Wing Spot, in Redding, is great. You can have a snack there or a whole meal. We found this place while going to a relative's house, we had not seen it before. Maybe it is newer, I don't know. The place is so cute and clean and the parking is easy and free. It is comfortable. They also have a nice bar area. The service here is very good. We were taken care of right away and our food came out perfect and as ordered. We did try the wings, we had the 6 piece wing and we really liked the sauces that came with them. Our favorite however was there mains. They make some great Korean style food. We tried their Fusion Sandwich which is a Crispy Korean infused chicken patty with Asian coleslaw on a super toasted bun. Asian Infused Tacos, you get three and they are served with fried chicken and coleslaw and chopped green onions in fried tortillas. These were great. We recently stopped by **Wing Spot - Lake Blvd** and had a good overall experience. The restaurant has a nice bar area, which gives it a fun, relaxed vibe. The lady who took our order was friendly, and we quickly scanned through the menu to decide what to get. We originally planned on ordering wings to bring some home for the kiddos, but they were a bit on the pricey side for the amount we needed. That said, they looked absolutely delicious and it's easy to see why this spot is popular for wings. Instead, we tried the taco, which was very saucy but still overall good. The fries were amazing, definitely a highlight of the meal! I also had the teriyaki chicken. The sauce was a bit too strong for my taste, but pairing it with the coleslaw helped balance the flavor nicely. Overall, I'd give it a 4/5. This is probably one of the best wing places I have ever been too. And crazy it would be located in Redding, Ca. Whenever I go to a new place to eat, if they offer wings on the menu, I order them. Visited wing spot for the first time last year when staying in Redding to go hiking. The food was so good we went back the next day. Came back again this year and the wings are still super meaty and full of flavor. Faves are the mango habanero, honey sriracha and Saigon kick. Their waffle fries and ranch dressing are chef's kiss. Wow. If you like wings, then this is a must go place. I love wings and this is my new favorite wing place!! Sucks that it's a 3 hour drive to get here. Big bold flavors, Korean BBQ and Salt and Pepper were both very tasty! The garlic fries not only had minced garlic but chunks of garlic. They were awesome! Not sure that my wife is ever going to come near me again, but the garlic fries were great. Possibly best of all was that the wings were big! Not the Cornish game hen sized wings that you get everywhere else these days, but nice big wings like the old days. I ordered way too much food because the wings were so big! It's a hole in the wall place but the lady in the front was very nice and was working hard. I ordered over the phone and my order was ready in 15 minutes. They were some of the best wings I've ever had. I got lemon pepper and mango habanero, definitely way better than wingstop. The wings had so much meat on them. The only downside was I wanted two flavors so I had to get 12 pieces which is too much for me. 12 pieces comes with two dips; you can choose between ranch and blue cheese. The ranch was just okay.
