WOW! So after doing the yelp "request a quote" to like 6 different business's Abigail got back to me straight away and gave me a direct quote on my install via the Yelp Messenger. That alone was great because like 5 of the other business's gave me the "oh great we would love to talk more about this install give us a call, your phone number, and your email address" like what? Sent them a message on yelp and they responded quickly with the best price out of the five companies I contacted. The exchange was very professional and they were extremely cordial from the begInning. I needed a tv removed and hauled away and another larger TV set on the same mount. They communicated well, showed up early, and worked fast! Because my new tv was larger than my old the mount position didn't work and they took it upon themselves to advise us of this and move the mount to the best place! I would not have thought of this so I was extremely grateful that they went the extra mile. They even hid the cords! Will be calling them for future a/v needs! read more

Abigail installed the Samsung Frame and One Connect box for me behind the wall and also installed a media outlet and electric outlet for me. She did a fantastic job! First off, we communicated via Yelp message and she immediately gets what I was trying to accomplish unlike some other vendors. She showed up on time and confirmed what I wanted to do in 5 mins and started putting the puzzle together. There was a small problem as the box was sitting a little too much outside from the wall so the TV cannot mount flush. She take the time to adjust and make sure the TV stays flush. She is very knowledgeable and knows what she is doing. She charge a very reasonable price for what she did and I have no doubt to hire her again in the future! read more

I hired Abigail to install 2 TVs. First, she came out to give me a consult. I am quite particular and was very nervous about mounting a tv and making sure there were no visible cords or wires. She calmed all of my fears. She told me exactly how she would complete the job. She recommended the mount to purchase and a quality sound bar. We contacted Abigail based on her excellent Yelp reviews and she definitely lived up to the 5 star rating. We contacted Abigail to mount a TV; she was quick to respond with a quote and was very helpful in helping us decide what type and which mounting hardware to purchase for our specific TV. Abigail arrived at the agreed upon time and worked quickly and efficiently in installing our TV on the wall. Since the TV was larger, she brought along an additional tech to help with the install--making sure that our TV was handled safely was one of her primary concerns. And the install was done so cleanly. All of our cabling is so neatly concealed inside the wall and directed to the TV and the associated components with neat little faceplates that Abigail supplied. She went out of her way to make sure the install was done to our liking before finishing up. And she made sure to clean up once everything was done. The TV was install perfectly, the soundbar, cablebox, and all components were set up exactly right, and everything was cleaned up once she was done--nothing left for us to do except sit back and enjoy our TV. Had Abigail and another worker to come install a projector and screen. She is by far the most determined in terms of ensuring customer satisfaction. The install went smooth and began to have connection issues towards the end. We worked together to figure out what the possible issues could have been. This meant a lot because she stayed until the issue was dealt with. In the end, after she left, I was able to isolate the issue to the hdmi cables that were used. This is a reminder that the products that we (as customers) supply may not always be the best. Always ask a professional (Abigail) before assuming you know what you're doing. In fact she has answered many of my questions and recommended certain products before someone coming out and doing an install. I just didn't ask for a solid hdmi cable. None the less, the process from the start, the competitive prices and their knowledge can't be beat by many other businesses around. No reason why y'all shouldn't try this business at all.
