It's so nice to have a decent Pho restaurant near me. The Pho broth needs more depth. For me it's weak in flavor and indeed too sweet. I guess I'm just used to the authentic slow cooked broth with lots of spices. I'm very picky about my bean sprouts; and was pleased to be served fresh, cold, and crispy bean sprouts. This is my reason for a 4 Star. Fresh veggies! My companion had the Shakin Beef which was just stir fried beef. It's was a very tasty dish, but not truly Shakin Beef. Service was pleasant. Food was good, staff was friendly but does need some training on how to check on customers. Very attentive at first but the last 10 minutes no one came by. Was charged 0.50 cents for a to go container. Not a drink to go but to take the food home we didn't finish there. I'm not sure if this is a management decision, lack of training, or maybe an environmental initiative but I guess I'll bring my own container next time. read more

I was very surprised this place had almost 5 start reviews. This was my second time eating from this place. The first time was a to go order and today we dine in. We waited for a booth to be clean and when we sat down the table stank because the rug used to clean the table was dirty. We still order food and had to wait about 35 min just for a table of two. Another guy that came behind us, stood up and said he couldn't wait anymore and left. We needed to get a ice tea refill and the server came and said they didn't have any more ice tea and if we wanted water. Ok first of all, let's talk about this portion size!!! For $10 I got double of what I usually get and its even cheaper. The flavor is phenomenal and very delicious! This is a very unprofessional establishment that clearly cares not of their customers health! Tried this place for the first time tonight. Walked in to order to go, sat to wait, looked around to see that of the eight tables seated only one had food and instantly realized I was in for a lengthy wait. After 45 minutes (not exaggerating) I finally got handed my two small bowls of pho to go and was told that I would need to boil the broth and cook the beef through before eating it. Whaaaaattt??? 45 minutes and you're giving me a DIY pho set up?!?! Needless to say I wasn't too happy about the situation, but did as was told when I got home. To my amazement the pho was fantastic! After such a poor wait experience, watching phone order after phone order be picked up etc. I was already telling myself "never again", but the food was good enough that I will order again and next time I will just phone the order in ahead of time. read more

Was looking for good vietnamese sandwich near my house and happened upon this place. A bit hidden , thank yelp. Came in and immediately liked the place. The place is ample and plenty of light. Seems brand new, very clean and awesome service. They guys kept checking on me and smiles all around. The jasmin ice tea was light and refreshing and they kept it coming. Ordered the egg rolls and they were ok. Got the Bahn mi pork. Very delicious, packed with vegetables and pork and the bread, was like they had just made it. It was crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The flavors were there as well. Also ordered the combination beef rice plate and was surprised on how much food you get. If I could give less stars.. food was good. Nothing special. Portion size for large fried rice was, at most, a cup of rice? Two people ordered large chicken pho's and couldn't finish them so we got to-go boxes (which they charge for every to-go item you ask for) and order charged us for extra limes that we never received. Then when we got ready to go, they came to clean the tables and THREW OUR TO-GO SOUPS AWAY so when we turned around to grab them they were already in the trash. When I asked the two little boys that were cleaning off the table where my soups went they looked at each other and played dumb. I had to point them out in the trash for them to acknowledge me. I decided to try this place since it was so close to home. I'll cut to the chase. 1. My cup of water had what it looked like dried hoisin sauce all inside of it. 2. My shrimp and pork from the combination plate was room temperature. It felt like it had been sitting out for awhile. 3. The soup that came with the plate tasted like nothing. Literally nothing. Tt Pho was o-m-g delicious! Their spring rolls are huge and the meat was super flavorful. For my meal I got the combination vermicelli that comes with beef, pork, shrimp, and egg rolls. Portion wise it was huge! I got to eat twice from that one plate. Flavor wise all the meat was jam packed with flavor and juicy! My favorite meat was the beef. Came here for the first time for dinner since it is our closest Pho shop! My husband and I were both in love! When you first walk in, the restaurant feels clean, modern and inviting. We had great service from the staff and the food was delivered quickly. Now to get into the good part. We started off with an order of the combination spring rolls. The veggies were so fresh and the rolls themselves were a great size. This is some of the best Pho we have ever had! I had just beef pho and my husband had the Kobe and omg, it was perfection! I highly recommend getting the Kobe! The flavor profile was packed and delicious. All of the food tasted fresh and delicious, I can't wait to try more. Wonderful pho that was beautifully presented. The spring rolls were amazing with the peanut sauce. The only qualm I had was the serving of the drinks which came in a complete cup of ice with a soda can, a little unprofessional but the food made up for it. One of the best bowls of Pho - have explored many Vietnamese restaurants in Houston and this is by far the best. Many are unflavored - this has a very flavorful, spicy taste. It was not sweet - otherwise I would not have cared for it. The restaurant is new - very neat and clean and staff is available to each customer, as they are establishing themselves in this new location. Thankfully this restaurant owner landed a great location, since there is very little to eat around this area, other than fast fried foods. I complimented the chef and she came out from the kitchen and greeted me. Tina was very friendly, caring about the food and customers. She took the time to do this and as in any new business, it was a very nice gesture. This will be my go-to daily lunch stop. read more

Since it is soft opening, all of those special dishes are not available yet. we ordered combination pho and garlic chicken wing. Combination pho has one size $9.99 but it has a big variety of beef like tendon, thin slice of beef, brisket...etc. pretty good dish to taste everything in one bowl even it is $0.49 more. They have regular pho in two size small $7.99 and large $9.50. It is slightly more expensive other Pho but it's soup and beef quality is not bad. quantity of meat and pho is decent. The soup itself taste well as well. garlic chicken wing take a little while to fry but it comes out very good. the skin is fried with crispy. The meat still has little juice. This is the absolute best restaurant I've ever been to! If I could eat it every night of the week I would! The customer service is 10 out of 10. They have even fulfilled my to go orders after hours because I didn't realize when they closed! I love TT pho and will be loyal to this restaurant even if I move further. I have waited until 3 PM for lunch several days just so I could get home and order TT pho. They are closed on Tuesdays and I tried A different pho place and was sadly disappointed. I will never make that mistake again! Do yourself a favor and eat here every night of the week!
