This is one of my favorite places in all of OC! They have lots of variety in their menu options, and furthermore, they let me customize my selection! To drink, I saw that they had a cardamom latte. I asked if they could do a cardamom Matcha, and I opted to add cold foam, and you can customize that as well! I got a maple cold foam, and wow, what a delicious drink. It was like autumn in a cup. I also slightly customized the delicious Dubai chocolate crepe. Instead of milk chocolate, I substituted with dark chocolate and white chocolate, and it was fantastic! I also got a savory crêpe, and chose to do the build your own. Everything from the cheese, to the meat, to the veggies were so fresh. Their eggplant, which is made in-house, was the best eggplant I've ever had anywhere. It was marinated and herb-y. All of the pastries are made fresh by the owners as well! and all of their sauces were fresh and creamy, and the owner said that there was no additional sugar in the sauces. Also they are open until midnight when they reopen for dinner. Parking is available in a lot out front shared with other businesses. I tell all my family and friends about Fraise. BEST LITTLE CAFE in Fullerton! We got their savory ham and cheese crepe. Their savory crepes are bomb! I grew up on hot pockets and this is like a fancier, healthier, tastier version of the ham and cheese one that I loved so much. Their Crepuccini is their take on crepe "noodles" and it makes eating so much fun! Their chocolate is Belgian chocolate not some cheap chocolate because you can tell they really care about the quality. It's delicious. Their mini pancakes though! So good. Doughy little fluffy pancakes covered in chocolate with fresh fruit? YUM. They also have really good drinks like the iced latte and strawberry basil lemonade. So refreshing. We came here last night and I got the Fraise Special, it comes with bananas, strawberries, chocolate and whipped cream. They loaded the crepe with the fruits! Most places would barely give you anything. It's a huge crepe! I really like the chewy crepe texture and the fresh fruits. You can created your own sweet or savory crepe as well. The savory crepe was the Norwegian which had smoked Nordic salmon topped with spring lettuce mix, tomatoes, onions and capers and a tasty house made dill and chives sauce. Okay, I have ALWAYS passed by this place but never had the chance to go in until recently. My friends and I decided to go get brunch here one Saturday. It was around 11:30 a.m. and luckily wasn't too too crowded. We sat down and waited for the kiosk (there's only one, just a heads up) and ordered. I got the original crepe and a large iced green tea (came out to around 20ish dollars). Received our drinks relatively quick and our food a few minutes later. THESE CREPES ARE HUGE. Definitely worth the price (and there was a lot of variety). My crepe was super yummy (absolutely drenched with chocolate and the filled generously with bananas and strawberries). These crepes were honestly some of the best I've ever had. I wanted the best of both worlds so I opted for one savory and one sweet. For the savory, I chose the Parisian which came with smoked ham, melted Brie cheese, and Dijon mustard. The simplicity of the ingredients seemed enticing and I'm glad I ordered it because they worked so well together. It tasted so good in fact that I stopped by Trader Joe's that day to buy the ingredients so I could remake it at home. Did it taste the same? Not even close which means I will be back soon to try the real thing. For the sweet, I created my own since most of the existing creations had chocolate which I'm not the biggest fan of. I chose bananas, strawberries, condensed milk, and almonds as my toppings. The result was incredible and a lot more stuffed than I thought. Went for brunch on a Saturday morning and it was pretty busy. We made a reservation through Yelp the day before for a table since there isn't much seating. It doesn't seem like they really pay attention to reserving tables because there were no signs or anything reserving the tables and the cashier didn't really seem to know anything about reservations. Anyways there was a table open and we got seated just fine. You could either order at the kiosk or with the cashier and then they bring your food to you. The server who brought us our food was friendly. I built my own savory crepe and it was alright. I may have put too much stuff in it because it was a lot. I don't think I'm a huge fan of crepes so I didn't enjoy my food as much. The bacon bits were on the chewier side, pesto wasn't super flavorful, and I got tired of my food quickly. 3/5 Overall, pretty mediocre experience.
