Way over due, but I love love this local west seattle location. It has great outdoor seating and awesome art work inside by local artist. They open early for us early birds and staff amazing.

Delicious coffee, fast service, clean atmosphere with such a fun vibe!! Nice place to set up to work, read a good book or park yourself outside with some friends to catch up. All around fun spot!

Really cute little place and great coffee. Loved the taste of it and we had a great time there. I had my laptop with me and was able to spend there a couple of hours working from there. They had plenty of chargers, good Wi-Fi and the staff is really friendly!

The chai was definitly one of the better chais I have ever had. Sweet without overdoing it and with a good amount of spice. The cold brew was just decent but I really appreciate that they put it in a glass instead of plastic when I asked. The atmosphere was good with nice lighting and seating facing the large windows. The down side was that there didn't seem to be a tone of tables for more than two people so it is not a place for groups. They seemed to be really pet friendly even indoors which is always appreciated too. Overall a good place to grab a drink and relax.

Drip Coffee and Irish Cream Cold Brew

This place was busy for a Sunday morning, definitely a local favorite. Our coffees were made quickly and with care. I noticed my cold brew was shaken up in a shaker which seemed like a nice touch until I tasted it. My Irish Cream cold brew tasted like coffee with lemonade. It was very odd and not sure if the shaker was used and not washed for a citrus beverage prior to my drink or is there is citrus in the cold brew. It was so sour tasting I couldn't finish and was wasted and tossed. The drip coffee was fine, nothing out of the ordinary and didn't taste like lemonade. Unfortunately, I didn't taste my drink until I had already left and could not go back to have them remake it. Hopefully this was a onetime oversight and maybe wrong syrup was used. Regardless, the lemon and coffee sour is something I never want to try again.

I stopped in here to get some breakfast and coffee and work for a couple hours. I got the breakfast sandwich without cheese (decent), cranberry orange scone (incredible), and decaf latte with almond milk (decent, though they seem to use Caffe Umbria coffee, which I'm not a big fan of). The wifi was reliable, which is a huge plus when trying to join meetings. If I find myself in West Seattle again, I would come back here for scones!

Found this coffee shop while spending the day in West Seattle, and I am SO GLAD I stopped in!! The barista showed me the summer specials menu, so I ordered the Iced Brown Sugar Latté with Shaken Espresso, which was yummy and not too sweet! Also the Spinach & Cheese Bun which was filling and the perfect size. The interior is super cute and bright, plenty of spaces to sit down or work. Will definitely be back next time I'm in the neighborhood!

Dirty environment and worn down furniture

Coffee and food is fine but the place is just so worn down and not cared for. The chairs are tearing at the seams and wiggle from being loose. Coffee (or wine?) spilled all down the wall, chipped counters and dirty floors. So much potential for this to be a cute place but so unwelcoming now.

Matcha latte and blueberry crumble muffin!

The interior has themed rooms which are kept clean by Seattle and Goblin standards, but would be considered fairly dirty anywhere in Japan. It can get busy on the weekends, but this Goblin knows what it's like to be slammed, so I wait patiently and be respectful. It's nice to see an unpretentious flavor forward cafe run by young women doing so well. Their Hazelnut lattes don't lack flavor and taste like you "don't get it". Their coffee tastes like you were finally invited to the dance. While the market has decided that a Goblin will pay at least $8 for a coffee now, I'll fight back my Goblin tears and say "WORTH IT, WORTH IT, YOU ARE WORTH IT!". I took 1 star off because no place is perfect. I'd also like to see patrons of West Seattle businesses do more as a community to keep these spaces clean and tidy.

It was the beginning of February I had an interesting drink item there. Since I was debating between their mocha, chai, and latte. I had the best of three worlds. It just so happened that they were going to be putting their Valentine's specials out soon. That was going to be on their menu and it was suggested to me. It was very chai/spice forward which I like in my chai drinks. The Mocha profile was a bit faint for me as well as the espresso. They competed for my attention and the chai won out in the end. I can say I enjoyed it, but am more curious about how they are as their own individual drinks. Other worth while mentions. Per the cashier, unlike previous years, where they often sold Paczki for several weeks leading up to the celebration, this year, they will only have them on Tuesday. Apparently every single one is handmade by the owner, Pâtissier William Leaman, and this year, he's been too busy with the 2026 Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie competition as the US team's coach. That's certainly a great excuse! When we arrived on a Sunday afternoon a bit after lunch, this place was still quite busy with a line that stretched to the door, but not outside. As with the Burien location, I find the ordering process to be a bit of a pain; while there are plenty of workers to help, ordering is slowed due to the fact that the display cases are placed in a line and there's not much room in the building to maneuver to the desired display. In our case, while we had someone helping us all the way in the back of the line, we weren't able to select anything until we got all the way to the pastry case in the front. I'm not sure there's a good way to solve this conundrum, though. At any rate, we ended up only getting a single pastry (that was new to us) to try this time. Brown Sugar Pecan Brioche ($5) - This pastry looks like a glistening pecan sticky bun at first glance, with a cinnamon roll-like pinwheel structure and a brown sugar glazed pecan topping. Since it's brioche, I expected it to be dense, but soft, rich, and sweet. This bread is anything but. It's dense, dry, crumbly, almost clay-like in mouthfeel; basically everything brioche should not be. Instead of a sticky caramelized coating over the pecans, the pecans are glued on with only the thinnest of sugar coatings. The pastry doesn't claim to be a sticky bun, so it gets a pass there. Unfortunately the base layer is absolutely terrible, by far the worst "brioche" I've eaten in years. It has all the flavor of hard tack with the unpleasant mouthfeel of Play-Doh. Canned Pillsbury cinnamon rolls are far better than this waste of perfectly good ingredients. The owner should be ashamed to release this swill to the public. (1/5) Why am I giving Bakery Nouveau a 5? Because they serve some of the best twice baked croissants known to man. The Capitol Hill location is my go to for a sweet and buttery treat and I still recommend it to everyone that visits me, specifically for the almond and chocolate twice baked croissants. The paczki are no slouches either; probably the best we can get around Seattle. Bathrooms - Single unisex room. Note: There will be some walk in availability for paczki on Tuesday, but the cashier told me that they will likely sell out by 10AM. Looks like an early morning trip to the Capitol Hill location is in my near future.
