Been coming to TT Pho for years, mainly for take out these days. Updating my review based on what's changed and what's stayed the same. A4. Spring Roll Grilled Shrimp and Pork (2 rolls) [$6.50] Still a great flavor, both the roll and the sauce. Still the best goi cuon I can find in the area. A5. Fried Egg Rolls (3 rolls) [$5.50] Crisp, not oily, great flavor. These are a hit with both adults and kids in the household. P1. Pho Combination [$12.99] Great combination of meats including my favorites of brisket, meatball, tendon, and tripe. Broth flavor is not as strong over the years but still prefer it over other places in the area. R5 Combination Grilled Pork [$18.99] Combination of sausage, grilled pork, egg, shrimp, and meatloaf. Shrimp are almost always way overcooked but everything else is delicious. The meatloaf is especially good here. All in all, still my go to Pho spot in the area. I did want to mention that the prices are considerably higher than what they used to be but then again what hasn't risen in cost? I'm just glad the portion and flavor profiles are more or less the same so at least I know what I am getting. Now, the biggest thing that has changed is the service/packing of to go orders. Previously, these used to be a consistent set of young adults doing the service who were attentive and there to do a job well. The past several times I've gone, there is an ever changing group of young adults manning the cashier and wait station who have been slow, confused, and very often forget to pack things in my to go orders such as sauce, pho vegetables, and soups. I do check my order but there are quite a few components to check for and with kids, it's been a bit difficult to fully focus. Just something I expect the restaurant to be able to get right instead of depending on me to have to check each time. Disclaimer: I was in the restaurant business for a decade in my younger days so I understand the role and responsibilities very well. I almost always come on weekdays (which aren't as busy) so there's almost no excuse to not double check the orders or have a more experienced staff member check if you are new. read more

If you know your Pho then you know the secret is the home made bone broth. What I like about TT Pho is if you have a to-go order, they will separate you ingredients for you with a container of bone broth. To cook Pho to-go orders to taste like the restaurant the trick is to quickly parboil your wagyu or regular beef strips for about 5 minutes remove and drain so you will not overcook them, then add your remaining ingredients and cook normal adding the beef at the end. The service is always fast as possible and very courteous. read more

Im surprised I haven't written a review for this place yet! TT Pho is my favorite food place to eat at. I come here every week (yes every week, the servers recognize me!) because the pho is so good and consistent! The broth is rich, no extra sauces needed! I always order a P2, I swear if I go a week without my pho I end up having a hard week! So weekly pho for my weekly reset! The place is close to my home, and I enjoy how clean it always is. Terrible service and below-average food. My family and I spent $70+ and couldn't even get a drink refill. The waiter never checked on us, and the overall experience was disappointing. We only came here because Pho Viet Tastes off Sawdust and 45 is closed on Sundays, but I'll definitely be returning to Pho Viet Tastes instead in the future. Their food is much better, and the service is always attentive and friendly. I won't be coming back to Tt Pho. Update and response to owner's reply to my review: Transaction receipt attached for proof of patronage, since their "records don't align with the events as described". Check your camera system for verification of my claims. My family and I arrived at approximately 6:15 PM on 12/29. The "Open" sign was off, so I called to confirm your closing time on Sundays. The man who answered the phone replied, "8 PM, like always," as though I should have already known. When we entered, the waitress was dressed unprofessionally for a family restaurant, wearing tight leggings. She seemed annoyed while taking our drink order. When she returned with our drinks, she tossed the straws onto our table, appearing upset. After taking our food order, she never came back to check on us. The restaurant was not busy when we arrived. Our food was delivered to the table, but my husband's soda ran out while he was eating his soup. No one checked on us, so I had to get the attention of another employee passing by after my husband had waited a long time. Later, when my water ran out, I waited so long for a refill that my husband had to go to the counter himself to get it for me. We noticed other tables around us being attended to, but for some reason, ours was ignored. Finally, I got up to pay and mentioned to a man wearing a black hat at the register that no one had check on us while we ate. He responded by saying it was because they were busy, which didn't reflect what we observed. As we left, my daughter noticed the man in the black hat approach the waitress who had been wearing the tights, and they laughed as we exited. Spending $75 at your restaurant and being treated this way is unacceptable. We will not return. read more

An average Pho spit with other Vietnamese cuisine. Pho soup was tasty, meats were not enough and lacked taste. Limited portions of vegetables for pho. Banh sandwich was with tough meat and no fresh bread. Portion was good size yet little on expensive side. It's an establishment for locals or maybe for someone who is craving pho, but taste is just not there with meat entrees. Service was slow and had an average restaurant ambiance. My wife and I and our married daughter with her husband stopped in for lunch as we are always looking for great Indian food finds The owner was at the restaurant. He greeted us, was our server, and helped us to make the most out of our experience. Before ordering he said he'd like to bring us an appetizer to help determine what heat level would be best for our group. It was a garlic chili dish that everyone loved. My wife and daughter thought the heat level was perfect while I wanted spice. From there he asked us what dishes we traditionally like as well as asked if we liked or preferred any of the proteins; fish, goat, lamb, chicken, etc. He then asked if he could bring us what he thought we'd like the best. He served us a goat biryani, butter chicken, and two other dishes that I think were korma with lamb and chatinad with chicken. The butter chicken was a little too tomatoe like IMO but everything else was spot on. The bill came in around $130 with a tip which was the only disappointing aspect of the experience. My pho is almost always out before I finish my spring rolls, which isn't a problem since the soup is hot. Kudos to the efficient and friendly staff for their promptness! I just came here because I was running errands around the area and with the cold weather I was craving some pho. I had a little bit of reserve about this place because it is in Spring but I still wanted to give this place a try! So I always start off with what's good about TT pho and that is the pho itself! The broth was authentic enough and had good flavor and they give you a lot of meat in your bowl! I did try the eggrolls which were fair, nothing outstanding just your regular eggrolls you can buy frozen, they did serve it with sweet and sour sauce which you don't see a lot, but again being in Spring I was not surprised. I did order the rice plate to go for my BIL. Although I did not try it myself it did not look like the typical rice place you usually get in Bellaire. Now, the reason this place got a 4 star is because the food took a really long time to come out. I'm not sure if we came at a bad time (it was steady but not what I would call busy as the staff was not very busy), but we def had to wait 15+ min for our order - which is not the usual for a Viet restaurant. The staff was definitely attentive and were very nice. But none of them spoke Vietnamese lol again not surprising in Spring but when I asked if they had bun bo hue my server looked at me like I had 3 heads. I'm always worried when a Vietnamese restaurant doesn't have employees who speak Vietnamese so that was why I was a little apprehensive when the pho came out but it was good. I think i'm just being picky as a Vietnamese person at this point. Overall, if I was in the area again and craving Viet food I would come back - and I'll try my best to not speak Viet lol. read more

We love pho! And this place delivers! Hubby got Kobe beef pho- simply amazing! It comes with a ginger sauce that is so good. I got rare beef and tendon, also amazing. The broth is wonderful, and everything is so fresh! The hubs ordered Cafe Su Da (iced coffee). It comes ready made, which usually is not as good as when it is served at your table in the French Press. This one was delicious, with that wonderful bitterness and sweetness that you want. Sounds kind of weird, but they also have "good" chopsticks, and the pho spoons are the kind I like. We will drive here from Seabrook to have lunch, it's that good! Delicious authentic Vietnamese food and friendly service! Springs is very lucky to have such a gem! We (6) came in at lunch time, they were busy, and that's a good sign. The food is worth the wait but we didn't wait long at all. We came all the way from Garland (dallas-big Vietnamese community) just for their food! Homemade beef meatball! Unlike most (if not all) pho places uses pre-made frozen ones. Pho Broth is as flavorful as it is aromatic. Plenty of meat and noodles in both small and large portions. Fried rice is perfected, unlike other Vietnamese/chinese restaurants, with great flavors. If you haven't tried their homemade tiramisu cake you should as well as their Vietnamese flan. You can't beat good pho at the comfort of your own home. I was pleased with my to-go order from here. Usually pho places put a small amount of meat in their broth, but T.T. Pho hooks you up with a decent amount of meat and noodles. "Fuh" lovers know that good pho broth is clear, like a French consommé. The pho soup tastes healthier here compared to other pho places in the area. However, their vegetable components don't seem very fresh. The nice part of eating pho at the crib is being able to rip up and sprinkle additional herbs into the soup. I enjoy the beef tendon pho as the tendon is soft, gelatinous, and appetizing. My hubby & I have been coming to Tt Pho on and off for 5 years. It has gotten progressively worse in that time period. There are young high school teens waiting tables that play and socialize. They regularly ignore and are not attentive to the customers. There is an additional charge for everything from to go boxes to more sauce during your dine in experience. Their prices have gone up at least 30% in the last two years. The Vietnamese owned family should re-think the constant escalation of their prices as they do not match the quality of their food. read more

Sometimes I like the flavors in the pho and other times I find myself underwhelmed. Today I was feeling under the weather so I got some pho and I felt very underwhelmed.
