I would recommend this business for anybody needing help with TV mounting and wire concealment. Frederick was very professional and well informed on how craft. I asked him many questions and he was always ready to answer them with his knowledge and very helpful with everything I needed. He came and installed an wall mount in one of my new rooms and hung up the TV afterwards and it looked very good. I would've liked it a little lower but that's where the wife wanted it and so no other choice but do it that way. He cleaned up after he was done and concealed the wires in the walls for me as well. He also came to my old room and helped me clean up the mess of wires I had everywhere there and helped hang up a flat antenna on the wall there for me as well. I will be calling him for any future TV's and wire installations I need. He also charges a fair price for all the work he does too. read more

Contacted Tucker for installation of a 40in TV. He was prompt and responded quickly. Schedule a good timeframe that same day. He came out, asked me how I wanted the TV, where I wanted the wires, etc. he was quick with his work. Solid performance and overall a good experience. I can't say enough great things about Frederick. His bid response was immediate, price was MORE than fair-and he came out on New Year's Eve. Frederick installed a 50" TV on the brick face of my home in an outside patio. He knew exactly what to do, and even said when he arrived, I'll be done in 30 minutes. Sure enough, he kept his word. He even helped me troubleshoot an antenna problem I was having. He also does other installs such as security systems, fans, surround sound and home media. Hire Frederick today! I was looking for someone to come mount my TV and within 3 hours from my first message, he came out and was gone. Price was SUPER reasonable including the mount and hiding wires. Somebody else wanted to charge me $400 for same day service and I'm glad I kept looking. He was quick, professional, and responsive. I would definitely recommend to anybody. read more

Eventually, their Denver office dismissed me, claiming they no longer service my camera system, despite having replaced the cameras just three months prior. They even texted me that my camera system would be available soon. Now, they say they have no cameras because my system is "too old," even though it's a brand new Lorex system installed in 2023. After a month of inquiries, I received a sarcastic comment from the person responsible for ordering cameras, stating that they no longer service such old models. Why provide me with misleading information for an entire month? How can you claim not to service them when you just did three months ago? I strongly advise against doing business with them; you will only encounter frustration. I have text message evidence of our communication and wish I could have recorded our phone call, as it was both disrespectful and unprofessional.
