Anthony is absolutely great. He installed our cameras and central computer server nearly 4 years ago. They're literally available 24/7 and even if you contact them for emergencies they will do everything in their power to address the issue in the same day. They once picked up our server at 10pm and delivered it back shortly after midnight fully fixed. I simply know that my business can rely on this company no matter what happens. I gladly give this company a 5 star rating. I had a hacking issue with my laptop and needed it scanned and checked for malware. Chris came and picked up my computer and took it with him. He backed up what I wanted to keep and did diagnostics to be sure it was clean and safe from criminals to access. Then my documents were re-loaded back onto it. Once all of that was done he delivered the computer back to me. I don't think their customer service could have been any better! The cost for all that they did was very reasonable. Not local, but more importantly, the tech did not know anything and was obviously not experienced in computer repairs, he was looking at his phone on Google (in front of me...) what to do to fix my Mac, exactly what I did myself before calling them! I hate to write bad reviews, but I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed with the owner Christopher and how he concluded the service. I hired this company solely based on the level of communication on the onset of our relationship. They were extremely informative and responsive, which was important for me. I hired this company to install a CCTV, security camera system in my home. I was promised excellent service, 360 views, and a professional experienced installation process. I got the opposite. They obviously have no experience installing camera systems. They damaged my walls and ceilings by way of drilling through walls and not informing me, dropped and broke my tv, damaged my wood flooring, placed the cameras in odd locations where I do not have 360 views. They also left loose cables all throughout the attic. For all the damage and mistakes, they offered me a discounted price to cover the costs to repair and the TV. However, due to Chris being so embarrassed he has not responded to any of my concerns and questions. The system does not perform well and they have not properly set it up. I had to hire someone new to fix their mistakes. Huge disappointment. All he had to do was communicate with me and be available to right his wrongs. Bad character. read more

The hard drive in my laptop was acting crazy when I loaded pictures from my phone. Tech Responders (Christopher) was able to wipe it cleaned it up. Luckily, I backed everything up. We started initially trying to fix the problem by finding a code through Bitlocker. We did not have that code anywhere on our Microsoft account. Friendly service and quick turnaround time. I accidentally dropped my macbook screen at work causing the display to be shattered with no external damaged. I asked many macbook repair places who were either not able to fix the damage or offered to repair it for ridiculous prices. Luckily I found techresponders who were prompt in their reply and were able to repair my screen at a reasonable price. They even picked up my macbook and dropped it off at my location. Asking for screen repair but could get it done, I would like to give 5 star but didn't received a satisfied solution to replace my lap top

These guys are AMAZING! The first of August my hard drive crashed on my work computer. I called several places and it was going to be several days up to a week to get it fixed. Techresponders came to my home, picked up my computer took it and installed the new hard drive, transferred over all of the old data and brought it back to my house in less than 24 hours. He waited here for me to fire it up and use t before he left. He was professional dressed well and very considerate of me. I am not technical at all and this was a godsend. Yesterday....all my fault....I was scammed....the guys locked my computer out and I freaked out. I called my technical coworkers and they were no help. I reached out to Techresponders and they immediately were on the phone with me and he took over and got them off of my computers in no time at all...and did not charge me a dime. They considered it a warranty for the work they had done. These guys are the real deal! read more

I have been using the services of Techresponders for several years now, and they are wonderful. Chris is a real stand up guy and he will come to you to take care of your tech problem. I have had a couple of screens crack on nearly new phones and I was so excited that Techresponders met me at a nearby location and fixed the issue the same day! When I found out they do more than phone repairs, I knew who I would call when I needed help setting up a camera system in my home. I wanted outdoor and indoor cameras installed with the ability to store the footage on my computer and be able to access it through my phone. When I called Chris, he was able to set up an appointment where he came to my house and personally inspected where I needed my security system cameras placed. These guys are absolutely incredible and their customer service is on par with chick fil a! From the very first message exchanged they were polite, helpful, knowledgeable and extremely quick with their responses. Whether it was messaging through Yelp, phone calls or texts, they were always readily available! I have an older laptop (about 9/10 years) and it's seen it's fair share of wear and tear. It wasn't completely burnt out but it ran significantly slower than I wanted and took forever to open tabs and/or apps. I told my concerns and within minutes they had a diagnosis on what they thought would be the best route to take. They also do pick up and drop off of your device which was so helpful with how busy my days typically are. They picked the laptop up and that same day, sent me an email telling me all of the details about the issues with it and exactly what they had done to resolve those issues. They set up a time that worked best with me and came the very next morning to drop my laptop back off to me! When I got my laptop, it cost around $1300. I saved over $1000 with using this service instead of having to go out and get a brand new laptop equivalent to the one I have. My laptop is running just as smoothly and quickly as it was the day I got it a decade ago, if not better! I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the service and customer care that these guys puts out!
