How long I've been on hold

Been on the phone with frontier all morning (picture uploaded below) to customer service because they decided to suspend my account with no warning. I was told reconnection to restore service was made at 8:22 am CST by an agent and confirmed documented by another agent since the first agent pulled the ole I can't reach the manager bit and threw my call back in the queue. The now current agent whom I've been on the phone over 2hrs with and hour into the conversation tells me that a balance is due 48hrs ago and to pay that in order to restore service. The balance is not the issue. It's the fact tha YOU just said service was being stored and a ticket was already submitted. Then when I hold him accountable for that you start back peddling and talking about things as if tha balance was an issue the whole time when that wasn't the case. And I've still have yet to speak to a manager. Fronted as an internet service is good. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SHIT. They lack accountability and lack transparenc. They read off a script(done that line of work before) and clearly back track on statements over a recorded line. I plan on canceling them as a company and would urge anyone not to get Frontier. They already withdrew money from my account when payment info was saved via the application in excess of 700 dollars on December of 2025. Then when that gets resolved they suspend my account WITH NO WARNING. For a balance that was due lever the weekend when that had no bearing in restoring my account. Frontier, yalls infrastructure sucks and the only reason I'm giving you 1 star is because I cant give you 0 stars. Again Don't get the service cause the back end BS isn't worth it and if you ever need to call customer service see below cause you have to call a number just to get the number you actually need. 1-800-921-8101
