The 50-ft HDMI cable they sold and installed couldn't carry a 4K HDR signal, which is the main thing I bought the system for. Instead of identifying the cable, I was told my receiver was to blame, so I replaced it -- and the problem persisted. When it still failed, a technician reconfigured my Apple TV to output 1440p instead of true 4K, presented it to me as a working HDR setup without mentioning the downgrade, and left my other sources disabled. I ended up diagnosing it myself. I bought a certified replacement cable, swapped only the cable, and everything now works -- genuine 4K HDR, with all sources functioning. The appliance department may be competent, but a misdiagnosis and a picture quietly downgraded and passed off as "working" cost me time, money, and trust. For a home theater install there are more capable options -- and after this, I'd look elsewhere for appliances too.

It turns out that I was chatting with the owner Joe. He came out and installed my 47 & 65 inch TVs super fast. I was honestly impressed with how quickly he got the job done.
