We had to get going (this was supposed to be a convenient spot for lunch ahead of a road trip) so that meal had to be taken to go by the person in our party who had ordered. They discounted the meal, so at least we didn't pay for it, but that's not the point. I don't blame the server. She was doing her best, but where was the manager in all of this? Apparently nowhere. The experience today is enough to keep us away for the foreseeable future.
