New to Perrysburg and heard that Fricker's had the best wings and did not leave disappointed! Fricker's gives off that homey, midwestern, family-owned and operated vibe. It's comfy, it's casual, and it feels like the people that come here come once a week for the familiar food and friendly service. It's a great place to gather - lots of space. They have daily deals, keno and lotto for some mild entertainment, as well as TVs to catch the local games. I thought the wings were 10/10. Juicy, perfectly fried, and the hot sauce was buttery and delicious. Would prob try a spicier flavor next time. Frickin' chicken dip was light and fluffy - could've eaten the whole thing solo. Ok I am not a fan of this location. It's seems dirty. Also its location in general is not good. This is more of a bar than a restaurant so I won't be bringing my kids back here. The food definitely wasn't great not like the other locations . The waitress was ok but definitely didn't ask if we wanted naked or breaded wings. This visit gets a two star review and only gets two stars because we do come her to often. The service this time was THE WORST EVER!!! Started out good for our drinks. Good right? Then she disappeared for a long time. Finally came back to refill our drinks and started to walk away. I stopped her and asked if we could order appetizers. Others food was ok. For what we paid and the service, food and experience. It was sad! To end it, we were there for 3 hours!!!! No one was drinking alcohol and we weren't just sitting around. That's how Fricken long it took. Overall a VERY bad experience! I mean bad! If I was a first time customer I wouldn't ever go back based off of that time alone. Ended up getting the chicken sandwich which was dipped in desired wing sauce and was very crunchy, sauce was flavorful, and bread was fresh. Also got the ribs and wings dinner. So apparently if you order $70 worth of wings on game day, they will only give you 3 tiny cups of sauce. I had to drive back for more and they charged me $20. I wasn't the only person who had to come back for sauce. Another guy came in right after me for the same reason. The staff couldn't care less. Certain foods from the menu are ok. They're suppose to be well known for their wings but for me, they were just ok. Not much to talk about. However, their sliders are delicious! My first words were "goo-goo-gaa-gaa", and "frickers" I'm not a hard one to please when I come here I always order the same thing, hottest sauce and I'm not too picky. Their wings have amazing flavor and the sauces are delicious. My one and only complaint is often times the wings are dry, not enough sauce and overcooked. Usually I avoid such nightmares to my wing indulgence by just specifying that I want them to really sauce those boys up. So I'll just be truthful and say that this place is pretty run down, but that won't sway me from the good wings that my wife and I ordered. She got the sweet chili while I went with a dry rub, Cajun. The chicken were moist, not salty, and has a nice crunch to it from the breading which adds a nice texture to it. Next time I will have to order the wings in sauce since mine didn't have a lot of flavor compares to hers, and the curly fries were just regular fries all curled up, nothing like Arby's or Hardee's fries.
