The rice was gummy and I am not sure if it was overcooked or perhaps had too much sugar added which madeit overly sweet and congealed. We also ordered a dou le.order of the Hamachi sashimi which was fair but lacked that super rich butter flavor I crave. We were so hoping to find our go to sushi spot while visiting Raw. And I do think they have a place in the restaurant bar world. But their "place" is not for as a high end sushi restaurant. The quality is just not there. And I so wanted it to be. ‍

I came here Monday the food was ok. I feel like my poke bowl was not fresh, I seen them with 2 batches and I got the older one I didn't say anything I just took it to go. But there customer service was so welcoming and great, the smile on her face and how polite she was, I left a $10 tip when I left if the food was as fresh as her they would have 5*.
