When she did arrive, she walked through where I wanted everything mounted. I searched long and hard for a woman AV person. I hit the jackpot with Abigail. We all know women are more detail oriented and better at explaining things. She helped us "cut the cord" on Uverse and this is life changing. No cords, no cable boxes, no mess. She removed a giant tv from our fireplace and replaced it with another, got rid of all the Uverse equipment on 5 tvs, and made sure all the tvs were set up right and sat with us to help us navigate a new system. This was particularly helpful to my elderly husband. Abigail also installed a Birdfy bird feeder with camara in one of our trees. Abigail took the time to help me learn to use the app. She also had great ideas on where to place the feeder so we have the best view. I just texted her and ask her to put in a security camera system in my house. I've totally slacked on writing this review. Abigail is amazing! She's a hard worker and personable, and you can't go wrong hiring her to help you get your A/V setup working. She came out by herself to our new build home to help us setup my TVs and surround speakers on New Years Eve. The place was pre-wired, but didn't have anything installed. I'd brought my Polk speakers and Onkyo receiver to the new house, and she essentially spent the whole day here helping us set up a full surround speaker set on our living room ceiling, mounted 2 TV's to the walls of our bedroom and living room, and helped connect up all our peripherals. There was a small issue where I had stupidly forgotten to buy an optical audio cable so I couldn't get audio from my TV to go back to the receiver, but she recommended a few places that I could go to nearby, and even messaged me afterwards to check if my receiver was ARC compatible so that I could try to avoid buying one and just use my existing HDMI cable instead. She was super nice and even offered to come back the next day to help install that cable if I needed help. Without her, I wouldn't be able to watch my Netflix while writing this review :) read more
