The store is big and two stories, which was nice since it gave us plenty to look at--even though it was a bit busy. We skimmed both levels, and despite the crowds, everything was well organized, simply displayed, and very clean. The employees were super helpful, answered all our questions, and made the quick visit feel easy and stress-free. Although we didn't stay long, I saw lots of pieces I genuinely liked, and I'll definitely be back when I'm ready to shop more seriously.

They have such a huge selection of items at this location. The bottom floor is the Men's and the Women's section is the top floor. We came by on 4th of July so the deals and prices had more discounts. The staff here are all over the store to assist those looking for particular apparel or shoes. I've found great deals on tees, hats, bags, shoes and shorts over the years. This location from time to time has good Jordan Brand sneakers and Kobe sneakers at big markdown prices. We always make sure to check out Nike because we make find some deals that we just can't pass up. Nike Members can also use their accounts during check out. Great deals all the time! ( ^_^)b

My son had a really scary incident here today when his Crocs got caught in the escalator. The…read moreescalator started pulling/eating up the front of his shoes, causing him to fall forward. Thankfully, he was able to get his feet out, but looking at the damage to BOTH of his shoes, this could have been so much worse. What bothered me the most was how the situation was handled afterward. The manager, Hilda, immediately put the blame on him by saying he wasn't paying attention. Look I was already embarrassed and Im sure my son was also embarrassed having to walk around afterward with both of his shoes completely chewed up in the front. He's a kid. He had just fallen, his shoes were ruined, and he was embarrassed and then to have an adult tell him it was because he wasn't paying attention just didn't sit right with me. I understand accidents happen, and I'm not claiming to know exactly why his shoes got caught. But I don't think immediately placing blame on a child before even reviewing what happened was appropriate or compassionate. They also didn't file an incident report. I'm extremely thankful my son is okay because looking at what happened to his shoes, I keep thinking about how differently this could have ended. I really hope management takes this seriously and uses it as an opportunity to review both escalator safety and how situations involving children and customer safety are handled.

The staff is usually well attentive while you're shopping and explains all the current sales. Typically the selections of New Balance sneakers are extensive. Their shoes are very comfortable and offer regular and wide options. The deals here are consistently great. Some weekends 50% off or sometimes they offer buy 1 get 1 one 50% off. Each time we visit I find new stylist sneakers and apparel on display and available for purchase. It gets pretty crowded in here on busy weekends, but it's expected. Overall, this location is a must visit for me since I enjoy New Balance's catalog of selection. There's deals just in time for the holidays. ( ^_^)b

Love the selection of various Disney plushies as well as the prices for them. Most plushies are in the $20 range, which is pretty reasonable. My daughter and I were searching for a Maui hook (from Moana), and I didn't think they had that... but they did!!!! So cool!!
