This is the second time I used A-Breasy to mount a large (75 inch) TV. Adrian, and his helper Ronnie, showed up on time and the installation was accomplished with a minimum of fuss. I actually cancelled the installation service arranged through Costco On-Line and subcontracted to Handy Premier/Angi, due to very sub-standard service prior to installation (that's another story). I consider A-Breasy to be very fairly priced. The only (small) negative was that Adrain did not remove the TV packaging trash when he departed. This was only a small inconvenience, since tomorrow is bulk trash pickup day, so I only had to drop it by the curb. read more

I needed assistance disassembling a 10'X10'X12' metal gazebo that was on the third floor rooftop deck of my townhome. I requested a quote from Adrian on Friday morning through the Yelp website, and he responded before noon. I did not see his quote until late Friday evening...as another handyman had called me Friday morning and quoted services first....then flaked on me. (Thank goodness - because Adrian was fantastic and I feel like I lucked out!) We set a tentative appointment for him to arrive around noon on Saturday, and we later pushed it to Sunday when he determined his Saturday job was going to run longer than expected. He kept me updated via text, and apologized...I was impressed that he did that. He and his partner arrived at my house at 2:45pm on Sunday, examined the gazebo, unloaded their tools and began to work at 3:00pm. They completely disassembled the unit, carried all of the pieces down from the third floor and loaded them into the back of my truck. They had moved a sidetable, some artwork and decor in order to carry the pieces downstairs...and they moved them back into place before they left. (Thank you, guys! I wasn't expecting you to do that, but it was appreciated!) They were very courteous, efficient and had the entire job finished by 3:15pm. I was extremely impressed - both by Adrian's customer service and professionalism. I will be calling Adrian again - he's going to become my go-to for all of the big things that I can't handle myself!! read more

I would give a 0 if I could. Do not trust the owner! The desk the employee assembled was crooked and unbalanced. The assembler knew this beforehand, but did not communicate it to me, nor did he call the owner to communicate this. After it was assembled the desk was not usable. I asked him if I had Amazon send me 2 more legs that were even, could he come back and fix the desk. He said that it would be another charge because it wasn't his fault that there was a manufacture error. He also called his employee and told the employee that he should have called him to tell him about the problem. All while saying that he expected me to pay. I told him that I would, but then I thought, why should I pay for a half-service, and I texted him. He proceeded to knock on my door repeatedly and ring the bell. When I opened the door he said they had provided a service, and he expected to be paid. He never took responsibility for the fact that the desk was not usable as it was slanted and unbalanced. After going back and forth for about an hour with the owner, I told him that I would pay for the service, if he broke down the desk and put it back in the box. On his way back up the stairs, he mumbled just make the payment. He was obviously pissed off but agreed. He was slamming parts of the desk around and making unnecessary noise. As he proceeded to dismantle the desk that was assembled despite the supposedly short and long legs, I was working on something in another room. Turns out he decided to take my desk out of my house without my permission and refused to bring it back into the house until I paid for the half-service. I told him that I had no problem paying him, I had a problem with him taking my property out of my house, and that, that was against the law. He said pay him and he would bring it back! Seriously!!!!! Seriously!!! I told him I was going to call the Police, then he quickly changed his story saying that he was taking it to return it to Amazon! It wasn't his property to return to Amazon, nor did I ask him. That was a story he quickly made up, because he knew he was in the wrong! I had no idea that he literally removed my property out of my home, until I came out of the room. When I went outside to ask him where my desk was, he said it was in his van. Then he said he wasn't bringing it back inside until I paid him. Paying him was not the issue, it was the half-service that was, and now the removal of my property. When I went back inside to pay him, and then came back outside, he took off! I proceeded to call the police to report my property stolen...after about another 45 minutes back and forth via text, he brought my desk back after he forced me to pay him after he stole my desk! Don't trust this man in your home! He has no integrity. He is extremely petty and unprofessional! read more
