From day 1, installing 30+ phones in both of our schools in Austin and Round Rock, to most recently, fixing the phones that lost connection due to bypassed routes from the AT&T internet connection, that also caused no connection to the printer. One phone call away and Quadri came as soon as he can, or he would give you an estimate in time when to expect to come in. He is the top in service! His tone is gentle and the (tech)language is understandable. He's the professional and we trust him with what he can do best, as he is great in explaining & reporting in what the causes were and what had to be done to get it fixed, and doesn't leave until the job gets done.
