When we walked in, the server just pointed at a table and said "sit right there" without actually walking us over. About 3-5 minutes later she came back to ask if we were ready to order. Unfortunately, they were out of the P2 (short ribs), so we had to settle for the P3, which is oxtail. The bowl was $20.99 for a "large," but it didn't feel worth it. There was a lot of broth, very little noodles, and barely any meat. What made it worse was that the photos of their pho bowls online showed generous portions of meat, but ours was nothing like that. The soup filled us up, but the noodles and meat definitely didn't, and they weren't that flavorful either. For a pho spot, that was pretty disappointing. Service could definitely use some improvement. The way people were seated just by being told "sit right there" felt rushed and unwelcoming. Also, we were asked about refills only after we had already finished our noodles, which felt a little too late. The restaurant itself is small, and for the price we paid, it really didn't match up with the quality of food or service. I'll be sticking to a different place for pho next time.

Overall, 365 Pho is a great establishment, with very affordable prices for the quantity and quality of food you get!

The pho broth is incredibly flavorful, unlike anything I've had elsewhere in Sac, Bay Area, LA, even at authentic Pho spots in Vietnam. Rich broth, fresh herbs, and tender meat. I ordered both the Combination Pho and Rare Beef Pho. Omg, I love it!!! They were delicioussssss. Don't miss their egg rolls, Vietnamese crispy chicken wings, and beef ribs. They are seriously 10/10. I also love the green Thai tea. Service was fast and super friendly. This spot is a hidden gem. Highly recommend!

Food is great. Service is great, atmosphere is great. They seem to have changed some things around on their menu and with their food. The beef pho is not fatty. They plenty of homemade chili oil if you want it you just ask for it and they will bring it to you. But it is hot not for the ones who don't like heat. Ya they are new but trying hard to make it they need lots of help and support from the community. I know they support the community to in many other ways then just making great pho. Recommend it to everyone to give it a chance

The food came out fast and hot. But I was disappointed the the pho didn't come with the traditional vegetables like carrots and broccoli. Also no lime or jalapeño either. They don't have any dinner plates other than fried rice. The waitress was in the middle of taking my order when she turned to the guest coming in the door and started to look around for a table for them. It seems the place is run by young kids. It's not your traditional pho place. I had to wait almost 15 minutes for the check and box. When I did go up to get my box, an older lady that works there was saying how she didn't feel well and then sneezed near the register. The place works in a pinch but it wouldn't be my "go to" in Redding. read more

Nice place. Smells great. As I walked in the door I was stuck by the smell of fresh spice and the smile from the server. Noodle house indeed. There are 14 different offering of PHO from vegan to dry to massive challenge bowls that pay cash for daring to finish in under 10 minutes. Simple, , delicious , food fast. Pho was ok. Not great. A pho place without giving you the veggies on the side along w condiments on the side is not really a pho place. Also, why is there an automatic 18% gratuity charge? Don't tip them because they've already tipped themselves, even when the service is 10% at best. The tip and gratuity should be the customers choice, not yours. Please fix this, regardless not coming back. read more

Clean, cute and well put together restaurant. The pho broth tasted like ground beef, no flavor, just beef and peppercorns. Need salt on the table. Never been brought a bowl of pho all put together. Not being able to pick how much bean sprout or basil you want is weird. When I asked for more it took over 5 minutes for them to "cut more" and they brought out a whole plate of it... felt like over kill. No chili oil, just some chili paste that added no flavor. No acid or citrus element, most restaurants give you a like or lemon to squeeze over top. Wasn't displeased with the amount of scallions, but it felt as if it was just to hide the fact there is no flavor. Also my soda was flat and did not taste correct. Really big let down as Redding is in need of a good pho spot. read more

If you want to know my fave drink I order from BTC, it is the Earl Gray Milk Tea. I can't find one in the bay area that is on par with the Earl Gray Milk tea here at BTC so it's always a nice treat when I stop by. Last, I have to mention the employees are superstars. Not once have I met an employee that was rushing us and/or rude. They are always kind and friendly. If you are a boba connoisseur like me and are nearby Shasta county, do not pass up on BTC. Best pho restaurant in town, hands down. The interior is super cute and cozy. The staff were really friendly and attentive without being overbearing. I ordered the rare beef pho (P7), egg rolls, and chicken wings. I was so excited when the food came out that I forgot to take any pictures lol. The egg rolls and wings came out hot, crispy, and so tasty. As for the pho... the broth is to die for. Rich, comforting, and so well-seasoned that I literally left nothing behind in that bowl. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and I'm already planning my next visit. If you love pho, you need to try this place at least once (but you'll probably end up becoming a regular).
