We had the Dallas Filet and Bone-In Ribeye done medium rare and topped with sauteed mushrooms. Steaks were a bit shy of medium rare, seasoned well. Must have been a choice cut of meat as it was "chewy". The service was good and we were checked on a couple times while eating to see if we needed anything. We did not order drinks, appetizers, or dessert; and the totaloncluding yp was almost $80.00. Yikes! We may be leaning towards buying grassfed/grass finished steaks and grilling at home for that price.

The ambiance was good but the service each time was horrible.

We really had high hopes for this restaurant. Came here with my parents, wife and son to celebrate…read moreFather's Day. Once we were seated, we ordered drinks and an appetizer. The appetizer and drinks came fairly quick which was nice. Then we ordered our food. A side salad arrived shortly thereafter but no silverware. We had to ask a couple times to get silverware to eat the salad which took several minutes to get. Next our food came and the presentation was very nice. The food however was hit and miss. My wife ordered the chicken and broccoli fettuccine and her chicken was extremely dry to the point where she only ate the pasta and not the chicken. The pasta lacked flavor as well. I even tasted it and couldn't believe the lack of flavor. My mom had a chicken salad and her chicken was also dry but not too the same extent as the pasta. My son ordered the triple play special and added the ribs to it for the additional charge. When the food came the waitress advised that they had run out of ribs. He enjoyed his chicken chunks and onion rings and pretzel bites that came with his meal. My father ordered the Reuben and thought his was ok but not great. I ordered the pork tenderloin sandwich which was supposed to come with mayo and pickles but no mayo and very little pickle. Anyways, I am giving this place a 3 because the service and food were both lacking. I will say that they were very busy being that it was Father's Day but that shouldn't affect food quality. Lastly they didn't take off the ribs from the check and I had to have that fixed which should have already been handled by the waitress after discovering they were out.

I'm hoping this is a sign that this BJ's has gotten it together and I hope to come back soon.

Unfortunately, we have in the past couple of months, sat down inperson and ordered takeout, and both have been a bad experiences with how long food has taken. We definitely understand it can get busy on the weekends, especially when sport games are on. But how you run a restaurant is everything. Taking care of people who were there first and making sure to take care of them before you answer and seat more people. If you see your orders are an hour behind, please stop taking to go orders and stop sitting people and let your poor kitchen staff catch up. I understand you want to get as many orders as you can, but it's so sad to see you stress out your kitchen staff back there because they are swamped with orders. Even if you took 20 or 30 minutes to stop the flow of things so your team can catch up will make a huge difference. You don't wanna ruin half of your customers experience those nights with only missing 4 or 5 customer calls. I really hope the manager sees this and can improve! We would love to come back , but very scared too! lol You promised a 20-30min pick up time and it took over 70mins to get our takeout of 2 side salads, 1 soup, and 1 burger. (3 of those are pretty much premade) maybe more kitchen staff? Or if your short staffed make sure miss Sue up front knows that so she can chill on sitting people and taking calls. Miss Sue if your the manager, please help yourself and your team. Thank you!

This place never lets us down. It's always great food, great service and never disappoints. There was a small wait at check in being Sunday with the after church crowd. The people waiting were all dressed up in their Sunday's best. Our hostess seated us and we ordered our drinks with our waitress. I decided to try the Spinach dip which was highly recommended by a fellow Yelper. I'm so glad I tried it because it was delicious! It's the best appetizer I had: Ever! It was hot and cheesy with bold delicious flavors and the pita was large and perfectly fried and crispy. I will order this every time we go! I decided on a burger because I was craving one. I opted for the salad instead of fries with their delicious homemade ranch dressing. My burger was so big, I could barely take a bite. I ate half and took the rest home. It was cooked to my liking: medium well and was good, no complaints. My husband's steak was the winner. He gave me a small bite and I started to regret my choices. I think I will get the steak next time. It was to die for. We had another wonderful dinner here. Our waitress was great! Our food was great. The price was great! We will be back next time we are in town. The reason it did not get 5 stars: bathroom needed cleaned and the ribs were not available. My mother in law loves their ribs and although her Filet was delicious, she was really hoping to have her ribs.

We arrived with a party of 10 people (6 adults & 4 children), looking forward to dining together to celebrate my sons birthday. However, we were refused service on the basis of our group size. While I understand that restaurants may have policies regarding large parties, the way the situation was handled felt dismissive and lacking in accommodation or effort to offer alternatives. There was no attempt to seat us other than they told us we could sit in separate sections. Good customer service includes making reasonable efforts to accommodate guests or, at the very least, communicating policies clearly and courteously. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve how similar situations are handled in the future.
