I'm debating between 3 or 4 but ended up doing 4 stars since the Pho itself is really good. The pho broth has the depth of flavor you expect, the noodle is cooked well, and it's served hot. What put it down was the spring rolls. The spring rolls fail short. The rice paper is stiff, and the fillings lack the herbs that you get from other places. The peanut sauce is also overly sweet. The bah mi is good as a sandwich in its own, but it's not bah mi. The picked veggies in it did not come through. All in all a solid place for pho. It's clearly mom and pops shop with the kid as the servers. Friendly vibe, and the facilities and dining areas are well kept and clean.

I had the pho to-go. This is the portion size for their small. I appreciated the freshness of the meat. Broth was flavorful and soup was delicious!

I don't usually leave reviews, but this place is just too good not to. I've tried a lot of pho spots, and Pho Now honestly tops them all. The broth is rich and flavorful, the noodles have that perfect texture, and everything tastes fresh and made with care. The owners are so friendly and make you feel welcome every time, which really adds to the experience. The restaurant itself is spotless, cozy, and beautifully kept even the restrooms are super clean. It honestly feels like a hidden gem, and I'm shocked it's not packed every day. If you love pho, this is the spot you need to try.

Tried this spot today. Food was 8.5 overall. Pho broth 10/10. Got the Avocado smoothie with boba. 7/10 barely had boba in it, also had avocado seed chunks in it. We did try the viet egg rolls- 8/10 nuoc mam (fish sauce) 4/10. Super clean bathroom. Service was 7.5. Asked for sweet tea and didn't like so I asked for Dr Pepper and server seemed annoyed.

Across the road from Target, this is one of several new businesses in the area in a new strip mall. I stopped in today for appetizers and a drink and a drink. The appetizers were okay. The egg rolls were large and freshly fried, the Rangoon were shaped differently from the traditional but were tasty and the pan fried dumplings were not pan fried but deep fried making them a like less unctuous. The drink was a smoothie with boba and that too was slightly off as the boba were too big for the straw and not as tight as usual leading me to believe they were older. This seemed more of a fast food version of Vietnamese but as I didn't order a meal that would be a premature description. But what made this a four was the service. One young lady did everything upfront and she was fast, accurate and amazingly observant. She was able to anticipate her customers needs.

The kids brought a game while we waited. Didn't get to finish, the food came out pretty fast.

Service is always amazing. My kids love the food! Everything is always 10/10! They had good music playing too. Another customer and I were jamming out and talking about the good ol days. Our waitress is the sweetest too. Even the owner came out and cut up my daughter's noodles for her. We love it here!

The food was very good!…read more I was hesitant at first because some of the menu seemed to be fusion items. In a place like Houston, where you can get authentic Vietnamese food, this can be a luck draw if the fusion pays off. However, when I tried the food, it was a very flavorful and worth every cent I spent. Everything was very tasty. The wings were flavorful and crisp. It had a combination of crispy skin seasoned with a rich sauce. The meat was also moist. For a party of two, it was also very shareable because they gave six pieces -both drums and wings. I will say that you really gotta to get in there get your hands and face dirty though! (They did provide a hand wipe!) For the main dishes, the won tonic soup was very flavorful with sweet-and-sour elements with egg noodles that soaked up all this good flavor. The wontons inside were very standard. And the onion was added to provide some balance. Everything was very hardy and filling. My friend had gotten the vermicelli. Which came with crunchy egg rolls, shredded veggies, noodles, and shrimp topped with a fish sauce. It felt very light and refreshing with a balance of textures and savory elements'. Highly recommend as the number one and two selling dishes - it would just depend on if you're in a soup or dry noodle sort of mood. Service was overall fast and friendly. You have to pay by going to the counter. We had a newer waiter though, and it took him a long time to get our orders correctly and he had to get some help. Hopefully they're doing well, but overall, it's a very cute Homie little establishment. Seating fits around 30 around booths and tables.

The second time I visited, I had the Hong Shao Rou with mushrooms (Braised Pork Belly) to-go, not a huge fan of takeout and this didn't disappoint and it was good. The takeout team member was pleasant enough. They feature an open kitchen with two tops closer to the wall/glass and larger tables more toward the middle of the restaurant. But the inconsistency has been an issue for me, and the flavors aren't as good as they once were. Dishes I regularly ordered like Kung Pao Chicken, Mongolian Beef, Japanese Egg Tofu, and Honey Walnut Shrimp haven't stood out as much as of lately. Dishes like Szechuan Spicy Chicken is still one of my favorite, and Garlic Snow Pea Leaves are delicious when in season. Bamboo House still holds its place as great spot for group dining. The portion is generous, prices are fair, and overall a solid restaurant that's still worth recommending.

We wanted to try 1 dish of each specialty, so we ordered of course a Lamb Karahi, this is a very special dish, comes in a hot wok like plate, very traditional Pakistani, the flavor, texture and aroma of this dish is so unique, definitely a must, we asked level 2 spice and it was wonderful. We also had the Chana Masala, this is the best Chana I've tried, so garlicky, so good, the chickpeas had the perfect texture as well, again mild on the spiciness, just great. We also had Chicken Szechuan chaomein, great noodles, the Szechuan flavor on this dish was just spot on. I'm so happy we came to try this place, I can confidently say and confirm this is one of the best places to eat in Houston. I can't recommend just one dish, but don't skip the Chana Masala.

We spent about $60, and unfortunately... this was one of the most disappointing meals we've had in a while. The food tasted old across the board. The egg rolls were burnt, the sweet and sour chicken was dry and flavorless, and the General Tso's chicken was soggy and overly sweet. The only things even remotely edible were the lo mein and fried rice. To make things worse, the service didn't match the price point. For a $60 order, we were given just four soy sauce packets, no plasticware, and no fortune cookies. When I asked for more soy sauce, sriracha, and duck sauce, I was initially given barely anything had to ask again and explain I had a full meal to feed. They eventually brought more, but still no fortune cookies. My husband and I eat out often because of our schedules, and we don't mind spending money on good food but this was not it. I had really high hopes because it's hard to find solid Chinese food in the Spring area, and I was hoping this could become a go-to spot. Unfortunately, it won't be. If I weren't so tired, I would've called back to complain but I just didn't have the energy. Chalking this one up as a loss and doing better next time. Would not return and I wouldn't trust the good reviews either. ‼‼
