    There are simply not enough words to express my utter disdain for this company. Not only is it…read morehorrendously mismanaged, but it has also ceased operations while continuing to charge customers for its so-called "Platinum Service." Even worse, there has been zero communication about the company's current status. No emails. No calls. Their website was down for a full week, and not once did they attempt to inform customers of what was going on. Even when they were operating, their service was dismal. We were paying $500 a month for their "Platinum Service," only to receive inconsistent follow-ups and avoidant communication. Getting a response -- let alone a resolution -- was like pulling teeth. They overcharged customers egregiously for replacement parts and operated with little to no transparency. Their practices were unethical, even when they were still taking appointments. We had no choice but to dispute the charge with our credit card company and replace our card altogether just to ensure they wouldn't continue billing us for services they were no longer providing. It wasn't until I contacted a former employee via their personal cell -- someone based in Austin -- that I learned the staff hadn't been paid in over two pay cycles. That says everything you need to know. Shame on you, Shane (Owner), for running a business with such blatant disregard for your customers, your employees, and the fundamentals of honest, ethical operations. To make matters worse, they are not even an authorized Control4 dealer or certified technician -- something I confirmed directly by calling Control4 myself. That's a critical fact that I imagine many customers would've liked to know before doing business with them. If you're still being charged or waiting on automation gear: cancel your payment method immediately and file a dispute. This company has gone dark -- and not in a good way. I strongly encourage anyone affected to submit a formal complaint directly to Control4 headquarters. This company's non-performance and unethical practices deserve full accountability. And if, by some miracle or manipulation, this company ever rises from the ashes: avoid it like the plague.

    As of May 21, 2025, they appear to have gone out of business. Their phone numbers no longer work,…read morenor do their emails. I spoke to a former technician who worked for them and he said that they closed their doors, did not pay outstanding wages, and "imploded." I now have no technical support for my five-figure security system, nor warning that this would happen. Rather unprofessional. So . . . I would go somewhere else.
