Wow! The best Pho I've ever had! I work in the area and dine in at least once a week. They also do to go orders that are well prepared. The Pho is perfect to taste and the noodle to broth ratio is perfect. This Vietnamese restaurant is run by a very kind Houston Native with Vietnamese parent roots. The staff is always friendly when I come in and very knowledgeable about there menu. I like the shredded steak and chicken sandwiches as well! The bread is always fresh and the sandwich just melts in your mouth! I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this location as well. I stopped at this place to try out their Pho (I'm a Pho junkie) and I was pleasantly surprised by a very friendly guy who greeted me when I entered. He was very accommodating and talked to me until my to-go order was ready. I was pleased by their customer service but the jury was still out on how good the Pho was. I got home and was not disappointed. Although this place is not exactly close to my home, this will be my place for my Pho fix from now on. After trying many places around the spring area over the years, I think they have the best broth around the area which means I don't have to go to Bellaire for "actual" good pho. Broth was flavorful and light. And the veggies were crisp. My only complaint is the pork spring rolls. They packed the bowl with plenty of noodles and meats but the broth just made it difficult for me to fully enjoy it. Really great new pho place!! They use chicken breast and REALLY good quality meat cuts! Their sandwiches are FILLING AS HECK BTW. I can't even get through an entire one without feeling super full. I live in Spring and everyone in Spring knows that that Fu Manchung is the place to go for some good pho however the wait for a table was outrages so we decided to find something new and Pho Vinh is down the street. My husband and I tried this place this past weekend. We are so glad we did. The spring rolls were fresh and soft - just as you want them to be. You can tell when the noodles are still a little warm. The pho was delicious. We've tried pho at a few places in the area, and this is probably the best pho we've ever had. If you like spicy, ask for the house spicy chili oil sauce but use carefully! If I could rate this place a zero I would. This is not good Vietnamese food. If yo-yo are in the spring area do your self a favor and order from ba mien (1960) Uber eats is the platform. Never the less the pork quality is terrible, the eggrolls actually made our stomach hurt. We literally returned the entire order to the restaurant and told the front desk staff that either the meat is bad or the grease is not clean based on the after taste. The front desk guy said " I think you just didn't like the flavor" and returned half of my money.
