Our favorite however was there mains. They make some great Korean style food. We tried their Fusion Sandwich which is a Crispy Korean infused chicken patty with Asian coleslaw on a super toasted bun. Asian Infused Tacos, you get three and they are served with fried chicken and coleslaw and chopped green onions in fried tortillas. These were great. The sushi was just not great. We ordered several of the special rolls that ranged in price from $22 to $29. They all tasted pretty much the same and every one of them had the same sauce. But the safest part is the tempura shrimp in the rolls tasted like it had been sitting for awhile. And instead of getting that crispy light tempura crust, it was gummy and heavy. The rice was gummy and I am not sure if it was overcooked or perhaps had too much sugar added which madeit overly sweet and congealed. We also ordered a dou le.order of the Hamachi sashimi which was fair but lacked that super rich butter flavor I crave. We were so hoping to find our go to sushi spot while visiting Raw.
