Not onlynis their coffee tasty, it'sartful. Friendly staff and visitors.

Great coffee and wonderful pastries, savory and sweet. I'm heading out the door as I type to get my coffee and pastries.

Ordered a 12 oz latte but it was over an inch of foam. Removed a bunch to find the actual drink part

Not enough seating One man working One guy working is not friendly at all Slim pastry selection My latte was more like a cappuccino with all that foam in it. I was furious to see how little of it there was but there was such a long line, I left.

We stopped by on a Saturday morning and they had a pretty good line of customers. They also had the line moving real fast and with the brightest smile on their face. Great, fast service and the pastries were delicious too. We'll be back for sure.

This place has an open kitchen and makes their pastries in house. The pastries are about $5 each which is not cheap, but it is fresh and house made! Last time I tried the matcha muffin and the chocolate short bread. They were both very yummy. Matcha muffin was my favorite. I can taste the matcha and it was not overpowering, not too sweet too. This time I tried the pecan currant croissant and the hazelnut coffee cake. The pecan currant croissant was really very sweet... too sweet for me. The hazelnut coffee cake was also sweet, but I will get it again when I have a sweet tooth. I had an americano both times. It was decent.

5/5 Food- generous portions, real barista's, not a machine making the coffee, prepackaged sandwiches warmed up if requested. 5/5 Service- very kind service with a smile 5/5 Ambiance- really cute very chill laid back and the music is so good ! This is a place you can have a low key date and actually hear each!

This cafe is so cute! If you need a cute study spot with yummy pastries and good drinks, come through to this local spot! I love Fresh Flours, it's such a great little spot. I love to study here, I love to catch up with friends here, and it is in white center so there's back-in angle spots to park. They have a simple menu, but lots of syrups and stuff, so don't be afraid to ask for something niche--especially since the people who work here are so nice! I got an oat lavender latte and it was delicious, and definitely was a good caffeine fix for the day. Yummy yummy - I do wish it was a little more lavender-y but that's my personal preference and maybe my tongue is messed up. They've also recently added some outdoor seating in like the "backyard" area. I didn't go outside because it wasn't quite warm enough for me, but can't wait to be here in the summer! Anyways, long story short, please visit this cafe!

This location of fresh flours was the perfect get me up for the morning. They had the flakiest croissants and the most buttery scones. I didn't have to stand in line too long, but as soon as I ordered the line started forming out the door. Overall they had such a diverse range of pastries and other breakfast items as well. The only thing is that I wish they had more seating indoors for a sit-in coffee or breakfast.

Matcha latte, cardamom latte and a dog treat!
Daizha E.

Came by again and 5-star-experience one again! My dog and I came here on our walk today and we both had a great time. I wasn't sure if she was allowed on the floor but for everyone's comfort, I carried her and the employees didn't mind at all. They also provide a jar of dog treats by the condiment bar and she really enjoyed them! For human things, I got a matcha latte and a cardamom latte to bring home for my mom. Both were so delicious! Can't wait to go back!

I have been wanting to go here for a while since my boyfriend is a little more than a 5 minute walk away. We took his dog with us because they have a super cute little outdoor patio that is dog friendly. I'm surprised I haven't heard more about this place because it's delicious and it's super cute! I got the almond croissant- it was so soft & buttery with every bite. It did have an excessive amount of powdered sugar, but it was worth it haha. The coffee was also pretty good and very flavorful. Our walks around the neighborhood just got a little better. :)

Yummy pastries and breakfast tacos. Most pastries were $4.50 might be a bit more on the pricey side but really good. I definitely recommend the pear and peach danish. The hazelnut coffee cake and twice baked can come off a little sweet however. The slight concern is that the pastries is uncovered and is just out on the counter behind a shield barrier. Located on a pretty busy street and parking in the front of the store. Seating is available in the inside and outside. There's even a outdoor section with plants and all. T

TLDR: off-putting bugs. average pastries. First and foremost. The flies hovering about in the lobby area just in front of the registers is very off-putting---especially when considering the fact that all the pastries are just sitting out in the open. I mean, the flies were just drunkenly swirling around and around next to me while I was staring at the pastries and seriously debating if I should turn tail and run. Upon closer inspection, I saw small gnats frolicking about on the pastries behind the human spit shield. Perhaps a pastry case is a better investment here rather than a single plastic panel barrier for humans. Regardless, I ordered stuff anyway, thinking I could probably use the free protein (haha). Chocolate Croissant: Uhhh. I think it should just be called "croissant". there was a small chunk of chocolate in there but 95% of it was just croissant. The chocolate was just "ok" tasting and was nothing to write home about. Texture was ok but wasn't light and spongy like I expected. It was a bit on the flat and dry side. Green Tea Adzuki Bean Muffin: hearty and dense. The matcha flavor wasn't too overpowering and it was very filling. The red bean inside added a nice texture and flavor. Nothing really wowed me here and I definitely didn't get the "Fresh" vibe when I was here.

My favorite bakery in Seattle! I visit the SLU and phinney ridge location most often but I stumbled across this location on a weekend. I had the chocolate croissant, chocolate & walnut cookie, and Nutella & banana bun! Everything was really delicious. Also went next door to check out the art exhibition that have new showings very month from artists in the community. Support local artists! 100% would recommend fresh flours!

I have been wanting to try this place for a while. I got the iced Cardi B (a latte with house-made…read morecardamom brown sugar syrup with espresso and almond milk) and my fiance an iced mocha. The first sip of the Cardi B, my eyes rolled back, and I nodded to how good it was. It's not too sweet (I ordered all of this online on their website for pick up and was not able to ask for it half sweet, but glad they didn't over-sweeten it). The cardamom flavor is prominent, so if you don't like that flavor, I'd choose something else. I also ordered some breakfast items. I got the Lil' Verda, which is a breakfast burrito on a flour tortilla with scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, avocado, and salsa verde ( I also added sausage to it). It's pretty tasty! It's a big burrito for being on a medium flour tortilla. I got the fiancé a breakfast sandwich on a brioche bun (you can choose what bread you want; they even have gluten-free) that came with scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, and I added bacon for him (adding a meat was only $2, which is reasonable). As I said, I pre-ordered everything on their online ordering system. My order was ready when I got there as promised. The staff member who helped me was super nice and pointed out where the hot sauce (Tapatio) and straws were. They do have separate windows for ordering and pickup. If you order online, just head to the pick-up window. It is a little spendy (breakfast sandwich w/ added meat $10.75, burrito w/ added sausage $12.75, and two espresso drinks at roughly $8 and some change), however, everything is going up in price (Gas is up to $5.09 +), so take that as you will. Overall, it's a cute little spot nestled in a neighborhood. There is street parking, but it's in an area that isn't too hard to find parking, as it is further away from the very busy spots of West Seattle. I'd come back, perhaps take the fiancée there so we can enjoy it fresh.

Also, the menu on the wall is not super helpful because there are no prices listed for the base breakfast sandwich or prices for additional fillings or toppings. So if you don't ask for prices or look online (there's a QR code on the menu, I apparently skipped over this when ordering), you might end up spending a good chunk of change for your breakfast sandwich. It's around $8.75 for the base (bread, eggs, cheese) + $2ish per filling/meat + $1-3 per topping + Sauces are $0.50 Reuben croissant: asked for this warmed and the outside of the croissant was flaky and delicious, meat was yum, sauerkraut added a nice texture and acidity, and there was a sauce in there was was tasty too! Really enjoyed this one Super burrito: comes with eggs, bacon, cheese, black beans, sour cream, avocado, and salsa. It was tough to find the bacon or taste it because it was cut in small pieces. The black beans were sweet and they overpowered the whole thing with sweetness. The arugula didn't add much and was kind of annoying because it was clumped in one bite and hard to chew through. The size was great, but that's about it unfortunately.

They have some really cool sounding seasonal drinks; one of them I really wanted to try sadly wasn't available anymore when I came (they were out of the flavoring) but I still had a really bomb lavender Earl grey latte. My mom got a breve as well and QUITE enjoyed it, as well as a warm butter pastry with strawberry jam. They have restrooms available for customers, and free back-in parking out front. Overall would definitely come again if in the area! The fall/winter seasonal drinks sound most bomb to me so hope I can catch that sometime.

Per the cashier, unlike previous years, where they often sold Paczki for several weeks leading up to the celebration, this year, they will only have them on Tuesday. Apparently every single one is handmade by the owner, Pâtissier William Leaman, and this year, he's been too busy with the 2026 Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie competition as the US team's coach. That's certainly a great excuse! When we arrived on a Sunday afternoon a bit after lunch, this place was still quite busy with a line that stretched to the door, but not outside. As with the Burien location, I find the ordering process to be a bit of a pain; while there are plenty of workers to help, ordering is slowed due to the fact that the display cases are placed in a line and there's not much room in the building to maneuver to the desired display. In our case, while we had someone helping us all the way in the back of the line, we weren't able to select anything until we got all the way to the pastry case in the front. I'm not sure there's a good way to solve this conundrum, though. At any rate, we ended up only getting a single pastry (that was new to us) to try this time. Brown Sugar Pecan Brioche ($5) - This pastry looks like a glistening pecan sticky bun at first glance, with a cinnamon roll-like pinwheel structure and a brown sugar glazed pecan topping. Since it's brioche, I expected it to be dense, but soft, rich, and sweet. This bread is anything but. It's dense, dry, crumbly, almost clay-like in mouthfeel; basically everything brioche should not be. Instead of a sticky caramelized coating over the pecans, the pecans are glued on with only the thinnest of sugar coatings. The pastry doesn't claim to be a sticky bun, so it gets a pass there. Unfortunately the base layer is absolutely terrible, by far the worst "brioche" I've eaten in years. It has all the flavor of hard tack with the unpleasant mouthfeel of Play-Doh. Canned Pillsbury cinnamon rolls are far better than this waste of perfectly good ingredients. The owner should be ashamed to release this swill to the public. (1/5) Why am I giving Bakery Nouveau a 5? Because they serve some of the best twice baked croissants known to man. The Capitol Hill location is my go to for a sweet and buttery treat and I still recommend it to everyone that visits me, specifically for the almond and chocolate twice baked croissants. The paczki are no slouches either; probably the best we can get around Seattle. Bathrooms - Single unisex room. Note: There will be some walk in availability for paczki on Tuesday, but the cashier told me that they will likely sell out by 10AM. Looks like an early morning trip to the Capitol Hill location is in my near future.
