I can't remember a restaurant experience this poor in quite some time. First we waited over an hour to receive two pizzas. During that time our drinks were not refilled, service was inattentive and the restaurant wasn't properly cooled. When we received the pizzas, one was completely burnt on top and bottom. When we questioned it, the server said I'm not the cook. She offered to make it again but I did not gave another hour to waste with 3 kids who were already getting understandably antsy. When she asked if we wanted anything else she seemed upset that all we wanted to do was leave. No restitution was given. Aside from that the other pizza was bad as well. Maybe they burn things on purpose to disguise their inability to make pizza. I don't know. I would highly suggest you stay as far away from this "restaurant" as possible. read more

The pub makes a great hefty pizza, loaded with the toppings of choice that is very impressive and delicious. We sometimes also enjoy a lighter version of this dish with the thin crust, again loaded with lots of toppings and cheese. Every bit as tasty. Our last visit was to try the New York style. I can say it was very good too, with a normal topping amount it is what you would normally expect for a New York style, with the large size and slices. Perrysburg is lucky to have this great local flavor place when you're looking for something real, not factory assembled, low end pizza again. read more

My wife and I went there on a Thursday night. Fairly busy, but the bartender took our drink order right away. Waitress eventually brought our drinks. She got one right. Ok, not a good start, but mistakes happen. We ordered pizza. About 30 minutes later the waitress finally returned so I ordered and eventually received another drink. More than another 30 minutes pass so I go find the waitress to ask about the pizza. We're now more than an hour in. The waitress assures us our pizza is coming out next. 10 minutes or so later the waitress tells us someone else got our order by mistake. But they'll put another in right away. We have now been there at least an hour and a quarter. We paid for the drinks and left. read more

While traveling partway across the country, we stopped in Toledo, Ohio for the night. It was late and we were both hungry. We found this place due to a simple Google search and hoped for the best. I got a side salad with garlic bread and pizza sauce and my partner got a meatball grinder. They were happy to make substitutions for us and the food was ready when they said it would be. Everything was delicious! Most notable was the amazing garlic bread. I ordered a half portion and it was literally half a loaf of bread! Myles was Myles. Although the menu is the same, neither location replicates Myles, nor should we expect the restaurants to be identical. That said, there is something about the restaurants of this owner. It doesn't matter which restaurant I/we visit the servers seem perfectly fine, but the service is not good, even by the standards of NW Ohio, which features really bad service as the norm. I wish I could offer an explanation, but I suspect that the problem is that service is not a priority. Bar tenders seem unable to handle anything more than a single drink order at a time, and the wait staff walks around with nothing in hand (in both directions) way too often. There is no awareness of customers upon entry or once seated. Frankly, the staff seems grumpy. One is not inclined to feel like a guest, which is fine because we aren't; we are paying customers. It's just a transaction, man; Quid pro quo, I suspect. I suspect few others feel this way or care, but years of experiences have inspired this gentle post. To be sure, as memories fade (not mine), we will visit a location ever so often. In sum, we have concluded that it cannot be the staff that is the problem because the staff is always composed (comprised?) of different people. There is just something about the restaurants of this owner. Just flat out weird. Maybe I'm wrong. Maybe this is as good as it gets. I see that the word ambiance is not highlighted above this post, so I will note that the ambiance is terrible and always has been at the Pburg location. The placement of the televisions, the sound, the channel selection, and the spacing of tables is quite unfortunate. I cannot tell if anything has changed since the ownership transferred but it still is yucky. That said, the lavs are much improved. We shall see how it goes next time, in a few years. read more

Place used to be a different name but had good food too. We wondered in here just for a few drinks but then decided it smelled so yummie we had to order a pizza! We sat at the bar immediately and there was no wait on a Saturday night at 730pm. Bartenders were great telling us their names & serving us right away. We ordered a classic supreme 9" pizza which was SO full of toppings the 2 of us were so full we ended up taking 3 pieces with us. The pizza was phenomenal and only took 15-20 to make. Our ranch in the side was not extra. We had 5 liquor drinks total and our tab was pretty not $38. Highly recommend this place & feel the stars received so far are totally off!!!! Let me start by saying I love the pizza. Loved Myles pizza so I came in fully prepared to wait an hour for my food. We came in the door and stood there a good 10 min before anyone greeted us. Several (at least 3)employees passed us multiple times. I understand restaurants when they are busy but that's when you say "hello, someone will be with you shortly". They were busy and had 4 two tops and a four top available. We wanted to sit at the four top away from the door and windows but that didn't happen. If you have been there you know the layout. I will add there were 5 children literally crawling on the pool table by two of the two tops. The other four table by where I was sitting were legit wearing our coats and hats the whole time they ate because it was so cold. I addressed this with the server telling him I understand the waitstaff is probably hot but we are freezing. He just kind of laughed and looked at us all bundled up. By the time our food came I was miserable. My bones hurt from shivering for an hour. I ate one pc of the food I waited so long and paid plenty for and left. Not once did the heat vent above us turn on. I suggest the owner by some small electric heaters because it's pretty rude to expect half your restaurant to freeze their asses off. read more

They were out of the pizza I wanted, nbd. Got other toppings. Burnt pizza. The waitress was soooo unfriendly. I'm sure she was busy, but she literally would walk away as someone was asking for something, in out group of 5. So she would get one person a refill, walk away as someone else was asking if they could also get another coke. It was ridiculous. It was crazy. All night. And I also was charged for an extra drink. This is the best pizza in town! Cannot Believe we've lived around the corner from this place for almost 2 years and hadn't tried it until this weekend. My husband is originally from Chicago and we love good pizza. This is the closest we've found to a truly good authentic pizza in the area. Wow, absolutely delicious! My husband and I came in around 7 on a Saturday evening for the first time. Was busy but we found a couple of bar seats right away and dinner rush was soon winding down. Jill was great behind the bar! Greeted us, told us about some beer specials and took our pizza order. The other bartender Karley was also super friendly. Awesome pizza. I was a fan of Myle's in BG for many years, and was very sad to see them go. But the new owners have done a fantastic job of figuring out the classic Myle's recipe and keeping it going, and now they have brought it to Perrysburg! Well done!! The service is very so so. The bar patron 's mostly men seem to get a lot of attention. I order and pick up and seem to have a hard time getting noticed when I am standing in the puck up location. Pizza quality is VERY inconstant. When it's good it is very good. More often than not it has become so so. Order double pepperoni...this last pizza had very little pepperoni. Was told 40mins for this pie to be done showed up in 41 mins and it was lukewarm. I have become more and more disapointed in this location. Will be looking for a new go to pizza location. read more
