Since August 6, 2024, I have been reaching out to Yes Installation for help with replacing a camera. I received inconsistent responses until September 4, 2024, when I had to repeatedly call and text. Eventually, their Denver office dismissed me, claiming they no longer service my camera system, despite having replaced the cameras just three months prior. They even texted me that my camera system would be available soon. Now, they say they have no cameras because my system is "too old," even though it's a brand new Lorex system installed in 2023. After a month of inquiries, I received a sarcastic comment from the person responsible for ordering cameras, stating that they no longer service such old models. Why provide me with misleading information for an entire month? How can you claim not to service them when you just did three months ago? I strongly advise against doing business with them; you will only encounter frustration. We spent THOUSANDS of dollars on them to install a surround sound system and install a Universal Remote Control device. we are moving and we needed them to move us, which would require getting 5 new speakers. I have tried for over a WEEK to get them to come out and reset my URL, and they have not answered phone messages, text messages, emails or texts. These people are super unprofessional. They threw a fit cause my girl was in sweat pants and cleared her throat in the other room in our huge loft. They bailed and left us hanging and wasting our time. I had 3 furniture deliveries the same day and no one else had any issues whatsoever hmm... pansy a$$ installation service. So theatrical and thought there must be bubonic plague here cause the guy tripped out just because we have an air purifier in our bedroom. He then walked me outside my place to to ask me if we were sick and I said no we are super healthy and then said he would come right back and then called the other guy and told him to bail and leave. I've hired yes installation twice for a friend I was helping out. The first time was for a 37 in tv to be mounted in a bedroom. That experience was great and I hired them shortly after for another (what I assume to be simple) project, which was mounting a larger 60 in TV and surround system. Both times were great. Their service was very professional, they worked quickly, and most importantly, cleanly. I'd highly recommend. I think it was Brian who came out about 8 months ago to hook up our new smart TV and make it work through our whole house speaker system and DVD player. He recommended a 2 channel receiver, which we purchased, then had him out a second time to hook it all up. The whole system is very glitchy and we have been dealing with the frustration of not even reliably being able to turn on the TV most of the time. He clearly did not hook this up correctly.
