As someone who lives in the Bay Area, I get real excited when I see good prices like here, especially from Asian restaurants where normally every entree other than an appetizer is about $15-$17. You can't find good chow mein for under that price where I live in San Jose. This restaurant was fresh and delicious, flavorful and overall everything you'd expect from a Chinese restaurant. The place overall is quiet and soothing, a nice atmosphere to just sit and have a decent meal in peace. They even got some classical music playing subtly in the background, like a spa. The staff are very polite and welcoming, mostly women in the front, very kind and sweet. They smile a lot and refilled our drinks without us asking. Everything we had ordered was splendid. Chow mein was firm, not soggy, sauce stuck into the noodle, full of flavor, didn't even need to add soy sauce. Had a nice "wok hei" flavor to it too, for those that don't know it basically means savory and smoky like how Chinese food should taste. Garlic chicken was delicious and not too spicy at all, just some chili flakes. It didn't really have a garlicky flavor but more of a sweet, sour and mild kind of flavor.
