol! SO good!

I had the Lemon grass Banh Mi to go. Their bread is baked fresh daily and you sure could tell, so good! Warm and crispy on the outside soft inside. Their food is wrapped so carefully, it was warm and fresh when I got home. Very fresh veggies and the chicken was so good. Next time I think I will order without peppers had a little spice for me Very nice staff and great service, and their drinks looked amazing, can't wait to try more.

I get the p5 on the menu and it's pretty decent cuts of meat. Lots of it that's for sure they aren't shy on protein. Services is always quick and happy to help no matter how busy. Store is clean and well maintained with lots of seating and accommodations for kids. Stellar place for family or dining alone. I normally add photos but didn't bother i was so excited for the meal.

The space is small but ample, there is a bar and plenty of seats. The food however was underwhelming. I don't know if that is how they like to make their pho or if they are so used to the type of clientele that come in that they have adjusted their food to match their expectations. The broth unfortunately bland, there was no star anise, cinnamon, nor clove flavor that came through on the broth. It tasted just like beef bone broth. There didnt seem to even be fish sauce in the broth either. The noodles were tender, the toppings were generous, but the lack of flavor in the broth was enough to change the taste of the whole dish. I asked for fish sauce since they dont have any on the table, but that doesnt help much since the broth is missing the essential spice flavors. I hope they adjust their broth, because honestly authentic food is better, adjusting to local tastes just makes an unrealistic standard of your cultures food. ill come back and try again in a few months, see if taste has changed

Honestly their pork is just delicious bc even the vermicelli bowl was good! The shrimp spring rolls are good, but lack a little flavor. Restaurant is clean with music playing. I love that The Pho is near the house and around all the stores to go shopping. It makes it so convenient to shop and pick up dinner. I've tried many pho places and this one is almost as good as the one where I used to live called Pho Thy. I always order the pick 4 large pho. It's the perfect choice for meatballs, rare steak, tendon, and fatty brisket. The pho broth is so perfectly seasoned just add sriracha! The pho fixings are value for your money. I've been to many pho places where they're skimpy on the meat! So far, it's the only pho I can order online (conveniently and user friendly) pick it up and the pho broth will still be hot when I get home. I can't wait for it to get cold so I can get my pholicious fix every week!

But drinks, spring rolls, banh mi, vermicelli/rice plates are also their jam. Definitely on the pricier side for Vietnamese food and not truly authentic (but guess it's pretty far from Alief / Bellaire here), but I enjoyed the flavors anyways! ** 5 spice tofu vermicelli: this beautiful plate came with big fluffy pieces of tofu that were nicely fried, but the tofu itself had only a hint of the 5 spice flavor. It came with a very sweet, light fish sauce (?) that amped up the flavor, and there are sriracha and hoisin sauces on each table if needed. The medley of carrots, cabbage, and cilantro added some crunch and color. It wasn't oily or overly filling, and I'm happy I tried it :) ** BBQ pork banh mi: solid banh mi with some pickled veggies inside. Take out the jalepeno if you don't like spicy! The pork is a little on the fattier side. We added a fried egg as suggested by the staff (man, eggs are expensive right now!), and it was a little overcooked since we usually like the slightly runny yolk for banh mi. The bread wasn't overly crispy that it poked the roof of your mouth. ** Shrimp tempura: more of a fried shrimp than the Japanese tempura style, but still tasty! These came piping hot with pickled carrots too. Doesn't taste very "shrimpy," which may be good depending on who you ask. It's a clean and sort of fun, airy atmosphere. You order at the cashier first and the water, utensils, boxes, etc are self-serve. The staff were friendly. Definitely bring a jacket-- they had fans circulating cold air and it was chilly! Would return for their lunch offerings if in the area and to try the drinks and bubble waffles :D
