I came here on a Friday night. I was craving some Thai food during my road trip here. I called in to order takeout. Once I got to the restaurant, parking was easy to find. Once I came inside, it was empty, clean, and organized, and the staff was welcoming and nice. I ordered the Pad Thai Noodles; the noodles were el dante. It was perfectly cooked and coated with sauce. I ordered with Veggies and Tofu; it was super delicious. I highly recommend this place when you want to order some Thai Food. I'm from SF Bay Area, the hub of authentic cuisine and foodie lovers, and I did not expect it to be this good in a remote place. It's always nice when you find a decent Thai place during a road trip. Sometimes it can be a risk, but this place was a big winner! (Insert big smile and sigh of relief) We got the Spicy drunken noddle kee mao and the yellow curry, which I requested extra beef for and they definitely showed up with that extra beef! There was a sign saying that Thai cuisine express was coming soon. I've been driving by this place over the last couple weeks, waiting for it to be open. I drove by today and saw that it was! Decided to stop in for lunch, but on Sundays, they don't open till 4:30 PM. No problem waited a couple hours and stop by for dinner. First thing was that the employees were extremely friendly. We had conversation about being from the coast, they from Oakland and me from Pismo Beach. I decided to order pork chow mein, fresh spring rolls with shrimp, and a Thai iced tea with lime. All three were amazing! It's nice to see more Asian food places popping up in Redding. I'll definitely be back! Stop by and enjoy this new gem on Lake Boulevard. read more

I got the Lu Noodle Soup, it was so good! It had chicken, some sausage, the noodles, veggies and all the extras! Was enough for 2 meals. This was my second time here and very good both times :-) I will be back again! read more

This restaurant is a great addition to the few Tahi options in Redding. I found the vegetables to be cooked to the perfect tenderness in the green curry noodle dish I ordered. Next I will enquire if they offer different heat levels because that is the only thing I would request different next time: a smidge hotter heat. The combination of flavors worked well together and complimented the bamboo shoots, green beans, and root vegetables(ube?) well. read more

We order the pho and the kapoon and it was very good. One of the better pho places we had. Also the hot chili oil is actually spicy unlike most other places. Would definitely come back. Service was also very fast. read more

I got the pad Thai and the papaya salad combo. Everything was made very well, clearly not going to get sick eating here which is really nice compared to other experiences I've had eating out in Redding... As for authenticity, the papaya salad fell short. It was way too limey, it over powered everything. Racha noodle is the only place in town that can seem to nail a true thai style papaya salad with crunchy beans and explosive cherry tomatoes. The pad Thai was better than racha noodles in my opinion which is a real plus. Service was great, restaurant looked great, but it's just more fusion than Thai and that's ok! I ordered through Door Dash. My order arrived in a timely manner and the food was very good. My hesitation is that I ordered extra veggies--broccoli and green beans and extra sauce. No question on the extra sauce but next time I'd like to have all the extras ordered in a separate container. Then I'd have a visual of the extras I have ordered.
