This place has been around for quite some time and I've always thought of trying it as it was my sister's favorite restaurant in town. I was able to take my family there as they really enjoyed their bowl of pho. I decided to go with a noodle wok dish and I had the option to add pork belly to it. In my opinion they could've done so much with these noodles it locked flavor, and the pork belly was not cooked as I thought it would've been prepared. Our food took a long time than usual to come out it's just not somewhere I would potentially go again when craving an Asian meal. I would also like to mention on the wait time it wasn't as packed so I assume the food would've came out in a decent amount of time. read more

When I ordered in person, I asked if the ahi and shrimp salad could be adjusted without spices. My server said, "no problem"! I was traveling visiting my sister in California I'm from Las Vegas Nevada. She said that this place was good and wanted to bring us to it. We had a semi larger group and we had great service and got to sit in a private room right in the front which was wonderful. The place is a little small so we were worried about being able to be seated but they were very accommodating. My sister raved about the egg rolls and she was not wrong they were great. I didn't get pictures of everything everyone ate but the spicy Ramen was what I ordered and I would definitely be back to order it again it was amazing and I ate almost all of it! read more

What a disappointment this restaurant turned out to be. This was my favorite for a long time but the past two times I have dined here it has been so bad that I'm honestly insulted. The sauce for the pot stickers is so salty and this comes from someone who loves salt, whoever is prepping it is not tasting. The pan friend Raman came with 3 shrimp. It was alright, I tried it out, but probably would not go again. The Floors were very sticky (especially under our table), but the service was great. I liked that were a bunch of people there, and we weren't the only ones. The Menu also seemed promising, but the quality of the food was not good :(( My steak bites were overcooked (it was like rubber). Came here for dinner. Ordered a delicious cocktail called Red Lotis with included, vodka, lychee liquor, lime juice, cranberry juice, and lychee. I ordered 2 grilled fish tacos and instead of chips replaced it with hand dipped homemade onion rings. The onion rings were SO GOOD! Would definitely recommend these onion rings. We also had the steak tips which were marinated. These were chewy and not tender. This was served on a bed of rice. Service was good. I don't expect every restaurant to have vegetarian options, but I was surprised that there wasn't even one entree option that could be easily modified to be vegetarian. The server said they could do tofu tacos, but without sauce because even the salsa has fish sauce or something in it. That just seems unnecessary, to have fish and meat in everything. The tofu tacos were okay though, and they ended up giving me some kind of avocado sauce. It took a long time for us to get our food even though it wasn't terribly busy. We got the veggie tempura as an appetizer and it came out at the same time as our entrees. The vegetables were so thickly covered in batter that we couldn't tell what kind of vegetable it was until we bit into it. It was also extremely salty, and came with a sauce that was also salty. It would have been better if it was only lightly covered in batter and not nearly as salty. read more

There was two girls working I think Taylor and a blonde girl at the bar both of them were on point even though the restaurant was packed and they were super busy. Fusion can be a loaded term and really hard for a restaurant to pull off. I think Fusion Lounge really did a good job. Our party tried a variety of items the burrito and burger was a great choice and the rest of our party enjoyed their item as well. We came with a large party including quite a few kids and the staff was exteremely helpful. The decor was pretty clean with a nice area for our large party away from the bar. Our family went to this restaurant for the first time, after seeing a Cascade Christmas at the Cascade Theater. The food was excellent. The Melvin burrito was delicious! Glad we went. We started with two appetizers, the fusion shrimp, which was excellent and the mac and cheese balls, also excellent! My son had the tri-tip sandwich and he really liked it but it was spicy! My partner wanted the fish and chips but the server/bartender said they were not battered to order. Bummer, also strange because the onion rings and shrimp were and so was the fusion burger he ended up ordering. He said the burger was great! I ordered Ho-fun noodles and really enjoyed it! I got the combo with chicken, shrimp, katsoy, and Meatballs. The Meatballs were a miss for me and I would leave them out next time. They were just frozen rubbery Meatballs, yuck. I ordered the Pan-fried Ramen. It was plentiful and very tasty. I asked to sub more kasoy (ground pork) for the shrimp (which I don't care for) and they did, making my lunch very enjoyable. The server was excellent and attentive. My water glass was never empty for long and I was invited to a second beer. The crowd was small for this weekday lunch so it wasn't very noisy and we enjoyed a good conversation and a few laughs amongst us friends. My friend and I came here for dinner and the food was really good. We shared the egg roll appetizer which came out piping hot and crunchy. It had a pork filling and paired nicely with the sauce; there's 6 egg rolls in one order. I got the fusion bowl with a fried egg and the sweet and spicy sauce. This was delicious and filling. The pork belly was fatty and crisp; the bowl was super flavorful. I also got a spiked Thai tea. The alcohol flavor was pretty strong, I couldn't really taste the Thai tea. We were both hesitant with this place since we did not have a great experience the last time we went to a bar selling so-called "Asian food", but this place was fantastic. My bf chose to order the Ho Fun noodles, but I didn't know what to order so we asked our server, Olivia, for her recommendation. She seemed very knowledgeable on the food and was great at explaining the dishes in detail, so I went with her fusion rice bowl recommendation. Both dishes ended up being delicious! The Ho Fun noodles were so flavorful and the noodles were cooked well. I'm always worried about overcooked noodles but this was perfect. I think I preferred this dish over mine, but the fusion rice bowl was still good. The pork was oh so crispy and tender and just reminded me of the last time I had lechon kawali. The kasoy meat was also interesting. It was a touch on the saltier side, but it went well with the white rice. Overall, this was a great experience. Food was great. Service was great. Parking was easy to find, but we also went on a Monday night so not sure how it is usually. I definitely recommend the place if you're thinking about going though. read more

This place was found in the old part of Redding which is getting a much needed overhaul! Came in on a hottttt day and was shocked to feel they didn't have the AC working. Apparently it was broken and the building owners didn't want to tackle it. Yikes! Poor servers and chefs! It still felt great with the tinted windows and fans but hopefully they get the AC working soon. Unfortunately one of the chefs had passed and they had a beautiful loving and thoughtful spot at the bar for him. RIP Sir, your co-workers loved you. Olivia was our server and wow! She should be a manager or head of the house! So much talent and above her age with her knowledge for the hospitality industry! Go to LA! You will be running some of the biggest restaurants! When we received our ahi tuna and chicken wrap appetizers the memories came back. We had been here a couple years ago and it was too spicy to eat, just as now. I enjoy a little kick but one bite was more than enough. The fish and chips were also dismal. Although cooked well the fish had no seasoning and sat on top of skinny, greasy cold fries. I mentioned it to the waitress and she blamed the butcher they bought the meat from for not removing the pig hair first. She did offer to have the kitchen try to find me more pieces of pork belly without hair, but I was too grossed out to eat any more at this point.
