My favorite place on the planet. If my girlfriend would OK it, I would have them cater my wedding. If I were rich, I would hire them as my personal chefs. If this was my last day on earth, I would have this be my last meal (Korean short ribs, for sure). I drive by Redding for work and just discovered this place about two weeks ago and have gone 4 times....and I live in Sacramento. I have ordered every plate and it has all been exceptional. Hope y'all keep going so it stays in business. Workers are nice too. read more

I'm so impressed with the quality and value of this place. I've eaten at their Palo Cedro location many times, but this was my first time trying their new location. My friend and I ate ahi tuna bowls, with the most delicious raw fish. Wow it was fresh. And the whole thing was about $20!!!! That's about 5 dollars more than a fast food lunch would have cost us. This place is such a great value!! I will be coming back more often. read more

First time i have eaten there. I heard good things about and was highly disappointed. I ordered the Korean short ribs on asian salad. The ribs were about a half dollar round and about a centimeter thick. Half were just fat and what meat was there was raw... How do you not cook just a thin piece of meat? The asian slaw was shredded cabbage mix with vinegar on it.... I through the meal in the garbage... I won't go back. read more

Went for the first time, seared Ahi Poke bowl was amazing. My wife had the Asian Cucumber Salad, it was also great. We can't wait to try other items on the menu. read more

They just opened this week and are as awesome at this location as they are at the other. Everything on the menu is delicious and the portions are a hearty size while not being overwhelming. Give it a try...you won't be disappointed!! read more

Yummy food everything on the menu is all organic and so fresh tasting. I'm so glad they opened in Redding I use to go to the Palo Cedro location so I was excited when I heard they where opening here in Redding, I have had several items on the menu and all are amazing my favorite item on the Menu is there Poke Fire Bowl it's so delicious I also love the Asian Tacos!! There Customer service is also on point everyone there is always really friendly and upbeat. read more

This place was easy access from the hotel we were staying at. Both my husband and I were craving poke so we decided to try this place. The place is clean and plenty of tables that you can sit. I ordered the chicken bowl. It was kind of bland and there was not enough chicken compared to the rice. My husband ordered the tuna poke bowl and again not enough of the tuna compared to the rice. We were both disappointed at order. Not sure if we will come back here if we are in the area. read more

Excellent, fresh healthy food for the right price. So good! Would return here and the employees were super friendly.

I love this place. Fresh food cooked to order. Try the Asian tacos or Asian burger. They are my favorite!

The Korean barbecue is amazing. Ask for extra marinade sauce. this place is worth five stars just for their Korean BBQ, though the other menu items are reported to be delicious as well. read more

Refreshed is what we feel after the meal. The burgers are delicious and the salad so fresh and organic. I don't mind if my kids eat here a lot. Owner told me that they use organic grass fed beef and organic greens. No wonder it doesn't give you the unhealthy heaviness as sometimes I can get from burgers at fast food places. There is no comparison. Fresh Fire Grill knows how to do it the healthy way yet delivering high quality and taste at such an affordable price. My extended family love the Korean BBQ and other items too. A hidden gem. Only wish there is one near where we live in the SF Bay Area. read more

Great food. Only problem is that it takes forever to get my food every time I go there. If you have a minute go grab some food it's worth it. 4 out of 5 stars because of the wait. read more

We've now been here twice and both times the service was outstanding. Our first order we got to go and there was a bit of a line but it was ok. As they are new and wanted to make sure the orders were being placed correctly. The food was amazing. I had the Korean BBQ bowl and it was delicious. Not an overwhelming amount of rice which I likes. The meat was flavorful and the slaw is delicious. The owner was handing out samples of the Orange Blossom juice which has oranges, apples, carrots and it was so refreshing and not full of sugar. The second time was a to go order and again they got it spot on. We will definitely be back again and again. read more

Well let's start with the restaurant being filled with smoke. The grill vent must have been malfunctioning because the air was hazy inside. I had a burger topped with pulled pork. It was very good. It was also just a burger. They have an option to add a package (yes, package) of kettle chips for a buck. My wife had the Korean BBQ short ribs. Good flavor but over cooked and dry. The staff was friendly but I don't think it's enough to get me to go back unless they do a menu overhaul and add sides that are house made. Not a great value for the portion sizes. read more

I give it a solid "Meh!" We ordered a Korean short rib bowl and a pulled pork bowl. The short rib bowl had very little meat once we were able to get it off the bone (read as "very tough"). The pulled pork with the sweet and tangy was good with its only shortcoming was that it needed a bit more "pull" as a stab with the fork would drag along most of the meat. On another note, do not buy the iced tea. It is horrible. Iced tea needs ice (there was none), should be kept refrigerated (nope), and never stored on a stainless steel container. Those last two items cause the tea to developer a bad taste that some describe as "tannic". In any case, avoid it at all costs. We may return but unless they speed things up, I see people avoiding eating there unless they have plenty of time. read more

Clean, fresh, delicious and consistent!!! My ultimate favorite is the Is the pork with the Asian veggie. Healthy and soooo tasty.

YUM!!!! I love the simple menu, the freshness, and the service. I'll most definitely be back soon!

My favorite place to eat! My go to is the fire bowl with chicken and brown rice but I've never had anything I didn't like here. The food is always fresh and consistent. I was so excited when they opened a Redding location! Saved me from driving to Palo Cedro when I got a craving! read more

Place is delicious! My girlfriend and I recently went to the newer location off lake Blvd and will be back again soon. Simple menu with great food quality and a more than fair price. We both ordered the hamburger and we both thought it was delicious. Only thing we didn't like about the place was there's no fountain soda.. you buy individual cans which is meh. Also no fries to go with the burgers, only chips. But like I said, the food is excellent and I'll be back again soon! read more

On our way to the Rogue River we popped in for some dinner after ordering online!! There website was super easy to navigate and there dinner bowls were thoroughly enjoyable!! We order the regular size bowls and it was a flawlessly sufficient amount of food!! An immaculate exterior with a very cute and homie interior!!! Plus a fire station just down the road incase you'd like to check out the local views !!!!!!!! read more

Food is over all okay but over priced. Also I ordered a regular bowl and my husband got a "large" and they literly were the exact same thing no difference. They said the large has more but it was literly in the same bowl and we had the same amount of food! Kinda a rip off. read more

Usually really like their food. Ordered from the new one on Lake BLVD and the pork was soooo dry. I was really bummed because usually that's a no brainer. The girl taking the order seemed a little clueless also. But hoping they work the kinks out and the owners invest their time there to make it consistent and successful. read more

Love the new spot. The decor is hip and upscale, plenty of seating. My oh my was the place busy. I was a bit worried about this new location with all of the homeless pedophiles that like to hang out down by the laundry mat. Did not appear to be a problem. I'm so happy to have this place in Redding and not have to drive to palo cedro. I will be back many times. Lake blvd has really gone downhill, so its nice to see some quality food around. Personally i would have opened up in a bit more chick spot but im sure that rent is affordable on lake blvd. Besides i like to look at homeless people while i eat my local, Organic food..............Don't listen to the haters, they would not know quality food if you slapped them upside the head with it. Inbred morons from Redding Ca...... read more

A great place. We go here often. My mainstay is the teriyaki bowl. Consistently wonderful, and enough for leftovers if you have a smaller appetite. read more

Great food and very nice and welcoming staff. There are many options, but they don't offer breakfast.

Not that impressed with this location. The Palo Cedro location is smaller but the food is so much better. Not sure if they are owned by different people or what. I had a chicken sandwich when I was there. The chicken at the PC store is amazing. Crispy yummy outside and tender inside. At the Redding store it wasn't as good. read more

My family and I have come here so many times but this was the last time. We always get it to go and now everything is half the size it used to be. The employees act inconvenienced that we came in during a normal dinner time and ordered food, it was 6pm and the place was empty. It is sad to see this place go down hill but clearly management is absent. read more

Great, healthy food! The Korean bbq ribs were delicious! Also sampled the chicken and pork; everything was good. I'm not a big salad person but the greens were excellent. The dressing made it. read more

Hands down one of the best places to eat in Redding! The Southern BBQ & Asian fusion is an awesome combination. I got the Asian Burger which did not disappoint especially the toasted bun to top it off. She also makes the lemonade freshly squeezed! Will be a go to place from now on! read more

They don't have the option to add avocado. Change that is and I'll change my review to a five star. Other than that it's a good spot.

Food is sooo Good! Absolutely Love the Korean BBQ bowll!! Great price for the deliciousness you eat! The drinks however are quiet pricey and not competitive! Customer service is mostly warm, and overall I have become somewhat of a regular! read more

I entered Fresh Fire Grill the first time ,a week ago. I have noticed it was very very clean. I had ordered s fresh salad bowl with tofu and a ginger dressing. The salad was super fresh, the tofu delicious with the ginger dressing . The Lemonade was outstanding . It was the best Lemonade I had in Redding . The service was great, friendly and fast. I loved it and would recommend the Fresh Fire Grill , for me it had beat the bowls at Gilda's with a straight A. read more

Disappointed to say the least. This was my first and last experience here. We ordered some simple hamburgers. One regular one with mustard and tomatoes. We thought that for price of 8 bucks each they came with a side. They did not, we ordered fries. They dont sell fries! Yes they sell hamburgers but dont sell fries. When we asked why the cashier said "we wanted to be different". They suggested that if we wanted fries to go to the Taco place next door, so we went next door and ordered French Fries at the Taco place. When we got the food the portions were small for the price. Two burgers that were each about the size of a quarter pounder from McDonald's and they were $17.00, that's just not a good price. However the flavor of the burger was very good. The couple we were with ordered fish tacos and a salad, they couldn't eat the tacos. Way too fishy and the taco was mostly soggy lettuce with some type of aioli sauce. They both like fish so if it was too fishy for them that says something. I think this is kind of a trendy place for a younger generation that doesn't mind spending 20 to 30 dollars on lunch. Added two photos one of our bill another of the restaurant and taco place next door. read more

My doctor is close to this location and I've been hooked for awhile. The owners have amazing staff at this location. The Pali Cedro staff weren't always as nice but this one is consistently friendly. Fresh food for sure and taste like something I make at home so I appreciate the quality and don't mind paying for it! My husband LOVES the pork plates and almost anything you get is good. Makes me happy that it's not junk and my kids love the kids menu. read more

I absolutely love this place and have taken many friends there. Except last time, shame on you for charging $9.50 for a bowel and dump down the serving by 1 1/2 sizes! Probably lost my business and again, loved it...what a shame! read more

My first time to eat at Fresh Fire Grill in Redding. The restaurant is clean and spacious. I ordered the Organic Chicken Thighs Plate which was delicious and good portion size. The salad and cucumber mix was delicious as well. I will definitely return to try their other dishes read more

I have been a regular customer in Palo Cedro for years. They have high quality fantastic food, and I was so excited about the new location on Lake Blvd. I took four other friends there tonight and was very disappointed. I order brown rice and got white rice, which I thought oh well, but the food was barely warm and the slaw was not crisp and there was not sauces at all on it. Very bland. . read more

This restaurant has great juice and service. I'm giving it 3 stars because I'm not crazy about the bowls. Either meat and rice hot, veggies are cold cucumbers. read more

The food here is fresh!! It's so good! Every dish we order was unique! Such a great place!

Beautiful, clean restaurant. Our family went there last weekend. Great customer service and employees were super nice. Kids loved fresh made juice, the Korean BBQ and burgers!
